ectiveness of character education in the two education systems. The research method used is a literature study with a qualitative approach. Data was collected through reviewing curriculum documents, education policies, and scientific articles related to character education in Indonesia and Finland. The research results show that Finland integrates character education holistically in all aspects of learning, while Indonesia still tends to separate character education as a separate subject. Apart from that, Finland emphasizes the formation of values of independence, responsibility and collaboration through a student-centered approach, while Indonesia places more emphasis on religious values and nationalism. The implication of this research is the need to reorient the character education curriculum in Indonesia to better integrate character values in the entire learning process, as well as adopting best practices from Finland which have been proven effective in shaping students' character.

Tobin’s Q digunakan sebagai proksi untuk nilai perusahaan. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regrsi data panel dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 11 perusahaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan.

The results of this research show that first, the participation of personnel from the Lingat village community in development programs taking place in Lingat village is still minimal because the community's awareness of responsibility for development programs is low for which people are willing to work if they are given wages. Second, there are also material participants from the Lingat village community who give for free or willingly, but there are also those who give by asking for something in return. Third, community participation in maintaining and enjoying development in Lingat village is good, because the community participates in enjoying the results of development in the village, for this reason the Lingat village community is responsible for maintaining development in Lingat village so that it can be used together.Based on the results of the research above, the Lingat village government is advised to look at and follow up on these matters by providing socialization to the Lingat village community about the responsibilities, rights and obligations of the community in every development program that occurs in the village, especially in Lingat village, Selaru sub-district. work discipline to improve employee performance at the Hilimegai Sub-district Office, South Nias Regency with a descriptive approach. The purpose of descriptive research is to describe and analyze research data related to phenomena, social activities, and human attitudes in various situations. At the Hilimegai Sub-district Office of South Nias Regency, the implementation of work discipline is quite good because most employees arrive on time although a small number are sometimes late due to long distances from home, but this is not used as an excuse and they still obey the rules. Employees there also always take care of office equipment as a form of discipline. They also show high responsibility by diligently completing work and are willing to work overtime to achieve work targets. However, adherence to the rules still needs to be improved because some employees often neglect their duties. Employees at the Hilimegai Subdistrict Office of South Nias Regency work for 8 hours a day, from 8 am to 4 pm, and always follow the rules that apply in their office.

The results showed that transformational leadership plays a central role in shaping a positive and inclusive organizational culture, focusing on empowerment, shared vision, and open communication. The dimension of individual empowerment through responsibility and autonomy creates a work climate that supports creativity and growth. A shared vision clearly articulated by the transformational leader provides strong direction for team members, creates meaning in every action, and increases employee engagement. Open communication maintained by transformational leaders provides space for ideas and opinions to flourish, creating a collaborative work environment. The importance of applying transformational leadership in the context of educational organizations is also recognized in the implications of this research. Contributions to the understanding of transformational leadership can help educational leaders develop more contextualized and relevant leadership strategies. The practical implications of this research include the development of leadership training and development programs as well as the formulation of educational policies that support organizational growth and educational quality improvement. This study uses a literature study method by collecting and analyzing various legal sources, such as laws and regulations, court decisions, journals, and literature related to data protection in the banking sector. The results of the study indicate that banks have legal responsibilities based on the Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP) and banking provisions to maintain the confidentiality of customer data. If a data leak occurs, the bank can be subject to administrative, civil, or even criminal sanctions depending on the level of negligence. In addition, this study found that customers have the right to claim compensation if the data leak causes material or immaterial losses. However, the effectiveness of law enforcement still faces challenges, such as lack of customer awareness and complexity of evidence. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen regulations, improve cybersecurity systems by banks, and educate customers to mitigate the risk of data leaks. The implications of this study are expected to provide recommendations for regulators and banking industry players in strengthening the protection of customer personal data.

A Green Organizational Culture is defined as a shared set of values, beliefs, and practices that prioritize environmental stewardship, sustainability, and ecological responsibility as integral to the school's identity and daily operations. Employing an ethnographic case study approach, this research was conducted at two Islamic secondary schools recognized for their proactive environmental programs. Data were gathered through prolonged observation, in-depth interviews with teachers and students, and analysis of school artifacts. Findings reveal that teacher akhlak—manifested as personal environmental mindfulness, consistency between words and actions, and moral motivation rooted in Islamic teachings—is the cornerstone for authentic cultural change. Teachers who embody green values act as transformative agents, legitimizing environmental norms, inspiring student imitation, and embedding sustainability into the hidden curriculum. The study concludes that institutional green policies are insufficient without the cultivation of akhlak-based environmental ethics among educators. It proposes a model of "Akhlak-Based Eco-Pedagogy" for teacher development.

Utilizing a qualitative case study approach combined with document analysis, this research analyzes two madrasah building projects in Indonesia that have implemented green building strategies. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with project managers, architects, contractors, madrasah leaders, and stakeholders, alongside analysis of project documents, designs, and specifications. Findings reveal that successful implementation requires an integrated management approach encompassing green design adaptation to local context, sustainable material sourcing, energy and water efficiency integration, waste management during construction, and life-cycle cost considerations. The study identifies key enablers including leadership commitment, technical expertise, community participation, and Islamic ethical alignment, while highlighting challenges such as budget constraints, regulatory gaps, and technical capacity limitations. This research contributes a framework for madrasah green building project management that balances environmental responsibility with educational functionality and Islamic architectural values.

el penelitian terdiri dari 87 perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2020–2024, dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling, sehingga diperoleh 435 unit observasi. Pengungkapan CSR diukur menggunakan indeks GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) G4, nilai perusahaan diukur dengan Tobin's Q, dan profitabilitas diproksikan dengan Return on Assets (ROA). Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi moderasi (Moderated Regression Analysis/MRA) dengan data panel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengungkapan CSR berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Profitabilitas terbukti memperkuat (memoderasi secara positif) hubungan antara pengungkapan CSR dan nilai perusahaan. Temuan ini mendukung teori legitimasi dan teori sinyal, bahwa perusahaan yang secara aktif mengungkapkan aktivitas CSR dan memiliki kinerja keuangan yang baik akan lebih dipercaya oleh investor sehingga nilai perusahaan meningkat.
