menggunakan pedoman Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) dengan menelusuri artikel yang terindeks Scopus sesuai kriteria inklusi. Dari proses identifikasi dan penyaringan diperoleh 79 artikel yang relevan. Temuan utama menunjukkan bahwa anteseden OCB yang paling dominan adalah Corporate Social Responsibility Activities, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, dan Perceived Organizational Support. Konsekuensi OCB paling banyak mengarah pada peningkatan performance baik individu maupun organisasi. Kajian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam memetakan perkembangan penelitian OCB, sehingga dapat menjadi acuan akademisi dan praktisi dalam mengembangkan strategi organisasi.

s of the corrected deed copies and the forms of Notaries' responsibility for errors that occur. The research method used is normative juridical legal research with legislative and conceptual approaches, through descriptive qualitative analysis of primary and secondary legal materials. Research findings indicate that corrections to copies of deeds remain valid and equivalent to the deed minutes as long as the errors are administrative in nature and the corrections are made in accordance with regulations, so they do not alter the substance of the deed. However, if corrections are made not in accordance with the UUJN procedures or result in substantial differences with the minutes, then the copy of the deed may be downgraded to a private deed and categorized as a legally defective deed. Notaries are liable in civil, administrative, criminal, and ethical terms, because such negligence constitutes an unlawful act under the concept of liability. In conclusion, corrections to deed copies remain valid as long as they do not change the substance and are carried out according to procedure, while Notaries are obliged to bear legal responsibility for any typing or writing errors arising from their negligence.

The target of this activity was the staff of the Pharmacy Installation at RSUD Latemmamala, who experienced a decline in overall trust due to leadership perceived as lacking firmness in directing the team. The methods employed included direct observation through workplace interactions, interviews with the head and staff of the Pharmacy Installation, and direct observation of real working conditions within the hospital environment. The proposed activities consisted of obtaining permission to conduct the program, organizing workshops or socialization sessions on the application of visionary leadership to support improvements in pharmaceutical service quality, documenting all stages of the activity, and preparing a comprehensive report containing observations, analysis, constraints, and recommendations for future activities. Overall, the results indicate that visionary leadership is highly effective in a dynamic work environment such as the Pharmacy Installation of RSUD Soppeng. The findings reveal a strong relationship between the implementation of visionary leadership and improvements in staff discipline, responsibility, and professionalism. Thus, the leader’s ability to clearly communicate a shared vision and inspire subordinates is a key factor in building a solid pharmacy team that is adaptive to change and oriented toward improving the quality of patient services at RSUD Soppeng.

Data were collected through participatory observation, interviews with trainees and instructors, and analysis of training-related documents. The results of this study are expected to provide insight into the effectiveness and benefits of implementing the Hutagogy system in the context of basic proficient course training. A significant 75% strongly agree with the use of diverse media in learning, indicating an understanding of the value of multimedia technologies. Furthermore, 50% strongly agree that students actively participate in course assessments, demonstrating a willingness to evaluate and improve the learning process. Finally, an overwhelming 81.3% support a thorough approach to assessment that includes pre-tests, post-tests, reviews, feedback, and reflections, demonstrating commitment to a holistic evaluation process. And all of the finding explained that hutagogy was applied at Pusdiklatcab Jombang , East Java.

Buddhist Religious Education teachers have a strategic role in shaping the character and behavior of students through the internalization of Buddhist Pancasila values, which are expected to prevent potential delinquency and foster students who are morally and spiritually grounded. This study aims to analyze the roles, effectiveness, and strategies employed by Nalanda students in instilling Buddhist Pancasila values in elementary schools as a preventive effort against juvenile delinquency. This research applies a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The study was conducted at Mutiara 17 August Elementary School, Edelweiss School, and Bina Pelita Bangsa Elementary School. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation involving Nalanda students, principals, and homeroom teachers in five elementary schools. The data analysis technique employed was the interactive model of Miles and Huberman. The results reveal that Nalanda students act as value educators by instilling principles such as loving-kindness (mettā), responsibility, discipline, and respect for parents and teachers. The strategies used include role modeling, habituation in Buddhist spiritual practices, integration of values in learning, and personal approaches to students. The effectiveness of these roles is reflected in students' behavioral changes, such as becoming more orderly, polite, and the declining incidence of violations and social conflicts. The role of Nalanda students as Buddhist Religious Education teachers has proven to contribute significantly to the prevention of juvenile delinquency through character education based on Buddhist Pancasila values.
