The Office Management and Business Services (MPLB) program requires a quality assurance system capable of supporting the development of critical thinking, creativity, communication, and collaboration skills. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the quality assurance system in SMKs within the MPLB program, examine efforts to strengthen twenty-first-century skills, and identify challenges encountered in its implementation. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed in four public vocational high schools in the Special Region of Yogyakarta through interviews and document analysis. The findings reveal that the quality assurance system is implemented through the evaluation of educational report cards, program monitoring, curriculum alignment with business and industrial partners (DUDIKA), and the strengthening of a school quality culture. The development of twenty-first-century skills is promoted through active and industry-based learning approaches, including Project-Based Learning, Problem-Based Learning, Teaching Factory, and student-centered learning. However, implementation continues to face challenges, including suboptimal coordination, limited teacher competencies, inadequate technological facilities, and insufficient industrial and financial support. The novelty of this study lies in integrating the quality assurance system with the development of twenty-first-century skills specifically within the MPLB program, positioning educational quality not merely toward compliance with standards but also toward the formation of adaptive and work-ready graduates.

The qualitative research method is purposive sampling and the type of research is descriptive/survey with research informants as many as 8 village officials and 2 people from Mattirowalie Village. randomly selected and professional. This research shows the results that the role of village apparatus as organizers in the development of human resources (HR). The way of village apparatus in developing human resources in the village by implementing work discipline, improving education and good service to the community. Then there are 4 factors that affect the development of village apparatus resources: 1) Village head / leader, the village head is someone who has been directly selected by the community to be a good leader and is entrusted to be able to do good things that can be used as an example for the community. 2) Education, education is a process that can educate and improve the quality of human resources. 3) Training, training is a process of improving human resources by improving community skills. 4) Economy, economy is one of the drivers in increasing human resources in the village.

The benefits derived from this activity include being able to assemble computers and computer parts, so that employees work according to their field of expertise and can master proper assembly techniques. Abstrak : Pelatihan yang dilaksanakan di CV. Rifanta Tanjungbalai merupakan tridharma pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam pemahaman perakitan komputer untuk karyawan CV. Rifanta Tanjungbalai dalam melakukan instalasi perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak komputer, dimana kualitas karyawan sangat berpengaruh pada sumber daya manusia yang dapat dijadikan sebagai tolak ukur dalam penguasaan perakitan. Sebagaimana diketahui CV. Rifanta Tanjungbalai bergerak dalam perdagangan dan jasa dan ini merupakan tolak ukur karyawan dalam mengetahui atau pun memahami tentang bagian-bagian utama komputer. Kegiatan pelatihan perakitan komputer tersebut disajikan dalam bentuk penjelasan, pemuataran video, diskusi dan praktek dilapangan. Manfaat yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini anatara lain dapat melakukan perakitan komputer dan bagian-bagian komputer, sehingga karyawan bekerja sesuai dengan bidang keahlian dan dapat menguasai teknik merakit secara tepat. Ini menunjukkan para karyawan CV. Rifanta Tanjungbalai sangat mahir dalam mengenal perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak, sehingga konsumen merasa puas dengan kinerja para karyawan.

educational background. students, for example, because they are deemed to have taken higher education and are accused of writing from assignments given by the lecturer. The low number of writers in Indonesia means that scientific publications in Indonesia are still inadequate. In 2019, Indonesia succeeded in publishing the most scientific papers when compared to other ASEAN countries such as Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand. However, this figure is still insufficient, so that efforts are needed to increase the number and quality of good research writing. This activity aims to help make it happen. The target of this activity is students, both from public and private universities in Palembang City. The methods used in this PkM activity were material presentation, practical assistance, and discussion together. Based on the results of the questionnaire answers from 36 participants, the majority of participants agreed that this activity provided new knowledge and information in the topic of research writing. In addition, most of the participants also found this training interesting and made them excited to write a good research. So it can be concluded that the majority of students are not proficient in using Mendeley and Grammarly software and feel that both software can make writing their research easier.

Abstrak: Menulis merupakan suatu kegiatan untuk mengungkapkan gagasan atau gagasan yang ada di benak seseorang. setiap orang pasti punya ide atau ide, tapi tidak semua orang mampu menuliskan ide-ide tersebut. bahkan ada yang beranggapan bahwa menulis membutuhkan latar belakang pendidikan yang tinggi. mahasiswa, misalnya, karena dianggap telah menempuh pendidikan tinggi dan dituduh menulis dari tugas-tugas yang diberikan dosen. Rendahnya jumlah penulis di Indonesia membuat publikasi ilmiah di Indonesia masih kurang mencukupi. Pada tahun 2019, Indonesia berhasil menerbitkan karya ilmiah terbanyak jika dibandingkan dengan negara ASEAN lainnya seperti Singapura, Malaysia, dan Thailand. Namun angka tersebut masih belum mencukupi, sehingga diperlukan upaya untuk meningkatkan jumlah dan kualitas penulisan penelitian yang baik. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk membantu mewujudkannya. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah para mahasiswa, baik dari perguruan tinggi negeri maupun perguruan tinggi swasta di Kota Palembang. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan PkM ini adalah Pelatihan. Berdasarkan hasil jawaban kuisioner dari 36 peserta, mayoritas peserta sepakat bahwa kegiatan ini memberikan pengetahuan dan informasi baru dalam topik penulisan penelitian. Selain itu, sebagian besar peserta juga menganggap pelatihan ini menarik dan membuat mereka bersemangat untuk menulis penelitian dengan baik. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa mayoritas mahasiswa belum mahir menggunakan software Mendeley dan Grammarly dan merasakan bahwa kedua software tersebut dapat mempermudah penulisan riset mereka.

Data were collected through participatory observation, interviews with trainees and instructors, and analysis of training-related documents. The results of this study are expected to provide insight into the effectiveness and benefits of implementing the Hutagogy system in the context of basic proficient course training. A significant 75% strongly agree with the use of diverse media in learning, indicating an understanding of the value of multimedia technologies. Furthermore, 50% strongly agree that students actively participate in course assessments, demonstrating a willingness to evaluate and improve the learning process. Finally, an overwhelming 81.3% support a thorough approach to assessment that includes pre-tests, post-tests, reviews, feedback, and reflections, demonstrating commitment to a holistic evaluation process. And all of the finding explained that hutagogy was applied at Pusdiklatcab Jombang , East Java.
