DIFFERENCES IN HEMATOCRIT LEVELS AND PLATELET COUNTS ON THE 4th To 6th DAY OF FEVER IN DENGUE HEMORRHAGIC FEVER PATIENTS

Abstract: Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is an endemic disease in Indonesia caused by the dengue virus and transmitted through the bites of Aedes aegypti and Aedes albopictus mosquitoes. The risk of serious complications primarily… arises during the critical phase, typically between the 4th and 6th days of fever, during which plasma leakage may occur, leading to shock and severe bleeding. Hematocrit levels and platelet counts are important parameters in the diagnosis and monitoring of DHF patients. This study aimed to determine the differences in hematocrit levels and platelet counts during days 4 to 6 of fever in DHF patients at Prima Medika Hospital Denpasar, in February 2025. This research employed a descriptive quantitative design with purposive sampling, involving 35 patients who met the inclusion criteria. The results showed a decrease in hematocrit levels with averages of 42.8%, 42%, and 41.2%, and platelet counts with averages of 87 x 10³/µL, 59 x 10³/µL, and 47 x 10³/µL from day 4 to day 6 of fever. Data were analyzed using the Shapiro-Wilk normality test, the Friedman non-parametric test for hematocrit levels, and the Repeated Measures ANOVA parametric test for platelet counts. Statistical analysis showed a p-value of 0.002 for hematocrit levels and 0.000 for platelet counts. The conclusion of this study is that there are significant differences in hematocrit levels and platelet counts between days 4 to 6 of fever in DHF patients.

Prototipe Sistem Pendeteksi Kebocoran Air Dan Pengeluaran Air Secara Otomatis Pada Kapal Berbasisi Arduino Uno

Abstract: Abstract: Disposal of water in traditional boats is currently still done manually with human intervention, in contrast to commercial ships that already have a ballast system. This will certainly be a problem for boat users… rs who can interfere with their sailing. Therefore, in this study, a design for an automatic water pump on an Arduino Uno-based boat will be made, which functions as a tool to remove puddles in the hull of the boat due to leakage. This tool is able to discharge water on the boat automatically when the water level entering the hull of the boat has exceeded the maximum height limit until the water level is within the tolerance limit which is considered safe and does not interfere with sailing. This tool works automatically using the WLC sensor (water level control) as a tool to monitor the water level, and the Arduino Uno system as a component to run the program by switching the pump. This tool can minimize the occurrence of shipwreck accidents due to boat hull leaks and human error. This system is still applied in the form of a prototype.             Keywords: Arduino Uno; water level control; boat.     Abstrak: Pembuangan air pada kapal tradisional saat ini masih dilakukan dengan cara manual dengan adanya campur tangan manusia, berbeda dengan kapal-kapal komersil yang sudah memiliki sistem ballast. Hal ini tentunya akan menjadi permasalahan bagi para pengguna kapal yang dapat mengganggu pelayaran mereka. Oleh karena itu, dalam penelitian ini akan dibuat suatu perancangan pompa air otomatis pada kapal berbasis Arduino Uno, yang berfungsi sebagai alat untuk membuang genangan air dalam lambung kapal akibat kebocoran. Alat ini mampu melakukan pembuangan air pada kapal secara otomatis pada saat ketinggian air yang masuk kedalam lambung kapal telah melampaui batas ketinggian maksimal sampai ketinggian air tersebut berada pada batas toleransi yang dianggap aman dan tidak mengganggu pelayaran. Alat ini bekerja dengan otomatis menggunakan sensor WLC (water level control) sebagai alat untuk memantau ketinggian airnya, dan sistem Arduino Uno sebagai komponen untuk menjalankan program dengan melakukan switching pada pompa. Alat ini dapat meminimalisir terjadinya kecelakaan kapal karam akibat kebocoran lambung kapal dan human error. STUDENT DEPRESSION SCREENING BASED ON THE OPTIMUM DATA BALANCING AND RANDOM FOREST

Abstract: Abstract: Mental health issues, particularly depression among young adult university students, are often detected late due to stigma and reluctance to seek medical consultation. The objective of this study is to develop… an early screening model employing machine learning techniques, specifically the random forest algorithm, on a dataset of 268 students (aged 17-29 years; consisting of 98 males and 170 females) within a multicultural educational setting. The principal challenges associated with this dataset are class imbalance and the potential for data leakage from clinical scores. This study implements a rigorous feature selection approach that involves the elimination of depression score features and the utilization of the Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Technique (SMOTE) to balance the training data distribution. Furthermore, a Threshold Tuning strategy is employed to prioritize detection sensitivity (Recall). The findings indicate that reducing the decision threshold to an optimal value of 0.25 led to a substantial enhancement in the recall value, increasing it from 36% (baseline) to 77%. A feature importance analysis was conducted, the results of which indicated that Total Social Connectedness (ToSC) is the most dominant predictor. In summary, the present study corroborates the notion that optimizing sensitivity through threshold tuning is of paramount importance for medical screening. Furthermore, social isolation factors emerge as more significant indicators of depression risk than demographic attributes.             Keywords: data mining; depression; imbalanced data; random forest; smote; threshold tuning     Abstrak: Masalah kesehatan mental, khususnya depresi di kalangan mahasiswa dewasa muda, sering terdeteksi terlambat akibat stigma dan enggan mencari konsultasi medis. Tujuan studi ini adalah mengembangkan model skrining dini menggunakan teknik machine learning, khususnya algoritma random forest, pada dataset 268 mahasiswa (usia 17-29 tahun; terdiri dari 98 laki-laki dan 170 perempuan) dalam lingkungan pendidikan multikultural. Tantangan utama yang terkait dengan dataset ini adalah ketidakseimbangan kelas dan potensi kebocoran data dari skor klinis. Studi ini menerapkan pendekatan seleksi fitur yang ketat, yang melibatkan eliminasi fitur skor depresi dan penggunaan Teknik Over-sampling Minoritas Sintetis (SMOTE) untuk menyeimbangkan distribusi data pelatihan. Selain itu, strategi Penyesuaian Ambang Batas diterapkan untuk memprioritaskan sensitivitas deteksi (Recall). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mengurangi ambang batas keputusan ke nilai optimal 0,25 menyebabkan peningkatan signifikan dalam nilai recall, dari 36% (dasar) menjadi 77%. Analisis pentingnya fitur dilakukan, hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa Total Social Connectedness (ToSC) adalah prediktor yang paling dominan. Secara ringkas, studi ini membenarkan bahwa mengoptimalkan sensitivitas melalui penyesuaian ambang batas sangat penting untuk skrining medis. IMPLEMENTATION OF DALY BMS AND MODULXHM604 AS A BATTERY PACK FOR ECGO2 ELECTRIC MOTORCYCLES TO IMPROVE SAFETY, CAPACITY AND FAST CHARGING

Abstract: Abstrack: This research aims to improve battery performance and safety on the ECGO2 electric motorcycle by re-assembling the battery system using 18650 lithium cells, Daly BMS 13S/7A battery management system, and XH-M604… 4 module. The configuration used is 13S5P (65 cells), resulting in a total voltage of 48.1 V and a capacity of 14 Ah, or equivalent to 673.4 Wh of energy. Compared to the ECGO2 built-in battery that requires 4-7 hours of charging time, this system is able to speed up charging to ±1.6 hours using a 7 A current charger. Test results using an oscilloscope show that the voltage of the assembled battery is more stable under load than that of a single battery, with minimal ripple. The estimated operating time of an 800 W electric motor using a 673.4 Wh battery is about 50 minutes. To achieve 2 hours of operation, the 13S10P configuration or energy-saving mode (400-500 W) can be used. The system is also more cost-effective at Rp2,678 per Wh compared to the manufacturer's version of Rp4,464 per Wh, as well as improved safety against leakage and overheating. Keywords: 18650 lithium battery; daly bms; electric motorcycle; fast charging.   Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan performa dan keamanan baterai pada sepeda motor listrik ECGO2 dengan merakit ulang sistem baterai menggunakan sel lithium 18650, sistem manajemen baterai Daly BMS 13S/7A, dan modul XH-M604. Konfigurasi yang digunakan adalah 13S5P (65 sel), menghasilkan tegangan total 48,1 V dan kapasitas 14 Ah, atau setara dengan energi 673,4 Wh. Dibandingkan baterai bawaan ECGO2 yang memerlukan waktu pengisian 4–7 jam, sistem ini mampu mempercepat pengisian menjadi ±1,6 jam menggunakan charger arus 7 A. Hasil pengujian menggunakan osiloskop menunjukkan bahwa tegangan baterai rakitan lebih stabil di bawah beban dibandingkan baterai tunggal, dengan ripple minimal. Estimasi lama pengoperasian motor listrik 800 W menggunakan baterai 673,4 Wh adalah sekitar 50 menit. Untuk mencapai 2 jam pengoperasian, dapat digunakan konfigurasi 13S10P atau mode hemat energi (400–500 W). Sistem ini juga lebih hemat biaya dengan efisiensi harga Rp2.678 per Wh dibandingkan Rp4.464 per Wh versi pabrikan, serta meningkatkan keamanan terhadap kebocoran dan panas berlebih. Legal Responsibility of Bank Towards Customers In Cases of Personal Data Leakage

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to analyze the legal responsibility of banks towards customers in cases of personal data leaks, examine the extent of legal protection provided to customers, and describe efforts that can be… made to minimize the risk of data leaks. This study uses a literature study method by collecting and analyzing various legal sources, such as laws and regulations, court decisions, journals, and literature related to data protection in the banking sector. The results of the study indicate that banks have legal responsibilities based on the Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP) and banking provisions to maintain the confidentiality of customer data. If a data leak occurs, the bank can be subject to administrative, civil, or even criminal sanctions depending on the level of negligence. In addition, this study found that customers have the right to claim compensation if the data leak causes material or immaterial losses. However, the effectiveness of law enforcement still faces challenges, such as lack of customer awareness and complexity of evidence. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen regulations, improve cybersecurity systems by banks, and educate customers to mitigate the risk of data leaks. The implications of this study are expected to provide recommendations for regulators and banking industry players in strengthening the protection of customer personal data.

PENINGKATAN KEAMANAN DATA CLOUD MENGGUNAKAN ENKRIPSI HYBRID AES-RSA DI PT PERTAMINA RU V BALIKPAPAN

Abstract: PT Pertamina RU V Balikpapan sebagai bagian dari BUMN besar di Indonesia semakin mengandalkan sistem informasi berbasis cloud untuk mendukung operasional bisnisnya, termasuk dalam pengelolaan data logistik, produksi, keuangan,… angan, dan pelanggan. Namun, ketergantungan terhadap cloud menyebabkan munculnya risiko keamanan yang signifikan seperti data leakage, serangan man-in-the-middle, ransomware, dan akses tidak sah terhadap informasi sensitif. Saat ini, sistem keamanan yang diterapkan di PT Pertamina masih menggunakan enkripsi tradisional seperti SSL/TLS dan enkripsi simetris statis, yang dinilai rentan terhadap serangan modern. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kelemahan sistem keamanan data yang ada, mendalami penerapan teknik enkripsi hybrid yang menggabungkan algoritma AES (simetris) dan RSA (asimetris), serta merancang pendekatan enkripsi hybrid yang dapat diimplementasikan secara langsung oleh tim teknologi informasi PT Pertamina. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode problem-solving melalui tinjauan dokumen internal, analisis studi kasus, dan telaah literatur dari jurnal ilmiah terpercaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode enkripsi hybrid (AES + RSA) berhasil menyeimbangkan antara kecepatan enkripsi dan tingkat keamanan, dengan peningkatan kecepatan enkripsi sebesar 40% dibandingkan penggunaan RSA murni. Implementasi hybrid juga menunjukkan peningkatan keamanan terhadap serangan brute-force dan man-in-the-middle karena kunci sesi tidak disimpan secara terbuka. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pemanfaatan platform manajemen kunci terpercaya, penerapan kebijakan key rotation otomatis, serta pelatihan bagi staf TI mengenai praktik keamanan siber terbaik.
