South Lampung District, KKN is intervened through Entrepreneurship Training for Management and Members of Karang Taruna. The training will motivate Karang Taruna members to continue to innovate and adapt to market conditions, dare to try new products, maximize services and expand markets to face competition and create new, more creative markets. Karang Taruna as a youth organization has a strategic role in developing villages. Karang Taruna Bumi Asih Village is committed to improving youth welfare through Entrepreneurship training to provide various skills and knowledge to spur innovative and inspiring creativity. The method applied is the ABCD (Assets Base Community Development) Pattern with stages; Discovery, Dreams, Design, and Destiny. With the ABCD pattern, youth organizations are directed to be able to recognize and identify social problems that occur, understand, formulate and implement appropriate resolution techniques. With training, Karang Taruna administrators and members will have a strong organizational foundation, be visionary, and have integrity in directing a better life in society. Karang Taruna's real actions can direct the lives of the younger generation in a way that can reduce the unemployment rate in Bumi Asih Village.

Pelatihan akan memotivasi anggota Karang Taruna untuk terus melakukan inovasi dan penyesuaian dengan kondisi pasar, berani mencoba produk baru, memaksimalkan layanan dan memperluas pasar guna menghadapi persaingan serta menciptakan pasar baru yang lebih kreatif. Karang Taruna sebagai organisasi kepemudaan memiliki peran strategis dalam membangun Desa. Karang Taruna Desa Bumi Asih berkomitmen untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan pemuda melalui pelatihan Kewirausahaan guna membekali berbagai keterampilan dan pengetahuan guna memacu kreatifitas yang inovatif dan inspiratif. Metode yang diterapkan adalah Pola ABCD (Assets Base Community Development) dengan tahapan; Discovery, Dreams, Design, dan Destiny. Dengan pola ABCD, karang taruna diarahkan agar mampu menemukenali serta mengidentifikasi permasalahan sosial yang terjadi, memahami, merumuskan dan mengimplementasikan teknik penyelesaiannya secara tepat. Dengan Pelatihan, pengurus dan anggota Karang Taruna akan memiliki dasar organisasi yang kuat, visioner, dan memiliki integritas dalam mengarahkan kehidupan masyarakat yang lebih baik. Aksi nyata Karang Taruna dapat mengarahkan kehidupan generasi muda secara sehingga dapat mengurangi angka pengangguran di Desa Bumi Asih.

has an area of 156,002 Ha. Therefore, the service proposal team chose one type of business to be developed, namely pottery. There are quite a lot of pottery craftsmen in Karang Village, however, their economic conditions are far from prosperous. Seeing how complex the problems faced by partners are, it is necessary to prioritize the problems that will be overcome through this service activity, namely pottery diversification training and marketing promotion strategy training. The method goes through several stages, namely socializing the importance of diversifying pottery products. Partners can work directly to produce products other than pottery, finishing the product, and the pottery marketing stage. The results of this service are that the Karang Village community who participated in the training were able to make pottery in various forms, such as piggy banks, flower vases, ashtrays, and so on. As for marketing, these pottery products are marketed through social media.

Abstrak: Kelurahan Karang yang merupakan salah satu kelurahan yang ada di Kecamatan Semanding memiliki keberagaman dalam mata pencaharian masyarakatnya. Begitu juga dengan usaha-usaha yang dimiliki masyarakatnya, belum menunjukkan suatu ciri khas di Kelurahan Karang yang memiliki luas wilayah 156.002 Ha. Oleh karena itu, tim pengusul pengabdian memilih salah satu jenis usaha yang ingin dikembangkan, yaitu gerabah. Pengrajin gerabah di Kelurahan Karang lumayan banyak, namun, kondisi ekonomi mereka sangatlah jauh dari kata sejahtera. Melihat betapa kompleksnya permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra, maka perlu prioritas terhadap permasalahan yang akan diatasi melalui kegiatan pengabdian ini, yaitu pelatihan diversifikasi gerabah dan pelatihan strategi promosi pemasaran. Metode yang digunakan melalui beberapa tahapan, yaitu sosialisasi pentingnya diversifikasi produk gerabah, kemudian mitra diberi kesempatan untuk berkarya secara langsung menghasilkan produk selain gendok, finishing produk tersebut, dan tahap pemasaran gerabah. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah masyarakat Kelurahan Karang yang mengikuti pelatihan mampu membuat gerabah dalam bentuk bermacam-macam, seperti celengan, vas bunga, asbak, dan lain sebagainya. Sedangkan masalah pemasaran, produk-produk gerabah ini dipasarkan melalui media sosial.

Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) merupakan minyak kelapa yang diekstraksi yang mengandung asam lemak yang memiliki rantai sedang yang telah dipercaya memiliki banyak fungsi untuk kesehatan. asam lemak tersebut mudah dicerna dan diserap oleh usus karena ukuran molekulnya relatif kecil sehingga dapat langsung dibakar oleh tubuh untuk memproduksi energi. Selain itu, VCO mengandung asam laurat yang dapat melarutkan membran virus berupa lipid sehingga akan mengganggu kekebalan virus, sehingga virus menjadi inaktif. VCO diproses tanpa pemanasan, tidak ada tambahan bahan kimia, pewarna, dan pengawet sehingga dapat bertahan sebagai minyak nabati murni sehingga tidak merubah komposisi atau karakteristik minyak. VCO mempunyai nilai ekonomis yang tinggi. Proses pembuatannya mudah. Metode dalam Pengabdian Masyarakat ini adalah Penyuluhan, langsung Praktek dan diskusi. This can facilitate the preparation of references that are not small in number. Therefore, this training activity was organised face-to-face with the participation of 25 participants. The participants were students of the Faculty of Law and Economics of the afternoon class in semester 4 of the Islamic University of Jakarta. With the Mendeley training, it is hoped that students can smoothly use the application in preparing their final assignments. The method applied in this service is through training. This activity is divided into three stages, namely (a) training preparation, (b) delivery of materials and direct practice of using the Mendeley application, (c) monitoring of activities and (d) training evaluation. Through this activity, it is expected that participants, namely students, can understand the material and have the skills to compile their final project references using the Mendeley application.

Abstrak: Pada Penulisan Karya ilmiah di butuhkan suatu penggunaan yaitu dengan aplikasi Reference Manager untuk mendukung berbagai bentuk tugas pada perkuliahan, dan tugas akhir mahasiswa, kini semakin disarankan karna dianggap penting. Dalam penggunaan Mendeley, sebagai salah satu aplikasi, dapat membantu dalam mengelola referensi ilmiah seperti buku, jurnal, dan referensi UUD serta artikel lainnya. Hal ini dapat memudahkan dalam penyusunan referensi yang jumlahnya tidak sedikit. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pelatihan ini diselenggarakan secara tatap muka dengan partisipasi 25 peserta. Para perserta merupakan mahasiswa Fakultas Hukum dan ekonomi kelas sore pada semester 4 Universitas Islam Jakarta. Dengan adanya pelatihan Mendeley, diharapkan mahasiswa dapat dengan lancar menggunakan aplikasi tersebut dalam penyusunan tugas akhir mereka. Metode yang diterapkan dalam pengabdian ini adalah melalui pelatihan. Kegiatan ini terbagi menjadi tiga tahapan, yakni (a) persiapan pelatihan, (b) penyampaian materi dan praktek langsung penggunaan aplikasi Mendeley, (c) Monitoring dari kegiatan dan (d) evaluasi pelatihan. Mahasiswa akan mendapatkan panduan langsung dari narasumber hingga setiap peserta memiliki pemahaman yang cukup dan mampu mengaplikasikan pengetahuan tersebut pada aplikasi Mendeley. Melalui kegiatan ini, diharapkan peserta, yaitu mahasiswa, dapat memahami materi dan memiliki keterampilan untuk menyusun referensi tugas akhir mereka menggunakan aplikasi Mendeley.

Anak Rantau Riau experienced problems in the form of differences between the money received in the company account and the revenue recorded in the point on-sales system and several times made payments twice for the same invoice. Seeing this, of course, there needs to be steps to follow up so that nothing like that happens in the future. To follow up on this, discussions with company employees were held to determine what platforms and techniques were suitable and easy to implement to overcome the company's problems. Then, followed by providing direction to employees regarding the utilization of Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets as well as knowledge about the importance of even the smallest difference in money in finance. Finally, there will be an assessment of the results of the training. The result of the follow-up is that the problem of discrepancies between the money in the account and the revenue recorded in the point on-sales system can be minimized and there is no need to pay invoices twice for one invoice.

This activity is structured into three distinct phases during its execution: preparation, implementation, and practice. Based on empirical findings, engaging in direct interaction with mathematical puzzles has been found to enhance hand-motor coordination, finger dexterity, and precision control during object manipulation. Ninety-five percent of students were extremely interested in this educational game; eighty-five percent felt that math puzzle games improved their fine motor skills (hand and finger movements); and ninety-two percent intend to continue playing math puzzles on other materials in the future, according to the results of the questionnaire assessing the experience of playing with math puzzles. Students' fine motor skills improved significantly as a result of the implementation of this game, it was concluded.

After completing the mentoring activities, the results of the mentoring can be seen directly on the village website and show that there has been an improvement in website management, such as an increase in the number of news/activities in Sumber Baru Village that are reported on the website. It is hoped that mentoring activities like this will be further increased to improve the quality of village human resources which will have an impact on improving public communication by the village government.
