t, the Weight Sum Model (WSM) method can be used as an approach in decision making. This research aims to develop a Decision Support System for selecting fish seeds using the Weight Sum Model (WSM) method. This method allows a systematic assessment of various criteria that are relevant in selecting fish seeds. The first step in this research is to identify the criteria that will be evaluated in selecting fish seeds. Each fish seed is assessed based on each criterion using the appropriate scale. In the WSM method, the values given to each criterion are multiplied by the weight of the corresponding criterion, and the results are added up for each fish seed. The fish seeds that have the highest number will be considered the best choice based on predetermined evaluation criteria. This Decision Support System can help fish farming farmers in making more informative and data-based decisions in selecting fish seeds that suit their needs.

Abstract: Sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) telah menjadi alat penting dalam berbagai bidang, termasuk dalam pemilihan bibit ikan. Memilih bibit ikan yang tepat merupakan langkah krusial dalam budidaya ikan yang sukses. Dalam konteks ini, metode Weight Sum Model (WSM) dapat digunakan sebagai pendekatan dalam pengambilan keputusan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan untuk pemilihan bibit ikan menggunakan metode Weight Sum Model (WSM). Metode ini memungkinkan penilaian yang sistematis terhadap berbagai kriteria yang relevan dalam memilih bibit ikan. Langkah pertama dalam penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi kriteria-kriteria yang akan dievaluasi dalam pemilihan bibit ikan. Setiap bibit ikan dinilai berdasarkan setiap kriteria menggunakan skala yang sesuai. Dalam metode WSM, nilai-nilai diberikan pada setiap kriteria akan dikalikan dengan bobot kriteria terkait, dan hasilnya dijumlahkan untuk setiap bibit ikan. Bibit ikan yang memiliki jumlah tertinggi akan dianggap sebagai pilihan terbaik berdasarkan evaluasi kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan ini dapat membantu para petani budidaya ikan dalam mengambil keputusan yang lebih informatif dan berdasarkan data dalam memilih bibit ikan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan.

Dashboard menjelaskannya secara visual, baik dari segi navigasi peta maupun diagram yang mudah dibaca. Dapat dilihat sebaran alumni di seluruh Indonesia yang ditandai dengan warna yang diarsir yaitu tersebar di wilayah Republik Indonesia Bagian Tengah dan Barat. Dari segi gender, data alumni menyajikan bahwa tingkat kelulusan setiap tahunnya sebagian besar berjenis kelamin laki-laki dan data tertinggi pada tahun 2017 yaitu 2.960 alumni.

In previous studies, RNN and its variants are among the most popular Seq2Seq models in text summarization. However, there are still weaknesses in saving memory; gradients are lost in long sentences so resulting in a decrease in lengthy text summaries. This research proposes a Transformer model with an Attention mechanism that can fetch important information, solve parallelization problems, and summarize long texts. The Transformer model we propose is GPT-2. GPT-2 uses decoders to predict the next word using the pre-trained model from w11wo/indo-gpt2-small, implemented on the Indosum Indonesian dataset. Evaluation assessment of the model performance using ROUGE evaluation. The study's results get an average result recall for R-1, R-2, and R-L were 0.61, 0.51, and 0.57, respectively. The summary results can paraphrase sentences, but some still use the original words from the text. Future work increase the amount of data from the dataset to improve the result of more new sentence paraphrases.

One of them is the Multi-Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) method, which is a support system method that has been widely used to provide accurate and efficient results. This study aims to build a decision support system for choosing healthy toddlers and elderly at the Petatal Health Center, Talawi District, Asahan Regency. So far, the process of selecting healthy toddlers and elderly is done conventionally, without the help of applications or computer programs. So the time needed is longer and the results are also less objective. The calculation process uses the MAUT method with an alternative of 13 toddlers and 15 elderly. The criteria used are body weight, nutritional status, potassium content, protein content, and carbohydrate content. Assessment weight 1-5. The results are 3 Toddlers with the highest total score Laila (17) Putri Sundar (14.25) and Tiara with a score of 12.25. The three people with the highest scores for healthy elderly are Rini Dewi with a score of 17, Joni with a score of 14.25, and Bejo Asmo with a value of 12.25.

Abstrak: Perkembangan Teknologi informasi saat ini telah berdampak pada semua bidang, termasuk bidang kesehatan. Banyak kegiatan yang awalnya dilakukan secara konvensional atau manual kini dapat dilakukan dengan bantuan teknologi. Komputer yang tadinya hanya digunakan untuk mengolah data kini menyediakan banyak layanan, aplikasi dan program yang dapat membantu mempermudah kegiatan manusia. Salah satunya adalah metode Multi Atribute Utility Theory (MAUT) yang merupakan salah satu metode sistem pendukung yang telah banyak digunakan untuk memberikan hasil yang akurat dan efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan Balita dan Lansia Sehat di Puskesmas Petatal Kecamatan Talawi Kabupaten Asahan, selama ini proses pemilihan balita dan lansia sehat dilakukan secara konvensional, tanpa menggunakan bantuan aplikasi atau program computer. Sehingga waktu yang dibutuhkan lebih lama serta hasilnya juga kurang objektif. Proses perhitungan menggunakan Metode MAUT dengan alternative 13 Balita dan 15 lansia .Kriteria yang digunakan Berat Badan, Status Gizi, Kandungan Kalium, Kandungan protein dan kandungan karbohidrat. Bobot penilaian 1-5. Hasil adalah 3 Balita dengan total nilai tertinggi Laila (17) Putri Sundar (14,25) dan Tiara dengan nilai 12,25. ue by implementing the Goal-Directed Design (GDD) method in website interface refinement. GDD provides solutions that meet user needs and goals and address business goals. This research begins the interface design process by identifying user behavior patterns and goals to help deepen understanding of the domain, business goals, and technical constraints that will be used as a reference in website interface design refinement. Furthermore, usability testing is conducted using the System Usability Scale (SUS) as the measurement parameter. The usability aspects assessed in this research are effectiveness, efficiency, and satisfaction. Usability testing is conducted on the current website interface design and the website interface refinement design. Tests were conducted on six participants, consisting of three XYZ University students and three members of the general public. The findings show that the website's usability has increased from the previous value of 49.16 to 83.33. Based on the SUS score interpretation, the value that was previously categorized as "poor" increased to "excellent". Therefore, the result of the website interface refinement design using the GDD method has succeeded in increasing the usability value of the website.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini berfokus pada perancangan perbaikan antarmuka website company profile Universitas XYZ yang memfasilitasi pelayanan informasi publik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan nilai usability website dengan mengimplementasikan metode Goal-Directed Design (GDD) dalam melakukan perancangan perbaikan website. GDD memberikan solusi yang memenuhi kebutuhan dan tujuan pengguna, dan juga menangani tujuan bisnis. Penelitian ini memulai perancangan antarmuka dengan mengidentifikasi pola perilaku dan tujuan pengguna untuk membantu memperdalam pemahaman tentang domain, tujuan bisnis, dan kendala teknis yang akan dijadikan acuan dalam perancangan antarmuka website. Selanjutnya, dilakukan usability testing dengan menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS) sebagai parameter penilaiannya. Aspek usability yang diukur pada penelitian ini adalah efektivitas, efisiensi, dan kepuasan pengguna. Pengujian dilakukan terhadap kondisi awal website dan rancangan perbaikan antarmuka website. Pengujian dilakukan kepada enam partisipan yang terdiri dari tiga mahasiswa Universitas XYZ dan tiga masyarakat umum. Didapatkan bahwa nilai usability website mengalami peningkatan dari yang sebelumnya bernilai 49,16 menjadi 83,33. Berdasarkan skala penilaian SUS, nilai yang sebelumnya berkategori “poor†meningkat menjadi “excellentâ€. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil dari rancangan perbaikan antarmuka website dengan menggunakan metode GDD berhasil meningkatkan nilai usability website.

Aek Loba Health Center is that it does not have a system that can measure the level of patient satisfaction with the services provided. In addition, patients also still have difficulty in expressing opinions in the form of complaints about the performance of medical personnel. The aim of the research is to become a forum for assessing the quality of service that can make it easier for patients to submit complaints and also as a measuring tool for health agencies on the level of success of the quality of services provided. This study uses the Service Quality method by assessing service quality based on 5 quality dimensions, namely Tangibles, Responsiveness, Reliability, Assurance, and Empathy. Based on these problems, a decision support system was designed using the PHP programming language and the database used, namely MySQL. So that this research resulted in this system being able to help and facilitate the Aek Loba Health Center in accommodating and measuring the level of quality of service to patients. In addition, this system can make it easy for leaders to find out the elements that need to be improved, maintained, and repaired by the Aek Loba Health Center.

Abstrak: Memberi pelayanan kepada pasien merupakan kewajiban yang harus dilakukan oleh instansi kesehatan. Pelayanan kesehatan yang baik tentu saja dapat diukur dari kinerja tenaga medisnya. Permasalahan Puskesmas Aek Loba saat ini yaitu belum mempunyai sistem yang dapat mengukur tingkat kepuasan pasien terhadap layanan yang diberikan. Selain itu, pasien juga masih kesulitan dalam menyampaikan pendapat berupa keluhan terhadap kinerja tenaga medis. Tujuan penelitian untuk menjadi wadah penilaian kualitas pelayanan yang dapat memudahkan pasien dalam menyampaikan keluhan dan juga sebagai alat ukur instansi kesehatan terhadap tingkat keberhasilan kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Service Quality dengan menilai kualitas pelayanan berdasarkan 5 dimensi kualitas, yaitu Bukti Nyata (tangibles), Ketanggapan (responsiveness), Kehandalan (reliability), Jaminan (assurance), dan Empati (emphaty). Berdasarkan permasalah tersebut maka dirancang sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database yang digunakan yaitu MySQL. Sehingga penelitian ini menghasilkan sistem ini dapat membantu dan mempermudah pihak Puskesmas Aek Loba dalam menampung dan mengukur tingkat kualitas pelayanan terhadap pasien. Selain itu, sistem ini dapat memberi kemudahan bagi pimpinan untuk mengetahui unsur-unsur yang perlu ditingkatkan, dipertahankan, serta diperbaiki oleh Puskesmas Aek Loba.

Hasil akhirnya yaitu nilai kesenjangan, yang merepresentasikan variasi dalam cara pelanggan memandang layanan yang mereka terima. Informasi yang digunakan dalam pengolahan penelitian ini berasal dari rilis data ke 30 responden yang sedang melakukan pengurusan Surat Izin Mengemudi pada Satlantas Tanjungbalai. Dari hasil penelitian ini terlihat bahwa kepuasan masyarakat di Satlantas Tanjungbalai dilihat dari lima dimensi servqual yaitu didapatkan jumlah nilai kenyataan sebesar 4,00 kemudian jumlah 4,62 lalu-gap -0,62. Overcoming this requires a computer system that helps decision making, namely a decision support system for determining the best performance of parking attendants at the Asahan District Transportation Service in this study using the BORDA method. The borda method is used to combine the results of the decision assessment of each appraiser so that the final result is the best performance of the parking attendant. The purpose of this research is to create a computerized system that will later assist in determining the best performance appraisal of parking attendants every year. Abstrak: Penentuan kinerja terbaik petugas parkir pada Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Asahan bertujuan untuk perlu meningkatkan tanggung jawab dan loyalitas yang tinggi mendapatkan hasil kinerja yang memuaskan dan pemberian perhargaan bagi petugas parkir memiliki kinerja terbaik. Penilaian kinerja terbaik petugas parkir dilakukan oleh 3 penilai yaitu manajemen rekayasa lalu lintas, seksi parkir, staff administrasi parkir. Permasalahan dalam penilaian kinerja terbaik petugas parkir adalah belum ada sistem yang terstruktur sehingga waktu penilaian cukup lama sekitar kurang lebih 2-3 minggu. Selain itu penilaian masih cenderung subjektif misalnya penilaian petugas parkir berdasarkan kedekatan dan kekeluargaan sehingga menyebabkan kecemburuan. Mengatasi hal tersebut diperlukan suatu sistem komputer yang membantu pengambilan keputusan yaitu sistem pendukung keputusan penentuan kinerja terbaik petugas parkir pada Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Asahan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode BORDA. Metode borda digunakan untuk menggabungkan hasil penilaian keputusan dari tiap penilai sehingga dapat memperoleh hasil akhir berupa kinerja terbaik petugas parkir. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat suatu sistem komputerisasi yang nantinya akan membantu dalam menentukan penilaian kinerja terbaik petugas parkir disetiap tahunnya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dari sistem penentuan kinerja terbaik petugas parkir berupa perangkingan dari nilai akhir setiap petugas parkir. Nilai tertinggi dijadikan sebagai saran kinerja terbaik petugas parkir.
