At the SMA Negeri 13 Surabaya, transparency in the use of taxes in scholl is making accountability reports. The school treasure makes transparent accountability reports related to the use of tax funds in detail to interested parties. In order to comply with applicable tax regulatioms, SMAN 13 Surabaya several things, namely; [1] understand the applicable tax regulations in the school area; [2] identify relevant tax liabilities; [3] conduct tax planning to minimize the tax burden as much as legally possible; [4] register as taxpayer; [5] collect and make timely payment of taxes; [6] conduct tax reporting in accordance with applicable regulations.

Therefore, medical personnel who suffer from mental illness have the right to receive protection and guarantees from the government and employers. However, in practice, medical personnel who suffer from mental illness often experience difficulties in submitting claims. The research entitled "Recognition of Mental Illness as a Consequence of Medical Personnel in Work Accident Insurance Claim Procedures in Indonesia" is normative-qualitative research. Medical workers face a lot of stress and workload, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, and mental illness is one of the consequences. Mental illness can impair their performance, health, and well-being, and place them at risk to patients and their work environment. With the recognition of mental illness as a consequence of medical personnel in the JKK claim procedure in Indonesia, JKK is a social security program organized by BPJS Employment. This program provides guarantees to workers or laborers to receive health services and cash compensation due to work accidents or work-related illnesses. So it is hoped that it can provide benefits for medical personnel in the form of getting proper protection, increasing the productivity of medical personnel and improving the quality of health services.

This research aims to find out what obstacles the teachers of SMPN 2 Dompu have in designing modules and assessing the project to strengthen the Pancasila student profile (P5) of the Merdeka Curriculum. The research method used in this research is a qualitative method. The data analysis technique used in this research is a data analysis technique developed by Creswell including data collection, data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research are that there are 6 teacher obstacles. The first teacher has difficulty identifying the readiness stages of educational units in designing modules and project assessments to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students (P5). Second, teachers have difficulty determining dimensions and themes in designing modules and assessments for projects to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students (P5). Third, teachers have difficulty designing and determining time allocation in module design and assessment as well as implementing projects to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students (P5). Fourth, teachers have difficulty developing topics and activity lines in designing modules and assessments for projects strengthening the profile of Pancasila students (P5). Fifth, teachers have difficulty creating and designing project modules for strengthening Pancasila student profiles (P5). Sixth, teachers do not yet understand how to create assessment and assessment rubrics in the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students (P5). Recommendations from the results of this research are (1) the Dompu Regency Youth and Sports Education Office must provide training related to P5 module design and P5 Assessment to teachers at SMPN 2 Dompu, (2) Principals must collaborate with campus or external parties to conduct training for teachers.

The data collection process focuses on collecting various sources and relevant data, scientific literature, and other writings related to thoughts on educational reform in Minangkabau. The results of the research show that there are thoughts about educational reform carried out by several prominent figures in Minangkabau such as Abdul Karim Amrullah, Abdullah Ahmad, Rahmah El-Yunusiyah, and Sheikh Sulaiman Ar-rasuli. The results of the thinking of these figures were to change the education system from halaqah to madrasa, organizing the place of study with a classroom system, using classical books as the main learning source, adding general subjects such as arithmetic, natural sciences and so on. Among the legacies of figures who contributed greatly to Islamic education in Minangkabau are Sumatra Tawalib Padang Panjang, Adabiah School, Diniyah Putri Padang Panjang, and MTI Canduang. Methods: Qualitative research by understanding the phenomenon of what the research subjects experienced, In this study, the authors used a descriptive method, which aims to describe the facts of the Indonesian government's policy and the Thai government's policy in tackling HIV AIDS cases in each country. Results: People diagnosed with HIV should be offered and associated with antiretroviral treatment (ART) as soon as possible after diagnosis and monitored periodically using clinical and laboratory parameters, including tests to measure the virus in the blood (viral load). Indonesia's policies in dealing with HIV AIDS are: Government Policy, Treatment, treatment and support for PLHIV, Conducive Environment, Sustainability of Countermeasures.
