ch collected quantitative data through surveys of 150 respondents from Islamic educational institutions and qualitative data through in-depth interviews with 15 school principals and pesantren administrators. The research results show that although technology has been adopted by most Islamic educational institutions, significant challenges arise related to infrastructure limitations, teachers' digital skills, and access disparities in various regions. Adaptive and technology-based leadership plays a crucial role in designing policies that support digital transformation in Islamic educational institutions. Moreover, the integration of Islamic values with technology has also proven to be important in maintaining the identity and morality of Islamic education. This research suggests the importance of intensive training for educators and equitable access to technology so that Islamic education management can be more responsive to social and technological changes, and capable of improving the quality of education in the future.

hese three factors are managed and optimized. Well-managed local wealth can increase regional fiscal capacity and reduce dependence on funding from the central government. Effective and efficient local expenditure plays a role in providing quality public services, while DAU makes an important contribution to regions with limited fiscal capacity. The method used in this research is a literature study by analyzing related literature, including scientific articles, government reports, and previous research. The results show that the interaction between the three factors has a significant impact on local government performance, which is reflected in development achievements and improvements in people's quality of life. Recommendations from this study include the need for more efficient management of local wealth, more focused allocation of local expenditure to priority sectors, and reduced dependence on DAU by increasing local own-source revenue (PAD). This study also suggests further research to explore the impact of DAU management on regional fiscal resilience.

The analysis was conducted by exploring various concepts regarding the types of treasurers, their duties and authorities, and the challenges faced in the process of preparing regional financial accountability reports. The results of the study indicate that there are three types of regional government treasurers, namely expenditure treasurers, revenue treasurers, and goods treasurers, each of which has its own duties and roles in managing regional finances. The treasurer's duties include recording, reporting, and accountability for budget use, with great authority in managing regional funds. However, significant challenges are faced in the administration process , such as the complexity of the accounting system and limited competent human resources. In conclusion, to improve the quality of regional financial reports, improvements are needed in the financial information system, increased treasurer competence, and better coordination between treasurers and related agencies. The Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) has a crucial role in protecting customer deposits when banks experience liquidation. In this context, LPS functions as a legal protection strategy for customer deposits held in banks. This action is important to maintain public confidence in banking amidst economic uncertainty. In response to the 1998 monetary crisis, the Indonesian government issued a policy of guaranteeing bank payments, including public deposits, through LPS. The importance of LPS is revealed when banks experience failures that have the potential to threaten the security of customer funds. In this situation, LPS guarantees the customer's refund up to a certain limit, providing the necessary financial protection. This creates a sense of security for customers and promotes banking system stability. With LPS, customers can be assured that their funds are safe even if unexpected events occur in the banking world. The role of LPS as a deposit insurance institution is inherent in the government's efforts to regulate and supervise the financial sector. LPS plays a role as the front guard in protecting customer interests, maintaining financial system stability, and preventing potential losses that could arise due to the possibility of bank failure.

In 2023, out of 37 health centers in Semarang, 36 health centers (97.3%) achieved “Plenary” accreditation and 1 Health Center (2.7%) achieved “Main” accreditation. The purpous of this study are to To determine the current OSH practice and determine OSH aspect that needs improvement based on Health Ministry Regulation No.52 of 2018. qualitative methods with a case study design. Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) management at Padangsari Health Center was evaluated based on 92 indicators from three main aspects. In the OHS management criteria, 14 out of 23 indicators (60.9%) have been met. For OSH standards, 45 out of 61 indicators (73.8%) have been met. Meanwhile, 8 indicators related to OSH training, reporting, and recording have all been met. Although Padangsari Health Center has achieved "Main" accreditation with an achievement of 72.8%, further efforts are still needed to meet at least 80% of the assessment indicators in order to obtain the highest accreditation, namely "Plenary". It is recommended to improve indicators, especially in improving OHS planning, strengthening supervision, ensuring staff compliance with SOPs, and evaluating the effectiveness of OSH implementation in the future.

The results of the study show that there are several implications in the formation of character and noble morals from the perspective of the Qur'an, such as: 1) Education as a process of self-purification (Tazkiyah), 2) Character formation through parental advice to children. 3) Building character with positive traits and attitudes. 4) Education as a process of noble moral development. This research concludes that education based on the principles of the Qur'an has a crucial role in creating individuals who are not only intellectually intelligent, but also have noble ethics, which ultimately contributes to the creation of a harmonious and civilized society.

This study explores the implementation of labor law in the context of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, analyzing the challenges faced by both employers and employees in adapting to these new technological advancements. Using a qualitative methodology, this research employs a juridical review of existing labor laws, supported by an in-depth case study examining how these laws are applied in technology-driven industries. The findings indicate that labor laws often lag behind the technological advances, leading to gaps in legal protections for workers and ambiguities in employer obligations. The case study highlights specific instances where current labor regulations fail to address issues related to remote work, job displacement due to automation, and workers' rights in the gig economy. Solutions are proposed to modernize labor laws, ensuring they are adaptable to future technological developments while safeguarding workers' rights. The study concludes that there is an urgent need for legal reforms to balance innovation with fair labor practices in the era of Industry 4.0.

It examines the role of hashtags in CMC practices on Instagram during electoral periods. Through the analysis of seven samples, the study reveals that while certain posts align with the electoral purposes of the hashtags, others use these hashtags for visibility without relevance to the elections. The research underscores Instagram’s potential for reshaping political branding and enhancing voter engagement. It demonstrates that the strategic application of hashtags, combined with high-quality visuals and interactive features, can amplify the visibility and impact of political messaging. By integrating CMC and political branding theories, this study presents a framework for understanding how digital tools can foster a more engaged and informed electorate.
