PEMILIHAN BIBIT TERNAK SAPI POTONG MELALUI KOMBINASI METODE AHP DAN METODE MFEP

Afrisawati, Afrisawati, Irianto, Irianto
Abstract: Beef is a livestock product that has economic value. The high demand for meat requires farmers to cultivate cows by supplying cattle to meet consumer needs. In terms of selecting beef cattle seeds, independent breeders still… till do traditionally. During this time farmers still use the trial and error method in choosing the best type of cow even just concerned with the price factor. This will obviously affect the quality of cattle which results in expensive maintenance costs, less than optimal production yields and even death of cows. The purpose of this study was to conduct a study of the application of technology in the selection of the best beef cattle to increase livestock yield, especially for local independent breeders. The technology used is a combination of the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method and the Multy Factor Evaluation Process (MFEP) Method. Through a combination of methods, researchers analyzed each criterion and alternative related to the selection of the best beef cattle. AHP method was chosen because it has the ability to analyze more consistent criteria. While the selection of the MFEP method is due to having the ability to analyze alternatives based on existing criteria in a simple and accurate way. The results of the AHP and MFEP analysis method are AHP analysis to assist in determining the priority factors of beef cattle seedlings and applied to the MFEP method which produces the highest alternative A6 with a value of 0.508. This research is expected to become a new foundation for farmers in knowing the criteria and alternatives in determining the best type of beef cattle.

Implementation of the Waiting List Policy in the Administration of the Hajj Pilgrimage at the Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Central Maluku Regency

Rahawarin, Mohamad Arsad, Selanno, Hendry
Abstract: This study analyzes the implementation of the waiting list policy in the administration of the Hajj pilgrimage at the Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Central Maluku Regency. A descriptive qualitative approach… ach was used to examine how the policy is translated into public service practices, particularly in a local context where the waiting period has reached approximately 18 years, with about 2,500 prospective pilgrims and an annual quota of 135 people. Data were obtained through interviews, observation, and document review involving officials responsible for Hajj and Umrah services and relevant community informants. The data were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana, consisting of data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings show that policy implementation is supported by four interrelated factors: bureaucratic structure, resources, communication, and the disposition of implementing officers. A clear organizational structure and standard operating procedures facilitate coordination and accountability. Competent human resources, adequate facilities, and the use of Siskohat strengthen service accuracy and transparency. Multi-channel communication helps reduce misunderstanding, while professional and empathetic officer attitudes build public trust. The novelty of this study lies in its local-level analysis of Hajj waiting list implementation in an archipelagic regency. The study implies that transparent, responsive, and humanistic public services are essential for maintaining fairness and legitimacy in long-term Hajj queue management.

Implementation of Brain-Based Learning to Reduce Mathematics Anxiety in the Teaching of Fractions at Primary School

Erni Nurjanah, Asep Supena
Abstract: This research examines the application of the Brain-Based Learning (BBL) model to reduce math anxiety in teaching fractions at the elementary school level. This study used a quantitative approach with a pretest–posttest… t quasi-experimental control group design involving two fifth-grade classes: one experimental class that received fraction instruction through BBL and one control class that was taught using conventional methods, with 40 students in each group. Mathematics anxiety related to fractions was measured using a modified mathematics anxiety scale for elementary school students, while fraction achievement was evaluated through a valid written test. The results showed that both groups had relatively equivalent initial abilities, supported by normal and homogeneous pretest data and no significant differences in pretest scores. After the intervention, the experimental class showed consistently lower levels of anxiety related to fractions in all dimensions (tests/assessments, classroom learning situations, fraction tasks, and fraction avoidance) and significantly higher post-test scores than the control class, with an average difference of about seven points. The findings show that BBL, which aligns the learning process with the way the brain naturally learns by fostering positive emotions, multisensory experiences, and meaningful social interaction, is effective in improving students' understanding of fractions while simultaneously reducing their math anxiety. This study offers a unique perspective by conducting an experimental trial of BBL as a targeted intervention for math anxiety related to fractions in Indonesian elementary schools and highlighting its potential as a neuroeducation-based pedagogical strategy to foster numeracy and emotional well-being in math learning.

Abstract: This research aims to analyze the comparison of character education system curricula in Indonesia and Finland. The focus of the research is to identify differences and similarities in the approach, implementation and effectiveness… ectiveness of character education in the two education systems. The research method used is a literature study with a qualitative approach. Data was collected through reviewing curriculum documents, education policies, and scientific articles related to character education in Indonesia and Finland. The research results show that Finland integrates character education holistically in all aspects of learning, while Indonesia still tends to separate character education as a separate subject. Apart from that, Finland emphasizes the formation of values of independence, responsibility and collaboration through a student-centered approach, while Indonesia places more emphasis on religious values and nationalism. Abstract: This study aims to analyze the differences in social support received by pregnant women who participate in the Family Planning (FP) program compared to pregnant women who do not participate in the program. The method used… d is a systematic literature review, which includes data collection and analysis from various studies related to social support for pregnant women. the results of the study indicate that pregnant women involved in the family planning program receive stronger social support from family, friends, and health workers. this support includes better emotional, informational, and instrumental aspects, which have a positive impact on their mental and physical health. in contrast, non-family planning pregnant women tend to experience social isolation and have limited access to health resources and information. the discussion in this study emphasizes the importance of social support in improving the welfare of pregnant women and the role of the family planning program as a platform to strengthen social support networks. the conclusion of this study shows that better social support in pregnant women who participate in the family planning program contributes to better mental health, lower stress levels, and increase their self-confidence during pregnancy. therefore, it is important to improve the integration of social support in the family planning program to create a more supportive environment for pregnant women, so that they can go through their pregnancy more healthily and optimally.
