h School (Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan - SMK) students, particularly those majoring in Accounting, as crucial preparation for entering the workforce or continuing their education. This PKM was conducted through an interactive socialization session involving 12th-grade Accounting students at SMKN 3 Karawang, using presentation, discussion, and Question & Answer methods. The results indicate a significant increase in participants' enthusiasm and understanding of accounting principles, career prospects, and professional ethics. Furthermore, the activity successfully fostered a collaborative partnership between the university and the school, while also enhancing the social skills of the implementing student team. In conclusion, this socialization proved to be an effective medium for knowledge and motivation transfer. It is recommended that similar initiatives be developed sustainably and expanded in scope to maximize their positive impact.

rovince. The research population consists of teachers from 13 madrasahs, with the sample selected through cluster sampling representing three regional zones: east, central, and west. A total of 90 teachers were sampled, comprising 30 teachers for instrument try-out and 60 teachers as the primary research participants. Using a quantitative method with a correlational approach, this study examines the individual and simultaneous contributions of each variable.The findings indicate that teachers’ professional competence which includes mastery of subject matter, pedagogical skills, and managerial abilities enhances job satisfaction by strengthening confidence and task effectiveness. A strong and consistent madrasah culture characterized by discipline, collaboration, religiosity, and a harmonious work climate also contributes significantly to teacher job satisfaction by fostering a supportive institutional environment. Teacher work commitment likewise plays an important role, as highly dedicated and loyal teachers tend to experience greater job satisfaction. Collectively, the three variables demonstrate a significant combined relationship, reinforcing the notion that job satisfaction results from the interaction of professional, cultural, and psychological dimensions within educational institutions. BIPA teaching materials. This limited teaching material is an important problem that teachers often face in BIPA learning activities. Therefore, the development of BIPA teaching materials is urgently needed. The problems studied in this research are (1) characteristics of BIPA 1 teaching materials currently used in BIPA learning, (2) development of BIPA 1 teaching materials based on the Animaker application as alternative teaching materials in BIPA learning, (3) feasibility of developing BIPA teaching materials 1 based on the Animaker application in BIPA learning, and (4) the effectiveness of developing BIPA 1 teaching materials based on the Animaker application based on BIPA learners' understanding. This research uses a Research and Development (R&D) approach. This research uses three data collection techniques, namely observation, questionnaires, and documentation to obtain data on the needs for developing teaching materials and evaluating teaching material prototypes. The data sources consist of BIPA teachers, BIPA students and expert lecturers. Data analysis in this research uses descriptive qualitative which consists of data presentation and data conclusions. The results of this research are that BIPA students often feel bored and confused by teaching materials that are only presented in the form of textbooks and very short material. Therefore, teaching materials need to be developed in accordance with Widodo and Jasmadi's theory of teaching material characteristics so that they can support independent learning, deeper understanding, contextualization of material, increased motivation, comprehensive language skills, adaptation to technological developments, learning flexibility, and strengthening skills. grammar. Findings from the analysis show that AI has a significant capability to support teachers in designing learning materials relevant to student needs, as well as testing the accuracy of AI-generated content related to the learning material. Using a non-participant observation method, data was collected through social media, unstructured interviews with lecturers, teachers, and the general public, as well as testing the content of AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Meta AI. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach to analyze the data. The study's findings reveal that artificial intelligence has a significant capacity to support educators in designing learning materials, while also optimizing time productivity and teaching innovation. However, the accuracy of AI content, although quite high for basic concepts, often does not include specific sources or references, thus requiring manual verification by teachers. The main challenges include a lack of training and technological understanding. It is recommended that teachers undergo AI training and always verify AI content with trusted sources.

ship. The research object includes non-financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2014–2023. ESG variables are measured using Bloomberg's ESG score which includes environmental, social, and governance dimensions, while operational efficiency is proxied by the Total Asset Turnover ratio. Financial performance is proxied by Return on Assets. The research method uses a quantitative approach with panel data regression analysis. The research sample consisted of 80 companies with a total of 711 observations. The results of the study show that ESG has a significant negative effect on financial performance. However, operational efficiency has been shown to play a role as a moderation variable that strengthens the relationship between ESG and financial performance. This research makes a theoretical contribution by enriching the literature on the relationship between ESG and financial performance, especially in the context of emerging markets. From a practical perspective, the results indicate that the implementation of ESG will only create financial value if integrated with internal efficiency strategies. Thus, companies are advised to not only focus on compliance with ESG aspects, but also ensure efficient management of resources to increase long-term profitability.

Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan sampel jenuh, yakni 30 karyawan tetap bagian SDM & Sistem Manajemen. Data diperoleh melalui observasi dan kuesioner, lalu dianalisis dengan regresi linear sederhana menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengembangan SDM berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, ditunjukkan oleh nilai t hitung 5,872 > t tabel 1,699 dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Artinya, semakin baik program pengembangan SDM maka semakin meningkat pula kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar perusahaan terus meningkatkan pelatihan, memberikan apresiasi, dan mengembangkan keterampilan karyawan guna mendorong produktivitas secara berkelanjutan.

This study employs a normative juridical method with a comparative approach, analyzing doctrinal sources, statutory law, and scholarly debates from both civil law and common law perspectives. The findings suggest that while the adversarial system traditionally restricts judges to a passive role, the notion of an active judge has emerged to prevent procedural abuses and ensure substantive justice. For Indonesia, integrating aspects of the active judge model may contribute to enhancing transparency, protecting defendants’ rights, and harmonizing procedural justice with societal expectations. Nevertheless, challenges remain, particularly concerning judicial independence, consistency of application, and potential conflicts with established inquisitorial practices. This study concludes that the adoption of active judge principles must be carefully contextualized, reinforcing Indonesia’s hybrid system rather than replacing its legal traditions.

Drawing on Satjipto Rahardjo’s progressive legal theory, the research argues for a functional, transformative approach that aligns domestic copyright doctrine with globally harmonized open-licensing principles and substantive justice. The analysis reveals that, under Indonesian law, permissibility hinges on strict adherence to each license’s specific terms; however, current regulations lack clarity, generating legal uncertainty for both creators and users. To address these gaps, the study proposes interpretative guidelines and legislative reforms that (1) define “derivative works” in accord with CC International’s porting model, (2) reconcile non-commercial provisions with legitimate digital markets, and (3) institutionalize attribution standards. Such measures would safeguard creators’ moral and economic rights while fostering equitable digital access and innovation, thereby enhancing Indonesia’s knowledge economy.
