This research is descriptive describing and analyzing collected data during the research with qualitative approach. The researcher made Mrs. Nurmalia Puspitarini as interviewee and main informant from BCA side; she is the Head of Service BCA Sumenep. The interviewee was chosen because she knows directly the strategy of employees quality development which is done by BCA. The result shows that the strategy of employees’ quality development of BCA Sumenep is done through training and education method. Training and education programs were done by on the job training, pre-service education and coaching, and also off the job training, regular training, e-learning, smartsolution reward program, video-based training, worklife balance, community of practice, and service dialogue. Coaching program, e-learning and regular training succeed to increase the employees’ quality and work rate. The obstacles which are experienced by BCA are tight working hours and limited development funds, conditional difference in region and the absence of human resource division in branch office

This study used a qualitative approach to the type of case study, which research is carried out at SD Islam Permata Mojosari. Data collection is done using techniques: interviews, observation, and documentation. While the data obtained were analyzed through several stages namely: Condensation, data display, and verification of conclusions as well as checking the validity of the data. This research aims to reveal the challenges and opportunities as well as strategies in developing human resources at Annur Fatmah Trawas Vocational School, Mojokerto. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, documentation and observation. The data sources used were school principals, teaching staff and educational staff at Annur Fatmah Trawas Vocational School, Mojokerto. The research results show that there are challenges faced in implementing inservice training such as lack of motivation, limited time, and lack of preparation. However, there are also opportunities that can be utilized, such as support from superiors, competent presenters and supporting facilities. Apart from participating in training at school, teaching and education staff also carry out informal self-development. The human resource development process through the inservice training program is carried out in several steps, namely identifying needs, program design, program implementation and evaluation. In this way, teaching and education staff experience benefits such as increasing insight, abilities, skills, and increasing adaptability. So that the inservice training program provides real benefits, which have an important role in improving the quality of education.

d. The participants selected were 23 teachers who teach English at all levels of education, ranging from primary school to university. The data was collected through a survey distributed using google form, the survey was conducted to gather the experiences, and opinions of the teachers regarding the challenges they face in teaching English. The results showed that the different ability levels of students, time constraints, availability of teaching resources, and the perception of English as a foreign language were the main challenges faced by the teachers. To overcome these challenges, teachers use various strategies, including attending training and seminars, using technology in teaching, and conducting continuous evaluation and assessment. In addition, collaboration among teachers and increased professional training are also considered important in overcoming challenges in English language teaching. The findings provide valuable insights for the development of more effective strategies and policies to improve the quality of English language teaching in schools.

The analysis results show that in analog signals, noise causes permanent waveform distortion that is difficult to recover. In contrast, digital signals tend to maintain data integrity as long as the interference does not exceed a certain threshold. The current evaluation process relies on teachers' subjective assessments, which restricts the information about students' progress. Therefore, the implementation of machine learning is proposed as a solution to enhance objectivity in student learning evaluation through more effective data processing. The method used is the K-Means Clustering algorithm, which can group or classify data based on specific patterns. This study aims to evaluate the extent to which machine learning can process student learning evaluation data through the analysis results obtained from the clustering process, which are then used as benchmarks to improve the evaluation system and provide feedback for students needing improvement in their academic performance. The data used comprises students' grades from the odd semester of the 2024/2025 academic year, with a total of 210 data points. The clustering results produced three clusters: the "good" cluster with 60 students, the "average" cluster with 99 students, and the "low" cluster with 51 students.

The variables analyzed included means of transportation, KPS and KIP recipients, worth a pip, reasons for eligibility, number of siblings, distance from home to school, and parents' income.
The results showed that this method achieved 89% accuracy, 85% precision for the positive class, and 92% for the negative class. A total of 125 students (59.9%) were declared eligible to receive assistance, while 82 students (40.1%) did not meet the criteria. ese issues by providing educational assistance. However, in its implementation, the selection of PIP recipients at IT Al-Ikhsan Private Junior High School is still inaccurate. This research aims to classify the eligibility of PIP recipients using the Naive Bayes method. This method is applied to student data from the school's Dapodik in 2024 which consists of 265 students. The data is processed through CRISP-DM data mining stages, namely Business Understanding, Data Understanding, Data Preparation, Modeling, Evaluation, and Deployment. As a result, the Naive Bayes model showed an accuracy of 92.31% with a precision value for the “Yes” class of 89%, recall 100%, and F1-score 94%. In conclusion, variables such as means of transportation, KPS and KIP recipients, parents' income, and distance from home to school affect the eligibility of PIP recipients.
