mage results in image segmentation. A good image must pay attention to several factors, namely high resolution, good contrast, image sharpness, consistent colors, lack of noise and appropriate lighting conditions. In this face recognition research, using canny edge detection method for 10 original images paired with 10 other images. The original faces taken are male and female. Canny edge detection has a low error rate in image segmentation compared to other edge detections. The purpose of this study is to determine the edge of the image in I-rat and can display the results of a good segmentation of facial images. The results of the test data with data stored in the database in the study is 1 face image produces 67.69% accuracy and 26.92% and 8 other face images produce 100% accuracy. The average success rate of 10 experiments using image segmentation is 89.461%. In conclusion, the canny edge detection method can provide accurate results in the face recognition process.

Abstrak : Pengenalan wajah banyak digunakan dalam diberbagai bidang seperti pengawasan video dan manajemen basis data. Gambar wajah telah digunakan sebagai ciri biometrik yang disukai di banyak sistem pengenalan identitas untuk mendapatkan hasil citra yang bagus dalam segmentasi citra. Citra yang baik harus memperhatikan beberapa faktor yaitu resolusi tinggi, kontras yang baik, ketajaman citra, warna yang konsisten, kurangnya noise dan kondisi pencahayaan yang sesuai. Pada penelitian pengenalan wajah ini, menggunakan metode deteksi tepi canny untuk 10 citra asli yang dipasangkan dengan 10 citra lainnya. Wajah asli yang diambil berjenis kelamin laki-laki dan perempuan. Deteksi tepi canny memiliki tingkat kesalahan rendah dalam segmentasi citra dibandingkan dengan deteksi tepi lainnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menentukan tepi gambar secara akurat dan dapat menampilkan hasil segmentasi citra wajah yang baik. Hasil dari data uji dengan data yang tersimpan di database dalam penelitian adalah 1 citra wajah menghasilkan akurasi 67,69% dan 26,92% dan 8 citra wajah lainnya menghasilkan akurasi 100%. Rata-rata tingkat keberhasilan dari 10 kali percobaan dengan menggunakan segmentasi citra adalah 89,461%. Kesimpulan, metode deteksi tepi canny dapat memberikan hasil yang akurat dalam proses pengenalan wajah.

development has been widely carried out by technology companies. The agile method has the main principle of communication between employees, requiring skills to face these principles. The method used in this study is the systematic literature review (SLR) method to know how the use of agile methods can develop interpersonal skills in karyawan. In the initial search conducted using the Publish or Perish application, 740 journals were found in the range of 2015 to 2022. Next, journal filtering and cluster search continued using Microsoft Excel, Zotero, Mendeley, and VOS Viewer applications, resulting in 53 journals selected based on Q1. In the final stage of screening, researchers re-screened 9 journals that were used as a reference regarding the use of agile methods to develop employee interpersonal skills. The results showed that the agile development method can affect the development of employee interpersonal skills. 11 skills develop because of the use of this agile development method including team working, emotional intelligence, negotiation and persuasion, problem-solving, communication skills, conflict resolution, decision making, time management, organizational skills, listening, and relationship building. Of the 11 skills, the most mentioned is team working.

Abstrak: Interpersonal skill pada karyawan menjadi bagian penting bagi perusahaan teknologi dalam mencapai tujuannya melalui berbagai pengembangan keterampilan. Penerapan metode agile untuk pengembangan aplikasi sudah banyak dilakukan oleh perusahaan-perusahaan teknologi. Metode agile memiliki prinsip utama berupa komunikasi antar karyawan sehingga membutuhkan keterampilan untuk menghadapi prinsip-prinsip tersebut. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode systematic literature review (SLR) dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pemanfaatan metode agile dapat mengembangkan interpersonal skill pada karyawan. Pada pencarian awal yang dilakukan menggunakan aplikasi Publish or Perish, ditemukan 740 jurnal pada rentang tahun 2015 sampai 2022. Selanjutnya, penyaringan jurnal menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Excel dan Mendeley Desktop yang menghasilkan 53 jurnal yang dipilih berdasarkan penilaian kualitas. Pada tahap akhir penyaringan, peneliti menyaring kembali menjadi 9 jurnal yang digunakan sebagai acuan mengenai pemanfaatan metode agile untuk mengembangkan interpersonal skills karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa metode agile development dapat mempengaruhi pengembangan interpersonal skill karyawan, faktanya terdapat 11 skill yang berkembang karena pemanfaatan metode agile development ini diantaranya adalah team working, emotional intelligence, negotiation and persuasion, problem solving, communication skills, conflict resolution, decision making, time management, organizational skill, listening, dan relationship building. Dari 11 skill tersebut yang paling banyak disebut yaitu team working.

Pelayanan yang diberikan kepada pelanggan tentunya erat kaitannya dengan sumber daya manusia dan kinerja karyawan. Kinerja karyawan memiliki peran yang sangat penting bagi keberhasilan perusahaan sehingga dapat dilihat kekuatan, kelemahan, dan potensi kesenjangan manajerial dalam organisasi. Permasalahan yang dihadapi PDAM Tirta Silaupiasa adalah kurangnya motivasi yang dialami oleh pegawai. Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan motivasi pegawai adalah dengan memilih role model/pegawai teladan yang nantinya akan menjadi contoh bagi pegawai lainnya. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka perlu digunakan teknologi yaitu perancangan sistem pendukung keputusan dalam menentukan pegawai teladan dengan menerapkan metode Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART). Metode SMART memiliki kelebihan yaitu dalam keadaan pengambilan keputusan dengan banyak alternatif dan kriteria sehingga lebih kompleks dalam pengambilan keputusan dan akurasi hasil keputusan yang lebih baik. Because the application system is considered necessary, stakeholders need IT risk management for the bus booking application. The purpose of this research is to analyze the risk management of the bus transportation application. In measuring IT risk management, the author uses the Control Objective for information and Related Technology (COBIT) 4.1 domain Plan and Organize (PO) framework, especially PO9 (Assess and Manage IT risk). The analysis results show that if the bus transportation application is at level 2 in maturity level. It means that the company knows that there are problems that need resolving. Standard risk management in bus transportation applications tends to provide failed access in the progress of its service. The problem is solving individually and not yet at the integrated completion stage. In general, the application management approach needs to improve better management in the field of information technology.

Abstrak: Peran teknologi informasi dalam meningkatnya angkutan yaitu dalam menikmati layanan angkutan. Salah satu cara untuk memberikan layanan terbaik bagi perusahaan angkutan kepada pelanggan adalah dengan menyediakan layanan aplikasi pemesanan bus. Salah satu perusahaan yang menawarkan aplikasi jasa adalah aplikasi angkutan bus yang berlokasi di Yogyakarta. Karena sistem aplikasi dirasa perlu, maka stakeholders membutuhkan manajemen risiko TI untuk aplikasi pemesanan bus tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis manajemen risiko pada aplikasi angkutan bus. Dalam mengukur manajemen risiko TI, penulis menggunakan framework Control Objective for Information and Related Technology (COBIT) 4.1 domain Plan and Organize (PO), khususnya PO9 (Assessment and Manage IT risk). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa penerapan angkutan bus berada pada level 2 pada tingkat kematangan. Artinya perusahaan mengetahui bahwa ada masalah yang perlu diselesaikan. Manajemen resiko standar dalam aplikasi transportasi bus cenderung memberikan akses yang gagal dalam kemajuan layanannya. Masalahnya diselesaikan secara individu dan belum pada tahap penyelesaian terintegrasi. Secara umum, pendekatan manajemen aplikasi perlu meningkatkan manajemen yang lebih baik di bidang teknologi informasi.

This research paper provides a design solution for smart traffic light management (Smart Traffic Control System), based on object detection technology that uses deep learning to detect the number and type of vehicles. The number of vehicle is the basis for determining the green light timer automatically. The Smart Traffic Control System (STCS) is integrated with a web based geographic information system (smart map) that can display the current condition (picture, the number of vehicle, congestion level) of each STCS location. This integrated system has been tested on a traffic light prototype, using a mini computer and a miniature vehicle. This integrated system is able to detect 9 out of 12 vehicles, and able to send data regularly to the smart map.

Abstrak: Pengaturan lampu lalu lintas di Kota Pekanbaru masih dilakukan secara konvensional. Pekanbaru sebagai ibukota Provinsi Riau diprediksikan akan mengalami peningkatan jumlah penduduk perkotaan sebesar 54,5% pada tahun 2025. Dengan melihat predikisi ini, penting bagi kota Pekanbaru untuk segera memiliki tata kelola lalu lintas yang cerdas dan efisien agar kemacetan dapat ditanggulangi dengan cepat. Penelitian ini memberikan rancangan solusi untuk tata kelola lampu lalu lintas cerdas (Smart Traffic Control System), berbasis teknologi object detection yang menggunakan deep learning untuk mendeteksi jumlah dan jenis kendaraan. Jumlah kendaraan menjadi dasar penentuan timer lampu hijau secara otomatis. Smart Traffic Control System (STCS) terintegrasi dengan sistem informasi geografis berbasis web (smart map) yang secara kontinu menerima informasi kepadatan (gambar terkini, jumlah kendaraan, level kepadatan), kemudian menampilkannya diatas peta Kota Pekanbaru. Solusi sistem terintegrasi ini telah diujikan pada sebuah prototipe lampu lalu lintas, menggunakan komputer mini dan miniatur kendaraan. Sistem terintegrasi ini mampu mendeteksi 9 dari 12 kendaraan, dan mampu mengirimkan data secara berkala kepada smart map.

Kerajinan yang dihasilkan biasanya berupa kain tenun, selendang, ukulele dan lain-lain. Permasalahan yang dialami masyarakat desa Oemasi dalam menjual kerajinan adalah terbatasnya media promosi dengan metode konvensional dan metode penjualan kerajinan lokal via media sosial juga memiliki kekurangan yaitu stok barang yang masih harus diupdate secara manual dan history penjualan yang masih dicatat secara manual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merekayasa aplikasi penjualan kerajinan masyarakat NTT berbasis android yang dapat dijadikan sebagai alternatif untuk membantu masyarakat desa Oemasi dalam melakukan penjualan kerajinan lokal masyarakat NTT sehingga permasalahan penjualan dengan metode konvensional atau melalui media sosial dapat diatasi. Model pengembangan perangkat lunak yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model Waterfall.

Abstrak: Negosiasi dalam pembebasan sandera merupakan cara terpenting dalam sebuah misi penyelamatan sandera, Jika petugas salah dalam mengambil tindakan dalam proses negosiasi maka efek yang dapat ditimbulkan adalah ancaman keselamatan baik petugas atau personil yang berwajib maupun keselamatan dari pihak korban yang disandera. Penyebabnya adalah tidak efektifnya komuniskasi sehingga mengakibatkan selalu terjadinya baku tembak untuk menyelesaikan penyandraan tersebut. Dan masalah terselesaikan tanpa ada komunikasi antara penjahat dan personil. Dalam hal tersebut kami merancang sebuah robot negosiasi yang dilengkapi dengan senjata agar keselamatan dan keamanan petugas juga menjadi perhatian dalam menjalankan tugas, baik dalam tugas perang melawan musuh maupun dalam tugas pembebasan sandera.Dalam hal pembebasan sandera perlu dilakukan berbagai cara agar mendapatkan kesepakatan terbaik antara musuh dan petugas yang berwajib guna keselamatan korban yang disandera. Dengan adanya robot militer pemantau ini dapat membantu anggota atau personil militer dalam melakukan negosiasi dan pemantauan tanpa harus mengorbankan nyawa.

Therefore, it is necessary to have an employee payroll information system so that the human resources department is not wrong in collecting employee payroll data. The purpose of this paper is to design employee attendance and payroll information systems at PT. Astro Niaga Jaya using Waterfall method in order to produce information that is fast, precise and accurate. The Waterfall method is often used in designing an information system. Payroll Information System can work effectively and efficiently.
