agi korban, serta untuk merumuskan strategi penanggulangan penipuan online yang efektif guna menjamin perlindungan hukum yang maksimal.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan hukum empiris yang dikombinasikan dengan pendekatan sosiologis dan peraturan perundang-undangan. Data primer diperoleh langsung melalui wawancara dengan aparat Kepolisian Resor Kota Yogyakarta dan perwakilan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, sedangkan data sekunder terdiri atas bahan hukum primer dan bahan hukum sekunder yang dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis hukum kualitatif.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penanganan tindak pidana penipuan online oleh Kepolisian Resor Kota Yogyakarta belum mampu memberikan perlindungan hukum yang maksimal bagi korban. Hal ini disebabkan oleh lamanya proses hukum serta adanya hambatan koordinasi dengan lembaga eksternal seperti Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) dan lembaga perbankan akibat regulasi yang ketat dan prosedur birokrasi yang panjang. Akibatnya, korban sering kali tidak memperoleh kepastian hukum maupun kejelasan terkait kompensasi atau pemulihan kerugian yang dialami, sehingga hak-hak mereka belum terpenuhi secara optimal.

Grounded in framing theory, narrative theory, and social capital theory, the research explores how volunteers construct persuasive anti-drug messages through culturally rooted storytelling, emotional framing, and symbolic communication. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were gathered through interviews, focus groups, observations, and campaign materials with 18 youth volunteers. The findings reveal that volunteers effectively used personal experiences and local narratives to foster trust and collective identity, transforming individual challenges into shared stories of hope and resistance. Emotional strategies, such as gain-framed and fear-based appeals, were deliberately crafted to trigger empathy and promote behavioral change. Volunteers also capitalized on their deep integration within community networks to enhance message credibility and reach, cultivating both bonding and bridging social capital. The study challenges top-down approaches in health campaigns, illustrating the power of peer-led, culturally resonant communication. It contributes a layered communication model for grassroots health advocacy and underscores the transformative impact of narrative-driven volunteer engagement. The study recommends integrating cultural framing in training programs and exploring digital channels to scale grassroots messaging in future research.

The study involved 14 informants. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques including interviews, observation, and documentation. Data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative analysis techniques. The findings show that the performance of the KPU of Maluku Province in organizing the 2024 Presidential Election in Ambon City is in good condition, based on dimensions such as work responsiveness, work accountability, work effectiveness, and work efficiency. This performance is influenced by factors such as human resources (HR), technological support, collaboration with stakeholders, and community participation.

The research method used is a literature study with a qualitative approach, collecting and analyzing data from various sources such as journals, articles and reports related to virtual teachers, teaching robots and the application of AI in education. The research results show that virtual teachers and teaching robots are able to provide adaptive solutions in learning, such as 24/7 service, instant feedback, and a more interactive learning experience. However, its implementation still faces obstacles such as emotional limitations, ethical data use, and infrastructure readiness. This study concludes that this innovation has the potential to revolutionize education, as long as it is supported by appropriate policies, improving the quality of technology, and the readiness of human resources. This research provides recommendations for technology developers, educators and policy makers to optimize the use of AI in learning in the future.

formation System (GIS). Data yang digunakan mencakup survei lapangan, citra satelit, model elevasi digital (DEM) beresolusi 30 meter, serta data iklim dari stasiun meteorologi setempat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jenis tanah yang dominan adalah Latosol, yang mencakup 51,35% dari total luas wilayah, diikuti oleh Podsolik (21,57%) dan Aluvial (17,09%). Latosol yang subur memerlukan manajemen konservasi yang tepat untuk mencegah degradasi, sementara Podsolik yang bersifat asam memerlukan perlakuan khusus guna mendukung produktivitas pertanian. Tutupan lahan didominasi oleh hutan lahan kering sekunder, yang mencakup 36,43% dari total area, berperan penting dalam menjaga keseimbangan hidrologi dan mencegah erosi. Topografi DAS Paguyaman, yang didominasi oleh perbukitan (55,24%) dan pegunungan (26,67%), menunjukkan risiko tinggi terhadap erosi, sehingga diperlukan strategi konservasi seperti reboisasi dan teknik terasering. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya integrasi data biogeofisik dalam merumuskan strategi pengelolaan yang adaptif dan responsif terhadap perubahan iklim, serta mendukung kebutuhan masyarakat lokal. Temuan ini dapat menjadi referensi strategis bagi penelitian lanjutan dan pengembangan kebijakan pengelolaan DAS yang lebih efektif.

d is a systematic literature review, which includes data collection and analysis from various studies related to social support for pregnant women. the results of the study indicate that pregnant women involved in the family planning program receive stronger social support from family, friends, and health workers. this support includes better emotional, informational, and instrumental aspects, which have a positive impact on their mental and physical health. in contrast, non-family planning pregnant women tend to experience social isolation and have limited access to health resources and information. the discussion in this study emphasizes the importance of social support in improving the welfare of pregnant women and the role of the family planning program as a platform to strengthen social support networks. the conclusion of this study shows that better social support in pregnant women who participate in the family planning program contributes to better mental health, lower stress levels, and increase their self-confidence during pregnancy. therefore, it is important to improve the integration of social support in the family planning program to create a more supportive environment for pregnant women, so that they can go through their pregnancy more healthily and optimally.

This study examines MaxOne Resort and Hotel Makassar to explore the mechanisms, challenges, and outcomes of public-private partnerships (PPPs) in sustainable tourism destination management (STDM). Using a qualitative case study approach, the research employs in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and policy analysis to investigate how MaxOne Resort collaborates with local government and communities to implement sustainability initiatives. The findings reveal that structured mechanisms such as formal agreements, joint projects, and stakeholder committees facilitate sustainable governance. MaxOne Resort actively engages in environmental conservation, community empowerment, and responsible tourism practices, positioning itself as a sustainability model within the hospitality sector. However, regulatory misalignments, funding constraints, and inconsistent stakeholder engagement present significant challenges. The study underscores the relevance of the Penta-Helix framework, highlighting how collaboration among government, private sector, academia, community, and media enhances the legitimacy and effectiveness of sustainability initiatives. This research contributes to the literature by providing a localized analysis of PPPs in Makassar, bridging the gap between theoretical models and practical applications. The analysis was conducted by exploring various concepts regarding the types of treasurers, their duties and authorities, and the challenges faced in the process of preparing regional financial accountability reports. The results of the study indicate that there are three types of regional government treasurers, namely expenditure treasurers, revenue treasurers, and goods treasurers, each of which has its own duties and roles in managing regional finances. The treasurer's duties include recording, reporting, and accountability for budget use, with great authority in managing regional funds. However, significant challenges are faced in the administration process , such as the complexity of the accounting system and limited competent human resources. In conclusion, to improve the quality of regional financial reports, improvements are needed in the financial information system, increased treasurer competence, and better coordination between treasurers and related agencies.
