ent of its Youth Red Cross (PMR) and Volunteer Corps (KSR) activities. Furthermore, public access to information about the PMI in Pringsewu Regency remains limited. Based on these challenges, this study aims to design and build an Android-based information system to manage PMI member and volunteer data in Pringsewu Regency. The research method used is the Waterfall method, encompassing the stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system is equipped with features for member management, volunteer attendance, staff information, and public access to information. Black Box testing results indicate that all system functions operate as required. With this information system, PMI member and volunteer data management in Pringsewu Regency becomes more effective, accurate, and integrated, while also facilitating public access to information about the PMI.

mely RT 03, RW 05, Tirta Siak Village, Payung Sekaki District, Pekanbaru City. Almost every day rubbish can be seen scattered in residential areas. This describes the lack of public awareness and concern regarding the importance of maintaining environmental cleanliness. The aim of this community service activity is firstly to provide knowledge of non-traditional threats, especially human security issue to residents of RT 03 RW 05, Tirta Siak Village, Payung Sekaki District, Pekanbaru City. Second, increase citizens' insight into Islamic conceptions of environmental cleanliness, and third, grow and increase citizens' awareness and concern in solving waste problems. Service activities start from the observation stage, carrying out counseling, recruiting volunteers, and monitoring. The result of this service activity is that residents' knowledge about the threat of environmental damage and good waste management techniques has increased. The increase in knowledge can be seen in the questionnaire results which reached 83%. Apart from that, residents' awareness and concern for environmental cleanliness is also starting to be seen from implementing the 4R concept in daily life and the formation of environmental care movement by carrying out routine mutual cooperation actions and monitoring the environment.

The research population includes members of the GMAHK Banjarmasin congregation who are involved in church services. Data was collected through direct observation, interviews with church leaders, congregation members, and volunteers, as well as analysis of church documents. A thematic analysis approach is used to identify patterns and meaning related to service strategies. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide new insights that can increase the effectiveness of church services, especially in the context of the local culture and environment of the Banjarmasin congregation. By focusing on developing relevant and significant services, this research has the potential to make a positive contribution to the congregation's spiritual growth and positive interactions with the surrounding community.

Abstrak: Pada penelitian di Kampus STIT Batu Bara, dimana peneliti harus memutuskan dan membandingkan kualitas calon yang satu dengan yang lain untuk menyeleksi para mahasiswa yang mengajukan diri untuk menjadi seorang calon yang akan berkesempatan untuk dipilih nanti. Dan terkadang timbulnya sikap memihak terhadap salah satu pencalon. Oleh karena itu, Suatu sistem yang dirancang untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Dalam masalah di atas, peneliti menggunakan penyelesaian dengan logika fuzzy metode fuzzy sugeno. Untuk penyeleksian program yang akan dibuat akan menggunakan metode fuzzy sugeno, karena metode ini mampu mengelompokkan data berdasarkan input yang telah dipilih dan menerapkan aturan yang telah ditetapkan sehingga dapat menentukan siapa yang lebih berhak mendapat kesempatan sebagai Ketua BEM di Kampus STIT Batu Bara.

Kegiatan ini berupa pelatihan dengan memfasilitasi peserta dengan materi disertai modul pembelajaran. Remaja yang tergabung dalam JHA ini akan berperan sebagai volunteer yang terjun langsung untuk pro-aktif dengan lingkungan sekitar seperti berperan sebagai konselor dan membagikan ilmu seputar kesehatan reproduksi, seksual berisiko. Pendekatan Peer Education telah membawa perubahan positif dalam pengetahuan, yang nantinya akan berdampak pada perilaku, dan sikap remaja. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan hasil pre test dan post test tentang pengetahuan remaja yang samakin meningkat setelah diberikan materi. On March 03 2023 and March 07 2023, training and assistance for taxpayers were conducted in filling out the Annual Individual Tax Return at the Politeknik Wilmar Bisnis Indonesia Tax Center by the Tax Volunteers. The method used is direct assistance to individual taxpayers in updating NPWP-NIK, and KLU data, also reporting annual tax returns via e-filing. The activity participants are all taxpayers including lecturers and educational staff at the Politeknik Wilmar Bisnis Indonesia and STIKes Murni Teguh. This activity resulted in an increase in understanding for participants in reporting Annual SPT Individuals, while the Tax Volunteer gained knowledge about taxation based on the latest regulations and was able to put into practice the knowledge learned during lectures which can be used as practical experience. Meanwhile, the results for the Politeknik Wilmar Bisnis Indonesia are an increase in taxpayer compliance within the Politeknik Wilmar Bisnis Indonesia, including lecturers and education staff society who are aware of their obligations and always report their income to the state.

Pada tanggal 03 Maret 2023 dan 07 Maret 2023, telah dilakukan pelatihan serta pendampingan Wajib Pajak dalam mengisi Surat Pemberitahuan (SPT) Tahunan Orang Pribadi di Tax Center Politeknik Wilmar Bisnis Indonesia oleh tim Relawan Pajak. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendampingan secara langsung kepada Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi dalam melakukan pemutakhiran data NPWP-NIK, KLU, dan pelaporan SPT Tahunan melalui e-filing. Peserta kegiatan adalah seluruh Wajib Pajak termasuk dosen dan tenaga pendidik di lingkungan Politeknik Wilmar Bisnis Indonesia serta STIKes Murni Teguh. Kegiatan ini menghasilkan peningkatan pemahaman bagi peserta dalam melaporkan SPT Tahunan Orang Pribadi, sedangkan tim Relawan Pajak memperoleh pengetahuan tentang perpajakan berdasarkan peraturan terbaru dan dapat mempraktikkan secara langsung pengetahuan yang dipelajari selama kuliah serta dapat dijadikan sebagai pengalaman praktis. Sedangkan hasil bagi Politeknik Wilmar Bisnis Indonesia adalah peningkatan ketaatan wajib pajak di lingkungan Politeknik Wilmar Bisnis Indonesia termasuk dosen dan tenaga pendidik sebagai masyarakat yang sadar akan kewajiban dan senantiasa melaporkan penghasilan mereka kepada negara.

Increase cadre’s knowledge and encourage them to be more confidence when giving the information to community about stunting and local food that can meet childreen nutrition requirement to prevent stunting in community. This program is the second year program of community service to continue the evaluation from last year program. This program is specilally for cadre in Sumberkalong village. Each meeting was conducted through focus discussion group about prevention of stunting. Then, cadres disseminated the information to community including, pregnant women, newly marriage couple and toddler moms by visiting their home or door-to-door. There were 10 cadres who participate in the communitity service in the phase of year 1 until year 2 thouroughly. Three cadres were active and often asked some questions during meeting sessions. Some others were active if they were encouraged to ask or to give an opinion. Cadres explained that cadres' knowledge increase after joining several meeting session and focus group discussion. The cadres disseminated the information to the community with confidence. Program of community service which using a focus group discussion is considered effective to increased cadres’ knowledge. Focus group discussion can be employed in encouraging cadres in the community service program.

Abstrak: Stunting merupakan kondisi gagal tumbuh pada tubuh dan otak yang diakibatkan keadaan kurang gizi dalam waktu yang lama. Sehingga, anak stunted memiliki tubuh yang lebih pendek dari anak normal seusianya. Peran kader kesehatan sangat penting dalam mendesiminasikan informasi kesehatan, termasuk informasi terkait pencegahan stunting anak balita di masyarakat, untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan kader kesehatan dan kemampuan kader kesehatan tentang stunting dan zat gizi lokal yang dapat membantu pemenuhan kebutuhan gizi untuk mencegah stunting di masyarakat. Kegiatan ini merupakan program pengabdian kepada masyarakan tahun ke-2 yang berfokus pada pemberdayaan kader kesehatan Desa Sumberkalong Kecamata Kalisat Kabupaten Jember. Setiap pertemuan kegiatan dilaksanakn Focus Group Discussion (FGD) bersama para kader kesehatan yang membahas pencegahan stunting. Kemudian, kader kesehatan mendesiminasikan informaasi yang telah diperoleh dari tim pelaksana program pengabdian kepada masyarakat, meliputi ibu-ibu yang memiliki anak usia balita, ibu hamil dan pasangan usia subur dengan melakukan kunjungan ke secara door-to-door ke rumah. Terdapat 10 kader kesehatan berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat tahun ke-1 dan tahun ke-2. Sebanyak 3 kader yang aktif bertanya selama proses pertemuan dengan tim pelaksana pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Sebagain kader bertanya atau memberikan pendapatnya jika diminta. Seluruh kader menyampaikan bahwa pengetahuan kader meningkat selama mengikuti rangkaian pertemuan dan FGD.

Grounded in framing theory, narrative theory, and social capital theory, the research explores how volunteers construct persuasive anti-drug messages through culturally rooted storytelling, emotional framing, and symbolic communication. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were gathered through interviews, focus groups, observations, and campaign materials with 18 youth volunteers. The findings reveal that volunteers effectively used personal experiences and local narratives to foster trust and collective identity, transforming individual challenges into shared stories of hope and resistance. Emotional strategies, such as gain-framed and fear-based appeals, were deliberately crafted to trigger empathy and promote behavioral change. Volunteers also capitalized on their deep integration within community networks to enhance message credibility and reach, cultivating both bonding and bridging social capital. The study challenges top-down approaches in health campaigns, illustrating the power of peer-led, culturally resonant communication. It contributes a layered communication model for grassroots health advocacy and underscores the transformative impact of narrative-driven volunteer engagement. The study recommends integrating cultural framing in training programs and exploring digital channels to scale grassroots messaging in future research.
