are still many teachers who have difficulties in understanding and compiling teaching modules that are in accordance with the principles of the Independent Curriculum. This community service aims to increase the capacity of teachers at SMK Pelayaran Permata Ilmu Maros in developing teaching modules that are contextual, adaptive, and oriented towards differentiated learning. The activity was carried out through intensive training and mentoring, including material on learning outcomes (CP), learning objectives (TP), learning objectives (ATP), and the integration of the Pancasila Student Profile. The implementation method consists of interactive lectures, group discussions, hands-on practice, and evaluation of participants' work. The results of the activity showed that there was an increase in teachers' knowledge and skills in compiling teaching modules that are relevant to the conditions of students and the shipping skills program. This activity makes a real contribution to supporting the implementation of the Independent Curriculum and improving the quality of learning in the vocational school environment.

The results of the study indicate that Accountability, Responsibility, and Responsiveness are key elements in reflecting the quality of civil servant performance at the Education and Culture Office of West Kalimantan Province. However, in its implementation, these three aspects have not been running optimally. ASN accountability is still hampered by a lack of discipline in reporting and minimal transparency of work results. Responsibility is also not fully reflected in ASN's commitment to carrying out duties and responsibilities professionally. On the other hand, responsiveness to community needs, especially in the fields of education and culture, is still relatively slow, which indicates a lack of active involvement of ASN in absorbing and responding to public aspirations quickly and appropriately. This research recommends strategic steps to strengthen accountability through a more structured and regularly monitored performance reporting system. Improving accountability can be achieved through ongoing development, professional ethics training, and consistent enforcement of work discipline. To enhance responsiveness, a more participatory and adaptive public service mechanism needs to be developed to meet community needs.

aging and relevant teaching materials. However, teachers still face challenges related to limitations in time, energy, technological understanding, and the accuracy of AI-generated content. Findings from the analysis show that AI has a significant capability to support teachers in designing learning materials relevant to student needs, as well as testing the accuracy of AI-generated content related to the learning material. Using a non-participant observation method, data was collected through social media, unstructured interviews with lecturers, teachers, and the general public, as well as testing the content of AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Meta AI. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach to analyze the data. The study's findings reveal that artificial intelligence has a significant capacity to support educators in designing learning materials, while also optimizing time productivity and teaching innovation. However, the accuracy of AI content, although quite high for basic concepts, often does not include specific sources or references, thus requiring manual verification by teachers. The main challenges include a lack of training and technological understanding. It is recommended that teachers undergo AI training and always verify AI content with trusted sources.

In its implementation, participants were guided directly using Microsoft Office Word software as the main tool in making official letters. The training method was carried out through material presentation, case studies, and direct practice. The evaluation results showed an increase in students' understanding of the structure of official letters and technical skills in designing letters using Microsoft Word features. This workshop is expected to be a practical provision for students in facing formal administrative needs both in the world of education and the world of work. In addition, this activity also encourages students to be more accustomed to using word processing applications professionally.

Abstrak: Kegiatan workshop ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan siswa dalam menyusun serta mendesain surat resmi sesuai dengan kaidah penulisan yang berlaku. Workshop dilaksanakan di SMK Negeri 1 Setia Janji dengan melibatkan peserta dari berbagai jurusan. Materi yang disampaikan meliputi format surat resmi, penggunaan bahasa yang tepat, serta tata letak yang baik dan benar. Dalam pelaksanaannya, peserta dibimbing secara langsung menggunakan perangkat lunak Microsoft Office Word sebagai alat utama dalam pembuatan surat resmi. Metode pelatihan dilakukan melalui penyampaian materi, studi kasus, dan praktik langsung. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman siswa terhadap struktur surat resmi serta keterampilan teknis dalam mendesain surat menggunakan fitur-fitur Microsoft Word. Workshop ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bekal praktis bagi siswa dalam menghadapi kebutuhan administrasi formal baik di dunia pendidikan maupun dunia kerja. The implementation method includes a participatory approach with a combination of material delivery, direct practice, and intensive mentoring. The results of the activity showed an increase in the skills of village apparatus in operating office applications independently, which had a positive impact on work efficiency, data management accuracy, and transparency of administrative services. This program is expected to be the first step in encouraging the digitalization of village government towards more modern and accountable governance.

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk memberdayakan perangkat Desa Silo Baru, Kecamatan Silau Laut Kabupaten Asahan, melalui pelatihan pemanfaatan teknologi infomasi, khususnya penggunaan aplikasi Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, dan PowerPoint). Pelatihan ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan kapasitas perangkat desa dalam menyusun dokumen administrasi, mengelola data, serta menyajikan informasi secara efektif dan sistematis. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi pendekatan partisipatif dengan kombinasi penyampaian materi, praktik langsung, dan pendampingan intensif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan perangkat desa dalam mengoperasikan aplikasi perkantoran secara mandiri, yang berdampak positif terhadap efisiensi kerja, akurasi pengelolaan data, serta transparansi layanan administrasi. Program ini diharapkan menjadi langkah awal dalam mendorong digitalisasi pemerintahan desa menuju tata kelola yang lebih modern dan akuntabel.

rove the quality of education for the better. The problems found with partners are focused on the lack of adaptation of technology in management and the learning process in the classroom. The stages/methods of carrying out activities include starting with pre-assignment, assignment to post-assignment. Based on the results of the implementation of activities aimed at increasing students' literacy and numeracy that have been carried out for approximately 5 months, this third campus teaching program received a positive response from the principal, school committee, teacher council, students and guardians of SD Negeri 016406 Gonting Malaha. This is evidenced from the initial acceptance of the campus teaching team which was greeted with pleasure by school stakeholders and the enthusiasm of students in participating in each lesson. Class teachers are also greatly helped by having campus students teach in managing classes and assisting in the use of learning technology. Not only in the learning sector, schools are also greatly helped by the existence of campus students teaching in organizing and managing school administration in the form of reactivating previously abandoned school libraries, compiling correspondence archives and implementing routine gymnastics programs every morning which has not been done before. The results obtained in the technology adaptation of the students also introduced teachers and students directly to the use of information technology and learning resources that are useful in the development and improvement of student literacy and numeracy, for example the use of YouTube and other learning resources.

Abstrak: Kegiatan kampus mengajar salah satunya adalah untuk menyiapkan kompetensi mahasiswa indonesia menghadapi perubahan sosial, budaya, dunia kerja dan kemajuan teknologi / zaman yang pesat, serta guna untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan menjadi lebih baik (Khotimah et al., 2021). Permasalahan yang ditemukan pada mitra dititikberatkan pada kurangnya adaptasi teknologi dalam manajemen maupun proses pembelajaran di kelas. Berdasarkan hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi dan numerasi siswa yang telah dilakukan selama kurang lebih 5 bulan, program kampus mengajar angkatan 3 ini mendapatkan respon positif baik dari kepala sekolah, komite sekolah, dewan guru, siswa serta wali murid SD Negeri 016406 Gonting Malaha. Hal ini dibuktikan dari awal penerimaan tim kampus mengajar yang disambut dengan rasa senang oleh stakeholder sekolah dan antusiasme siswa dalam mengikuti setiap pembelajaran. Tahapan/metode pelaksanaan kegiatan diantaranya diawali dengan pra-penugasan, penugasan sampai dengan pasca penugasan. Guru kelas juga sangat terbantu dengan adanya mahasiswa kampus mengajar dalam mengelola kelas dan membantu pendampingan dalam penggunaan teknologi pembelajaran. Tidak hanya pada sektor pembelajaran, sekolah juga sangat terbantu dengan adanya mahasiswa kampus mengajar dalam menata dan mengelola administrasi sekolah berupa pengaktifan kembali perpustakaan sekolah yang terbengkalai sebelumnya, penyusunan arsip surat menyurat dan program pelaksanaan senam rutin setiap pagi yang belum ada dilakukan sebelumnya. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam adaptasi teknologi para mahasiswa juga memperkenalkan kepada guru maupun siswa secara langsung mengenai pemanfaatan teknologi informasi maupun sumber-sumber pembelajaran yang berguna dalam pengembangan dan peningkatan literasi serta numerasi siswa misalnya penggunaan youtube maupun sumber belajar lainnya.

Therefore, a community service program was held to manage waste into new goods so as to produce products to increase the economy of rural communities by utilizing digital media technology as a means of tourism promotion. This service aims to provide clean tourism education through waste management programs into new goods, counseling about (content) upgrades, and social media accounts as well as technical training in compiling promotional content based on digital media technology. The method of community service activities applied Socialization and discussion, training and mentoring, and evaluation, through evaluation aims to see the process of training activities in the long term by looking at the number of partner group participants when managing tourism. The results obtained in this service are increasing the insight of the village community about the use of waste in new goods. Visitors' concern for the tourist destinations visited and the use of digital media, namely the creation of clean tourism content to be published on the YouTube channel.
