Based on empirical findings, engaging in direct interaction with mathematical puzzles has been found to enhance hand-motor coordination, finger dexterity, and precision control during object manipulation. Ninety-five percent of students were extremely interested in this educational game; eighty-five percent felt that math puzzle games improved their fine motor skills (hand and finger movements); and ninety-two percent intend to continue playing math puzzles on other materials in the future, according to the results of the questionnaire assessing the experience of playing with math puzzles. Students' fine motor skills improved significantly as a result of the implementation of this game, it was concluded.

ed SIAKAD since 2018 to facilitate administrative ativities in line with its motto of a high technology campus. This study aims to measure the sucess of SIAKAD usage from the aspects of acceptance, satisfaction, suitability, and perceived benefits. The integration of the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT), DeLone & McLean, and Task Technology Fit (TTF) models was carried out to obain a more comprehensive overview in assessing the success of SIAKAD. UTAUT explains the factors influencing the intention to use, DeLone & McLean emphasizes the relationship between system quality and both user satisfaction and net benefits, while TTF evaluates the fit between technology and user tasks. By combining these three models, the study addresses the limitations of each model and produces a more holistic approach in measuring acceptance, success, and the appropriateness of system use. The testing was conducted using SPSS and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis through AMOS.

ning. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of Learning Management Systems (LMS) among higher education institutions in Indonesia. This analysis is crucial for assessing the effectiveness of LMS use by universities in Indonesia, enabling investments in LMS to yield optimal results. The study employed the D&M IS Success Model and PLS-SEM to evaluate the relationships between various variables, including system, information, service quality, user satisfaction, and benefits. Simple random sampling was used to collect data from 170 universities in Indonesia. This study employed PLS-SEM to investigate the observed variables, including validity and reliability testing, which involves assessing reliability, convergent validity, and discriminant validity. This current study found that all the hypotheses were accepted with p-values below 0,05. These findings contribute to universities paying attention to aspects of system, information, and service quality in Learning Management Systems (LMS) to improve user satisfaction and create a positive perception of benefits. Therefore, this research yields significant results that contribute to higher education in Indonesia, as well as the advancement of knowledge in management information systems.

Learning Management System (LMS) dirancang untuk memfasilitasi dosen dan mahasiswa dalam mengakses kegiatan akademik seperti pembelajaran daring. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas penggunaan Learning Management System (LMS) di perguruan tinggi di Indonesia. Analisis ini penting untuk menilai sejauh mana efektivitas penggunaan LMS oleh universitas-universitas di Indonesia, sehingga investasi dalam LMS dapat mem-berika n hasil yang optimal.Penelitian ini menggunakan model D&M IS Success Model dan metode PLS-SEM untuk mengevaluasi hubungan antara berbagai variabel, termasuk kuali-tas sistem, informasi, layanan, kepuasan pengguna, dan manfaat. Teknik simple random sampling digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dari 170 perguruan tinggi di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan PLS-SEM untuk mengkaji variabel-variabel yang diamati, ter-masuk pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas, yang mencakup penilaian reliabilitas, validitas konvergen, dan validitas diskriminan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa semua hipotesis diterima dengan nilai p di bawah 0,05. Temuan ini mendorong universitas untuk memberikan perhatian pada aspek kualitas sistem, informasi, dan layanan dalam penggunaan LMS guna meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna dan menciptakan persepsi posi-tif terhadap manfaatnya. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini memberikan hasil yang signifikan bagi perguruan tinggi di Indonesia serta turut berkontribusi dalam pengembangan ilmu di bidang sistem informasi manajemen.

Studi ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan kegunaan situs web Dinas Pendidikan di Kabupaten Jember dengan menyelaraskannya dengan kebutuhan yang berkembang dari para pemangku kepentingan melalui evaluasi komprehensif dan rekomendasi yang ditargetkan. Dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi tantangan seperti masalah optimasi seluler, waktu muat yang lambat, kerentanan keamanan, dan kekhawatiran tentang relevansi konten. Meskipun aksesibilitasnya baik, tantangan-tantangan ini secara signifikan memengaruhi pengalaman pengguna dan kredibilitas situs web. Temuan ini menegaskan perlunya pengoptimalan situs web, peningkatan langkah-langkah keamanan, dan pembaruan konten yang berkelanjutan. The importance of the quality of performance of trainers in the Scout Movement cannot be underestimated, because they have a central role in guiding, training and providing inspiration to students. For this reason, there is a need to evaluate the performance of Scout trainers to increase the effectiveness of training and improve the quality of Scout education. The purpose of this research is to identify trainer performance quality criteria, evaluate their performance, and contribute knowledge in the development of a Scout trainer performance evaluation system. Then, the exponential comparison method (MPE) is used to provide a comprehensive assessment of the trainer's performance based on predetermined criteria. The results of this research are a web-based decision support application by applying the Exponential Comparison Method to evaluate the quality of Scout trainer performance, which can help improve the quality of training and provide guidance for Scout education providers. This research makes an important contribution to the development of a more efficient and effective Scout trainer performance evaluation system.

Abstrak : Kebutuhan akan Evaluasi Kinerja dalam organisasi Pramuka menjadi penting untuk memastikan bahwa tujuan organisasi tercapai dan standar pelatihan dipertahankan. Evaluasi kinerja membantu dalam mengidentifikasi kekuatan, kelemahan, serta area untuk perbaikan dalam pelatihan. Pentingnya kualitas kinerja para pelatih dalam Gerakan Pramuka tidak dapat dianggap rendah, karena mereka mempunyai peranan sentral dalam membimbing, melatih dan memberikan inspirasi kepada peserta didik. Untuk itu kebutuhan akan evaluasi kinerja pelatih Pramuka diperlukan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pelatihan dan meningkatkan mutu pendidikan pramuka. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi kriteria kualitas kinerja pelatih, mengevaluasi kinerja mereka, dan menyumbangkan pengetahuan dalam pengembangan sistem evaluasi kinerja pelatih Pramuka. Kemudian, metode perbandingan eksponensial (MPE) digunakan untuk memberikan penilaian komprehensif terhadap kinerja pelatih berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Hasil dari penelitian ini sebuah aplikasi pendukung keputusan berbasis web dengan menerapkan Metode Perbandingan Eksponensial untuk mengevaluasi kualitas kinerja pelatih Pramuka, yang dapat membantu meningkatkan mutu pelatihan dan memberikan panduan bagi penyelenggara pendidikan Pramuka. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam pengembangan sistem evaluasi kinerja pelatih Pramuka yang lebih efisien dan efektif.

Aek Loba Health Center is that it does not have a system that can measure the level of patient satisfaction with the services provided. In addition, patients also still have difficulty in expressing opinions in the form of complaints about the performance of medical personnel. The aim of the research is to become a forum for assessing the quality of service that can make it easier for patients to submit complaints and also as a measuring tool for health agencies on the level of success of the quality of services provided. This study uses the Service Quality method by assessing service quality based on 5 quality dimensions, namely Tangibles, Responsiveness, Reliability, Assurance, and Empathy. Based on these problems, a decision support system was designed using the PHP programming language and the database used, namely MySQL. So that this research resulted in this system being able to help and facilitate the Aek Loba Health Center in accommodating and measuring the level of quality of service to patients. In addition, this system can make it easy for leaders to find out the elements that need to be improved, maintained, and repaired by the Aek Loba Health Center.

Abstrak: Memberi pelayanan kepada pasien merupakan kewajiban yang harus dilakukan oleh instansi kesehatan. Pelayanan kesehatan yang baik tentu saja dapat diukur dari kinerja tenaga medisnya. Permasalahan Puskesmas Aek Loba saat ini yaitu belum mempunyai sistem yang dapat mengukur tingkat kepuasan pasien terhadap layanan yang diberikan. Selain itu, pasien juga masih kesulitan dalam menyampaikan pendapat berupa keluhan terhadap kinerja tenaga medis. Tujuan penelitian untuk menjadi wadah penilaian kualitas pelayanan yang dapat memudahkan pasien dalam menyampaikan keluhan dan juga sebagai alat ukur instansi kesehatan terhadap tingkat keberhasilan kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Service Quality dengan menilai kualitas pelayanan berdasarkan 5 dimensi kualitas, yaitu Bukti Nyata (tangibles), Ketanggapan (responsiveness), Kehandalan (reliability), Jaminan (assurance), dan Empati (emphaty). Berdasarkan permasalah tersebut maka dirancang sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database yang digunakan yaitu MySQL. Sehingga penelitian ini menghasilkan sistem ini dapat membantu dan mempermudah pihak Puskesmas Aek Loba dalam menampung dan mengukur tingkat kualitas pelayanan terhadap pasien. Selain itu, sistem ini dapat memberi kemudahan bagi pimpinan untuk mengetahui unsur-unsur yang perlu ditingkatkan, dipertahankan, serta diperbaiki oleh Puskesmas Aek Loba.

The problem in assessing the best performance of parking attendants is that there is no structured system so that the assessment time is quite long, around 2-3 weeks. In addition, the assessment still tends to be subjective, for example the parking attendant's assessment is based on closeness and kinship, causing jealousy. Overcoming this requires a computer system that helps decision making, namely a decision support system for determining the best performance of parking attendants at the Asahan District Transportation Service in this study using the BORDA method. The borda method is used to combine the results of the decision assessment of each appraiser so that the final result is the best performance of the parking attendant. The purpose of this research is to create a computerized system that will later assist in determining the best performance appraisal of parking attendants every year. Based on the research results of the system for determining the best performance of parking attendants in the form of ranking the final score of each parking attendant. The highest value is used as the best performance suggestion for parking attendants.

Abstrak: Penentuan kinerja terbaik petugas parkir pada Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Asahan bertujuan untuk perlu meningkatkan tanggung jawab dan loyalitas yang tinggi mendapatkan hasil kinerja yang memuaskan dan pemberian perhargaan bagi petugas parkir memiliki kinerja terbaik. Penilaian kinerja terbaik petugas parkir dilakukan oleh 3 penilai yaitu manajemen rekayasa lalu lintas, seksi parkir, staff administrasi parkir. Permasalahan dalam penilaian kinerja terbaik petugas parkir adalah belum ada sistem yang terstruktur sehingga waktu penilaian cukup lama sekitar kurang lebih 2-3 minggu. Selain itu penilaian masih cenderung subjektif misalnya penilaian petugas parkir berdasarkan kedekatan dan kekeluargaan sehingga menyebabkan kecemburuan. Mengatasi hal tersebut diperlukan suatu sistem komputer yang membantu pengambilan keputusan yaitu sistem pendukung keputusan penentuan kinerja terbaik petugas parkir pada Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Asahan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode BORDA. Metode borda digunakan untuk menggabungkan hasil penilaian keputusan dari tiap penilai sehingga dapat memperoleh hasil akhir berupa kinerja terbaik petugas parkir. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat suatu sistem komputerisasi yang nantinya akan membantu dalam menentukan penilaian kinerja terbaik petugas parkir disetiap tahunnya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dari sistem penentuan kinerja terbaik petugas parkir berupa perangkingan dari nilai akhir setiap petugas parkir. Nilai tertinggi dijadikan sebagai saran kinerja terbaik petugas parkir.

Doctors' performance evaluation is still done manually and the data processing process does not yet use application programs in making decisions. In the process of assessing the performance of doctors as the main professional staff in hospitals, it must be carried out realistically, objectively and based on evidence and specifically according to specialization and/or specific procedures. For this reason, a tool is needed in the form of designing a decision support system (DSS) in evaluating the performance of doctors which aims to understand the deficiencies of the performance that has been carried out, so that it can open up space for improvement or improvements to quality and efficiency in hospitals, for the purpose of providing incentives and reward programs and value-based purchasing strategies for doctors. The method in this study uses the Weighted Product method, with the concept of weighting the rating of an appraisal variable that will be selected as the best alternative. The system to be created is a decision support system using the Weighted Product (WP) method, which is a method of determining the order (priority) in multi-criteria analysis. The results of this system design are expected to be a tool for Setio Husodo Hospital in analyzing and deciding on the performance of doctors who will be given incentives and reward programs as well as value-based purchasing strategies for doctors.

Abstrak: Untuk mendorong kinerja yang lebih baik dan semangat berprestasi, institusi memberikan penghargaan kepada dokter yang dianggap berprestasi.Metode tradisional masih digunakan untuk menilai kinerja dokter dan manajer. Evaluasi kinerja dokter masih bersifat manual, dan proses pengolahan data belum menggunakan program aplikasi untuk mengambil keputusan. Proses evaluasi kinerja dokter sebagai anggota staf rumah sakit penuh waktu harus realistis, objektif, berbasis bukti, dan spesifik untuk spesialisasi dan/atau prosedur tertentu. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan perancangan sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) untuk evaluasi kinerja dokter sebagai alat yang bertujuan untuk memahami kekurangan dalam pelayanan yang diberikan dan memberikan ruang untuk perbaikan dan ruang untuk peningkatan kualitas dan efisiensi. Rumah sakit mendorong dan memberi dokter program penghargaan dan strategi pembelian berbasis nilai. That way, failure in business modeling can also have an impact on EA implementationw. Modeling artifacts in a good architectural business phase can help to avoid mistakes from the start, because the quality of the business modeling model will have an impact on the quality of information system design. Therefore, it need to test the quality of the model on every artifact in the architectural business, because many business models are not always of high quality. To have a high quality EA, one of them is by identifying a conceptual quality framework approach. There are six principles that must be considered when assessing the quality of a company model, in this study using the quality of the business architecture validity model with six attributes using the formal Petri net method.

Abstrak: Roeleven dan Broer mengungkapkan bahwa lebih dari 66% program EA tidak memenuhi harapan karena kegagalan untuk menunjukkan nilai yang cukup untuk bisnis. Arsitektur bisnis memiliki peran penting untuk membantu perusahaan mencapai nilai bisnis yang diinginkan. Sebuah organisasi juga bergantung pada seberapa baiknya informasi yang diberikan pada setiap artefak terutama pada fase bisnis arsitektur. Dengan begitu kegagalan pemodelan bisnis juga dapat berdampak pada implementasi EA. Memodelkan artefak pada fase bisnis arsitektur yang baik dapat membantu untuk menghindari kesalahan sejak awal karena kualitas model pemodelan bisnis akan berdampak pada kualitas desain sistem informasi. Maka dari itu, kualitas dari pemodelan bisnis model telah diakui sebagai faktor penting untuk pemodelan sukses di perusahaan, serta perlunya untuk melakukan pengujian kualitas model pada setiap artefak pada bisnis arsitektur, karena banyak model bisnis yang tidak selalu berkualitas tinggi. Untuk memiliki EA yang berkualitas tinggi salah satunya dengan mengidentifikasi pendekatan kerangka kualitas konseptual. Terdapat enam prinsip yang harus dipertimbangkan ketika menilai kualitas model perusahaan, dalam kajian ini menggunakan kualitas model validity arsitektur bisnis dengan enam atribut menggunakan metode formal Petri net.
