Simple linear regression analysis reveals a positive relationship between the social media use variable (X) and the level of voter political awareness (Y), with social media explaining approximately 23.1% of the variation in voter awareness. Although significant, the influence of social media does not explain the entire variation in voter political awareness. Other factors outside the research variables also contribute, indicating the complexity in understanding the factors that influence the political awareness of first-time voters. Therefore, it is suggested to integrate social media use into better political campaign strategies, considering the characteristics of first-time voters. Increased digital access and knowledge also need to be strengthened so that first-time voters can participate more actively and effectively in the democratic process.

Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 55 finance professionals occupying leadership roles across various organizations. The study assessed their levels of AI literacy and examined its relationship with their perceived leadership effectiveness. The results reveal a significant positive correlation between AI literacy and leadership effectiveness, indicating that leaders with higher AI literacy are better equipped to drive innovation, make strategic decisions, and successfully adapt to technological change. These findings highlight the importance of integrating AI literacy into leadership development programs and fostering a culture of continuous learning to ensure sustained organizational agility and competitiveness in the finance sector.

Descriptive research is conducted to describe the level of analysis, namely, analyzing and presenting facts systematically, so that they can be better understood and concluded. The researcher used an informant, the Chief of the Tribe "Yumiles Yikwa" to obtain data in the Lani Language. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that the structure of transitive and intransitive verbs is different in the Lani Language and Indonesian. Generally, the Lani Language Structure containing verbs is usually located at the end of the sentence "Subject + Object + Predicate + Complement", which in Indonesian should have the pattern "Subject + Predicate + Object + Complement".

The dependent variable is employee loyalty, while the independent variables include leadership style and job satisfaction. Data were collected through a questionnaire with 80 respondents from the production department. This study uses a saturated sampling technique, and the data obtained were analyzed using validity, reliability, and multiple linear regression tests to test the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. Classical assumption tests such as normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity were also carried out to ensure a valid regression model, followed by the t-test and F-test to test partial and simultaneous effects. The coefficient of determination (R²) is used to measure the strength of the relationship between the independent and dependent variables. The results of the study indicate that leadership style has a positive effect on employee loyalty at CV Putra Perkasa, which means that the better the leadership style applied, the higher the level of employee loyalty. In addition, job satisfaction also has a positive effect on employee loyalty, where employees who are satisfied with their jobs tend to have higher loyalty to the company. Simultaneously, leadership style and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee loyalty, indicating that these two variables, both separately and together, play an important role in increasing employee loyalty at CV Putera Perkasa

This research is using a qualitative descriptive approach, the research involved interviews, observations, and data analysis to identify students’ English competencies and challenges. The Findings in this research show that students require strong skills in reading, writing, speaking, and listening, especially to understand international literature, compose academic and legal documents, and participate in global discourse. However, students face major obstacles such as limited vocabulary rela ted to Sharia and economic terminology, and a lack of confidence in speaking due to minimal exposure. Despite these challenges, students demonstrate high motivation to improve their English for academic advancement and career opportunities. ll reach 5.7% in 2023. One of the factors is the high rate of postpartum infections, namely low knowledge about infection prevention. One effective management is perineal wound care using NaCl 0.9%. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of wound treatment using 0.9% NaCl in normal primiparous post partum mothers with indications of perineal rupture in Kejobong Village. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. After treating the wound twice for 3 days using 0.9% NaCl, it was found that the wound looked better and there were no signs of infection as indicated by a decrease in the REEDA score from 11 categories of unhealed wounds to 2 categories of moderate wounds. This is supported by cleanliness of the wound area and choosing the right food. Wound treatment using 0.9% NaCl is effective for healing perineal ruptures.

atest information on tax obligations, how to fill out taxes, and the impact and sanctions of tax administration for the community. Participants in this activity were attended by MSME owners and staff. The participants who attended were 10 (ten) people. The service was carried out through the provision of socialization and counseling materials to business actors related to tax administration sanctions. The methods applied included lectures, practices, discussions, and questions and answers. The evaluation showed an increase in knowledge and understanding of MSME actors on tax administration after participating in this program. Participants showed great enthusiasm during the activity, as seen from active participation in question and answer sessions, discussions, and consultations. This shows that the program successfully attracted their interest and resulted in productive interactions between the resource persons and the participants. The output of this activity is expected to improve MSME tax literacy and create better awareness and compliance with tax regulations, thereby reducing the risk of tax administration sanctions and promoting sustainable growth of MSMEs.
