Luaran yang ingin dicapai adalah publikasi ilmiah pada jurnal ber ISSN dan publikasi di media online yakni youtube. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat ini ialah meningkatnya tingkat akurasi passing para pemain serta meningkatnya pula jumlah passing yang mereka lakukan. measuring glomerular filtration rate, accurately reflecting kidney function. This study aims to evaluate Cystatin C levels based on gender among patients with kidney function disorders at the Prodia Cibubur clinic laboratory. The research was conducted from February to March 2023 using a descriptive cross-sectional approach. The sample comprised 120 patients with kidney function disorders selected through total sampling. The findings indicate that 16 patients (13.3%) had normal Cystatin C levels, while 104 patients (86.7%) had elevated Cystatin C levels. Notably, among males, 61 individuals (50.8%) tended to exhibit higher Cystatin C levels, suggesting a greater potential for kidney function disorders due to factors such as activity intensity, body mass influence, and hormonal factors.

The research problem focuses on how subclinical narcissism operates as a psycho-spiritual disorder within the context of worship and how faith community engagement moderates this dynamic. Employing an integrative conceptual analysis and critical engagement with the psychology of religion literature, including the typology of grandiose and vulnerable narcissism, this study finds that performance-based community cultures intensify narcissistic tendencies through symbolic competition and religious self-imaging, whereas inclusive and transformational communities function as corrective spaces that reorient the existential framework of congregants. The study concludes that restoration cannot be achieved merely through behavioral modification or the intensification of religious activities, but through a reorientation of worship that restores the True Self in relationship with Christ as the authentic source of self-worth. The novelty of this research lies in its conceptualization of subclinical narcissism as a form of worship disorder and in its emphasis on the role of faith community as a moderating variable within holistic spiritual therapy, thereby offering both theoretical and pastoral contributions to contemporary churches facing the challenges of performative spirituality.

eurofeedback has emerged as a non-invasive neuromodulatory intervention that enables patients to self-regulate brain activity and potentially alleviate persistent pain symptoms. This systematic review addresses the research problem of inconsistent evidence regarding the clinical efficacy and underlying mechanisms of EEG-based neurofeedback for chronic pain management in adults. A comprehensive analysis of 80 studies involving adults with chronic pain lasting at least three months was conducted, examining neurofeedback protocols, clinical pain outcomes, neurophysiological changes, secondary benefits, and methodological quality. Findings revealed heterogeneous results, with several studies reporting statistically significant and clinically meaningful pain reduction, particularly in conditions such as chemotherapy-induced neuropathy, fibromyalgia, and chronic back pain. Observed neurophysiological changes, including increased alpha power and modified connectivity in pain-related brain regions, were sometimes associated with clinical improvement, alongside reported benefits in sleep quality, mood, and overall well-being. However, evidence from sham-controlled randomized trials showed no significant differences between intervention and control groups, highlighting methodological limitations and challenges in blinding procedures. The review concludes that EEG neurofeedback is a safe and feasible intervention with potential therapeutic value for chronic pain, although current evidence remains inconsistent. The novelty of this study lies in its integrative evaluation of clinical outcomes, neurophysiological mechanisms, and protocol-specific effects, while emphasizing the need for personalized approaches, biomarker identification, and rigorous experimental designs to clarify efficacy and optimize treatment implementation.

In acute exacerbation conditions, impaired oxygenation becomes a major problem that may be influenced by various factors, including hemoglobin levels as the primary component of oxygen transport in the blood. However, the relationship between hemoglobin levels and oxygen saturation in patients with acute exacerbation COPD remains inconsistent, particularly in populations exposed to high environmental risk factors. This study aimed to determine the relationship between hemoglobin levels and oxygen saturation in patients with acute exacerbation COPD hospitalized at RSUD dr. Suhatman MARS Dumai, Kota Dumai. This research employed an analytic observational design with a cross-sectional approach involving 73 patients selected through total sampling based on medical record data. Bivariate analysis using the Spearman correlation test showed no significant relationship between hemoglobin levels and oxygen saturation (r = 0.098; p = 0.412), indicating a very weak and statistically insignificant correlation. The study concluded that hemoglobin levels do not directly influence the oxygenation status of patients with acute exacerbation COPD, where impaired oxygenation is more strongly affected by respiratory factors such as ventilation-perfusion imbalance and structural lung damage. The novelty of this study lies in its empirical evidence demonstrating the limited role of hemoglobin as a predictor of oxygenation in patients with acute exacerbation COPD within a population with specific environmental characteristics, thereby providing a basis for developing more comprehensive clinical approaches in monitoring and managing COPD patients.

his research aims to develop a Decision Support System (DSS) using the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method to provide objective, fast, and accurate drug recommendations. The assessment criteria used in this system include cough type, side effects, age, and drug price, which are adjusted to clinical needs and consumer preferences. TOPSIS was chosen for its ability to rank drug alternatives based on their relative closeness to the positive ideal solution and the farthest distance from the negative ideal solution. The system development process involved problem identification, literature study, and data collection through interviews and direct field observations. The results indicate that the implementation of the TOPSIS method is effective in producing a list of cough medicine recommendations tailored to the specific conditions of pediatric patients. With this web-based system, the drug selection process becomes more transparent, systematic, and efficient, thereby enhancing the quality of pharmaceutical services at Apotek Keluarga.

Abstrak: Pemilihan obat batuk anak di Apotek Keluarga saat ini masih bersifat subjektif dan sangat bergantung pada pengalaman apoteker, sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan ketidakkonsistenan dalam pemberian rekomendasi kepada pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) menggunakan metode Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) guna memberikan rekomendasi obat secara objektif, cepat, dan akurat. Kriteria penilaian yang digunakan dalam sistem ini meliputi jenis batuk, efek samping, usia, dan harga obat, yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan klinis serta preferensi konsumen. Metode TOPSIS dipilih karena kemampuannya dalam meranking alternatif obat berdasarkan kedekatan relatif terhadap solusi ideal positif dan jarak terjauh dari solusi ideal negatif. Proses pengembangan sistem dilakukan melalui tahapan identifikasi masalah, studi literatur, serta pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan observasi langsung di lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode TOPSIS efektif dalam menghasilkan urutan rekomendasi obat batuk yang paling sesuai dengan kondisi spesifik pasien anak. Dengan adanya sistem berbasis web ini, proses pemilihan obat menjadi lebih transparan, sistematis, dan efisien, sehingga mampu meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan farmasi di Apotek Keluarga.

always asks for quality medical services, but often these requests do not meet expectations, because the services provided to patients at Babunn Rizki Pratama Clinic are said to be less effective. The lack of staff at the Pratama Babun Rizki Clinic results in a long patient examination process, so that many patients receive less effective services and are at high risk of experiencing medical errors. These various problems can be overcome by using technology that carries the concept of service to patients using the Service Quality (SERVQUAL) method. The method used in this research is qualitative, where this research is carried out by distributing questionnaires to find out how respondents respond to the services provided. The results of service calculations using the Servqual method at Babun Rizki Pratama Clinic showed that 80% of respondents felt "Not Satisfied" and 20% felt "Very Satisfied". Of the total assessment, there were 20 data indicating "Not Satisfied" and 5 data indicating "Very Satisfied". From the results of this percentage, it can be seen that only 5 data stated "Very Satisfied".

Abstrak: Klinik Pratama Babun Rizki merupakan salah satu usaha yang bergerak dalam bidang jasa kesehatan. Klinik Pratama Babun Rizki beralamat di desa Haessa Air Genting Dusun IV Kecamatan Air Batu Kabupaten Asahan. Masyarakat selalu meminta pelayanan medis yang berkualitas, namun seringkali permintaan tersebut tidak sesuai harapan, karena pelayanan yang diberikan kepada pasien di Klinik Pratama Babunn Rizki dikatakan kurang efektif. Kurangnya pegawai yang ada di Klinik Pratama Babun Rizki mengakibatkan lamanya proses pemeriksaan kepada pasien, sehingga banyak pasien yang mendapatkan layanan kurang efektif dan beresiko tinggi mengalami kesalahan medis. Berbagai permasalahan tersebut dapat diatasi dengan menggunakan teknologi yang mengusung konsep pelayanan kepada pasien dengan menggunakan metode Service Quality (SERVQUAL). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kulitatif, dimana penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuisioner untuk mengetahui bagaimana tanggapan responden terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan. Hasil perhitungan pelayanan menggunakan metode Servqual di Klinik Pratama Babun Rizki menunjukkan bahwa 80% responden merasa "Tidak Puas" dan 20% merasa "Sangat Puas". Dari total penilaian, terdapat 20 data yang menunjukkan "Tidak Puas" dan 5 data yang menyatakan "Sangat Puas". Dari hasil persentasi tersebut dapat dilihat hanya 5 data yang menyatakan “Sangat Puasâ€.

Kianna Pet Shop and Animal Care has many customers who trust Kianna Pet Shop and Animal Care to treat their pets. Kianna Pet Shop and Animal Care only has one veterinarian and one assistant. Angora cat diseases in general that are often treated at Kianna Pet Shop and Animal Care are fungus, FLUTD, feline calicivirus, fleas, cat flu, intestinal worms, hematoma (blood clots), chlamydiosis and diarrhea. Abstrak:Kucing adalah hewan peliharaan yang banyak digemari oleh manusia, termasuk masyarakat di Indonesia. Masyarakat yang memelihara kucing perlu memperhatikan dan menjaga kesehatan kucing agar terhindar dari segala penyakit. Kucing anggora salah satu ras kucing yang memiliki daya tarik tersendiri bagi pecinta kucing. Dalam perawatannya, tak sedikit pemilik kucing anggora yang kurang memahami bagaimana cara merawat kucing anggora dengan baik sehingga dapat menyebabkan hewan tersebut terserang penyakit. Kurangnya pengetahuan yang dimiliki oleh pemilik kucing tentang penyakit yang dialami oleh hewan kesayangannya itu dapat mengakibatkan kesalahan diagnosa serta penanganan yang tidak sesuai. Kianna Pet Shop and Animal Care memiliki banyak pelanggan yang memberikan kepercayaan terhadap Kianna Pet Shop and Animal Care untuk mengobati hewan peliharaannya. Kianna Pet Shop and Animal Care hanya memiliki satu orang dokter hewan dan satu orang asisten. Penyakit kucing anggora pada umumnya yang sering berobat di Kianna Pet Shop and Animal Care yaitu jamur, FLUTD, feline calicivirus, kutu, cat flu, cacingan, hematoma (pembekuan darah), chlamydiosis dan diare. Another reason is that the doctors who work at Zihad Insani Clinic are mostly general practitioners who may not understand about oral and dental diseases so that the services received by the community are not satisfactory. Therefore, in supporting the success of services at the Zihad Insani Clinic, a system is needed that can assist in providing effective services to provide effective diagnoses based on the understanding and knowledge of specialist doctors or dental and oral experts designed in an Expert System.

Salah satu Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat yang berada di Desa Sijabut memiliki kendala dalam melayani masyarakat yang mengalami penyakit mulut dan gigi disebabkan kurangnya tenaga medis khususnya dokter Spesialis Gigi dan mulut untuk memberikan diagnosa yang akurat mengenai jenis penyakit mulut dan gigi yang diderita. Penyebab lainnya karena dokter yang bertugas di Klinik Zihad Insani tersebut sebagian besar dokter umum yang mungkin kurang memahami mengenai penyakit mulut dan gigi sehingga pelayanan yang diperoleh oleh masyarakt kurang memuaskan. Oleh sebab itu dalam menunjang keberhasilan pelayanan pada Klinik Zihad Insani diperlukan sebuah sistem yang dapat membantu dalam memberikan pelayanan yang efektif untuk memberikan diagnosa yang efektif berdasarkan pemahaman dan keilmuan dari dokter spesialis ataupun pakar gigi dan mulut yang dirancang dalam suatu Expert System.
