ese changes require efforts to reactualize Islamic educational values to remain relevant and operational in creating an effective and character-based learning climate. This study aims to analyze the process of reactualization of Islamic educational values in the transformation of the learning climate in the digital era at Madrasah Ibidaiyah Al Umm. The study used a qualitative approach with a case study. Data collection techniques included participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. Data were then analyzed interactively through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that value reactualization occurs through three main patterns: the integration of values into digital learning planning, the establishment of an etiquette-based classroom culture in online interactions, and teacher role models in digital communication ethics. Technological transformation is interpreted as a medium for strengthening character, not simply an innovation in learning tools. The resulting learning climate demonstrates consistency between madrasah policies, pedagogical practices, and classroom culture. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of values-based digital learning design as a foundation for character building in madrasahs, while also providing a conceptual contribution to the development of contextual Islamic education in the digital era.

Abstract:This study aims to analyze the influence of locus of control and independence on the performance of internal auditors at the Regional Inspectorate of Bone Bolango Regency. This research employs a quantitative approach with…
th a causal research design. The population and sample consist of 38 internal auditors, using a total sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The results show that partially, locus of control does not have a significant effect on internal auditor performance, while independence has a positive and significant effect. Simultaneously, locus of control and independence significantly influence internal auditor performance. The coefficient of determination indicates that 55.1% of the variation in internal auditor performance can be explained by locus of control and independence, while the remaining 44.9% is influenced by other factors outside the research model. These findings indicate that internal auditor performance is more strongly influenced by professional factors such as independence than by psychological factors such as locus of control. Therefore, efforts to improve internal auditor performance should focus on strengthening auditor independence to ensure objective and professional audit practices.

Abstract:This study explores the role of brand image, price, promotion, and distribution channels in shaping consumer purchasing decisions for domestically produced industrial LED lighting products. A quantitative research approach…
ch was employed using a survey method, with data analyzed through multiple linear regression. The findings indicate that the proposed model is statistically significant, demonstrating that all marketing mix elements jointly influence purchasing decisions. Each variable also shows a positive and significant individual effect, with distribution channels emerging as the most influential factor in driving consumer decisions. This suggests that ease of access, product availability, and effective distribution play a critical role in the adoption of industrial LED products. The novelty of this research lies in empirically integrating marketing mix factors within the context of domestically manufactured LED products, an area that has received limited scholarly attention. The study offers practical implications for manufacturers, emphasizing the importance of strengthening distribution strategies and aligning pricing and promotional efforts to enhance consumer purchasing decisions

Abstract:Philanthropy has increasingly evolved from a form of charitable assistance into a strategic actor within sustainable development processes. However, much of the existing practice and literature still treats philanthropy…
as an isolated or supplementary intervention, limiting its potential to generate systemic and long-term impact. This article aims to critically examine the role of philanthropic institutions within a broader ecosystem of sustainable development, emphasizing the importance of multi-stakeholder collaboration involving government, the private sector, academia, and local communities.
Using a qualitative literature review with a conceptual and analytical orientation, this study synthesizes scholarly works on philanthropy, collaborative governance, corporate social responsibility, Islamic philanthropy, and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), with a particular focus on Indonesia and the Global South. The analysis demonstrates that philanthropic contributions become more effective and sustainable when embedded within an integrated development ecology, rather than operating through fragmented and project-based approaches.
The findings highlight philanthropy’s strategic roles as a catalyst for social innovation, a bridge between sectors, and a facilitator of long-term social investment. Islamic philanthropic instruments such as zakat and productive waqf further illustrate how value-based financial mechanisms can support inclusive development when professionally managed and aligned with national and global development agendas. This study contributes conceptually by reframing philanthropy as a system-level change agent within a sustainable development ecology, offering an integrative lens for understanding collaboration, governance, and impact. The article concludes that sustainable development is best achieved not through isolated institutional efforts, but through coordinated, trust-based ecosystems in which philanthropy plays a transformative and connective role.

his study aims to analyze in-depth strategies for preventing food waste in buffet services by highlighting operational practices, guest behavior, and managerial policies implemented in the field. The research approach uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques through direct observation, in-depth interviews with hotel managers and staff, and documentation studies related to the food production and serving processes. The research results indicate that the most effective food waste prevention strategies include ongoing guest education on responsible consumption behavior, the implementation of flexible and adaptive portion sizes tailored to guest needs, and staff capacity building through training on food management and waste mitigation. Furthermore, strengthening coordination between the kitchen, restaurant service, and management is also crucial in ensuring optimal strategy implementation.
These findings provide practical and academic contributions to the tourism industry by offering recommendations that can serve as a basis for developing more efficient and sustainable policies and operational practices, thereby reducing the negative impact of food waste while improving the quality of buffet service.
Abstract:Accelerating cultural heritage data collection in Serang City is a strategic step in efforts to preserve cultural heritage in accordance with the mandate of Law Number 11 of 2010 concerning Cultural Heritage and Government…
nt Regulation Number 1 of 2022 concerning National Registers and Cultural Heritage Preservation, which aims to provide accurate cultural heritage data as a basis for legal protection and preservation policies. Implementation is not optimal, as there are still suspected reserve objects (ODCB) that have not been officially determined. This research identifies the problem, namely, How is the Implementation of Accelerated Cultural Heritage Data Collection in Supporting Cultural Heritage Preservation in Serang City and what are the obstacles. This research uses authority theory and cultural heritage conservation theory as the basis for analysis. The research method used is empirical juridical with a qualitative descriptive approach through literature studies and interviews with related parties. The research results show that the acceleration of data collection has been carried out through activities to identify, verify, and record cultural heritage objects in the Dapobud system. This step, according to regulations, produces more accurate data, so that it can be immediately protected and preserved. However, implementation has not been optimal due to obstacles in the form of limited facilities and infrastructure, budget, human resources, constraints on the Dapobud system, lack of local government support, and community participation. The conclusion is that the implementation of accelerated data collection on cultural heritage in Serang City has made a positive contribution to conservation efforts, even though it still faces obstacles. Recommendations are addressed to the Serang City Government to strengthen budget support, increase human resource capacity, prepare supporting facilities, and encourage collaboration and community participation so that preservation can be sustainable.
