is a procession of Qur'an khatam which is an important part of the traditional wedding series. This research aims to examine the symbolic meaning and cultural values in the Mappanre Temme tradition and its relevance in the life of modern society. The method used is a literature study with a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of the study show that this tradition contains religious, educational, social, and moral values. Apart from being a symbol of the spiritual readiness of the bride-to-be, this tradition is also a medium for the preservation of Islamic values and local culture. However, modernization also affects the meaning of this tradition, so sustainable preservation efforts are needed.

This article aims to conceptually examine the role of MSMEs in efforts to reduce poverty in rural communities by taking the context of Bantaeng Regency. The writing method uses a qualitative-descriptive approach through literature studies of scientific journals, reference books, and relevant official government documents published in the last five years. The results of the study show that MSMEs play a role as a driver of the local economy through the creation of job opportunities, increasing household income, and strengthening the economic independence of communities based on local potential. However, the development of MSMEs in rural areas is still faced with various structural obstacles, such as limited capital, low managerial capacity of business actors, and limited market access. Therefore, policy support and cross-stakeholder synergy are needed to optimize the role of MSMEs as an instrument to reduce poverty in rural areas

Therefore, a production optimization strategy is needed to improve product capacity, efficiency, and quality. This study aims to analyze the production optimization strategy implemented by UD. Sona, formulate a capacity building strategy, as well as identify obstacles and solutions that can be done. The results of the research are expected to be practically useful for business actors in production management, as well as make a theoretical contribution to the development of production management science in MSMEs. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data was obtained through interviews with owners, employees, and customers, supplemented by observation and documentation. Data analysis is carried out through reduction, presentation, and inductive conclusions, so as to be able to describe the real conditions of the business and develop the right optimization strategy. The results of the study show that UD. Sona has made efforts such as setting up production flows and scheduling planning. However, limited machinery, unstable supply of raw materials, and marketing that has not been maximized are still obstacles. his research is motivated by the production challenges faced by the company, such as limited equipment, late raw material supplies, and an unskilled workforce, which impact the inefficiency of the production process and decrease the level of profitability. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. Informants consisted of the owner, production employees, and other support staff. The results of the study indicate that the production process at UD. Tahu Nias still has manual stages with limited use of machines, especially only at the soybean milling stage. The main obstacles in optimizing production include late raw material supplies, the lack of technology and training for employees. However, the company has made several efforts such as strategic raw material management and efficient division of labor among employees. The conclusion of this study is that production optimization at UD. Nias tofu can be improved through the use of advanced equipment in more modern production facilities, employee skills development through training, and improved production and distribution planning. By implementing these strategies, the company has the potential to sustainably increase operational efficiency and profitability.

ment. Sampling was carried out using a simple purposive sampling technique so that 44 students were obtained. Data collection used an online questionnaire. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study showed that the partial test (t-test) concluded that learning styles had a significant effect on academic achievement and learning motivation had a significant effect on academic achievement. Based on the F test, it was concluded that learning styles and learning motivation jointly influenced the learning achievement of FEB students at Makassar State University. Therefore, teachers are advised to analyze student learning styles in determining teaching methods and always motivate students to increase the intensity of their learning efforts.

The results showed that HR planning at SMK Negeri 2 Gunungsitoli was carried out through three main steps: (1) needs analysis and preparation of technology-based teacher formation, (2) competency mapping and identification of information and communication technology (ICT) training needs, and (3) empowerment of teachers and staff through workshops, mentoring, and discussion forums. Obstacles faced included limited digital literacy among teachers and staff, unequal network access, and resistance to changes in technology-based learning methods. Efforts made by the school included providing digital literacy training, optimizing available devices and networks, utilizing offline learning applications, and creating a work culture that is adaptive to innovation. This study concluded that targeted HR planning, infrastructure support, and continuous competency development are important factors in realizing effective digital transformation in schools. These findings are expected to be useful for SMK Negeri 2 Gunungsitoli, other educational institutions, and further researchers in developing digitalization strategies for school management.

Golden Indonesia 2045 and the achievement of the SDGs. However, the main challenges lie in the limited insight of business administration, entrepreneurship education that has not been integrated with practice, and lack of access to government support. This research examines the role of business administration, entrepreneurship education, and government support in encouraging MSMEs in Pasuruan to upgrade. The research uses a qualitative method with a thematic analysis approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and observations. Data triangulation was carried out to ensure the validity of the findings. The results show that most MSME actors do not understand the importance of business administration, such as the ownership of NIB and NPWP, which are the basic requirements for accessing government programs and market expansion. Although there is a gap between the theory obtained and the practice implementation in the field, entrepreneurship education shows a fairly good level. The results of this study can be a guide for entrepreneurship education providers to design applicable practice-based programs, as well as for the government in facilitating business administration and entrepreneurial assistance. This synergy is expected to encourage Pasuruan MSMEs to upgrade, contribute to Sustainable Development (SDGs), and support the vision of Golden Indonesia 2045.
