Abstract:Nori is a seaweed-based food that is favored by the Indonesian people, but its availability is still limited. Meanwhile, the abundant production of land kale (Ipomoea reptans) as a local vegetable has not been optimally…
utilized, resulting in low economic value and its potential as a food source has not been maximized. One solution to overcome this problem is to use organic land kale as an alternative ingredient for making nori. Organic land kale is known to have good nutritional content and is commonly consumed by the community. This study aims to determine the level of acceptance of analog nori made from organic land kale as a healthy snack through organoleptic tests. The method used was an experiment with a completely randomized design (CRD), consisting of 24 samples, 6 treatments, and 4 repetitions. The treatment given was carrageenan concentration (0%, 0.6%, 0.8%, 1%, 1.2%, and 1.4%) Data were analyzed using the Friedman Test to assess panelists' preferences for taste, color, aroma, and texture parameters. It can be concluded that the results show the addition of carrageenan at 1% produces analog nori with the highest level of acceptance, so it is considered the most optimal formulation.
Abstract:The plastic waste crisis in Indonesia and Thailand is one of the biggest environmental challenges in Southeast Asia, triggered by increased plastic consumption due to urbanization, economic growth and modern lifestyles.…
This study aims to analyze the challenges,
environmental impacts, and sustainable solutions related to plastic waste management in both
countries. The method used is qualitative analysis based on secondary data from scientific
literature, reports of international institutions. The results show that Indonesia faces serious
problems in plastic waste management that cause marine pollution to other countries, while
Thailand struggles with the high volume of domestic and imported plastic waste. The
resulting environmental impacts include damage to marine ecosystems, threats to
biodiversity, and human health risks from microplastics. Recommended solutions include the
implementation of national regulations that support sustainability principles, 3R (Reduce,
Reuse, Recycle) strategies, promotion of eco-friendly packaging, and public education to
reduce the use of single-use plastics. The study concludes that regional collaboration among
ASEAN countries is needed to effectively address the plastic waste crisis to protect
ecosystems and human health in the long term.

c reflection and continuous improvement, PTK encourages teachers to improve their pedagogical, professional, social, and personality competencies. Theoretically, PTK strengthens the foundations of constructivism and reflective learning practices, allowing teachers to dynamically connect theory and classroom reality. From a practical perspective, PTK has a direct impact on improving the quality of learning, student involvement, and changing teachers' professional attitudes. Although its implementation is faced with various challenges, both technical and psychological, solutions can be found through ongoing training, mentoring, and institutional support. Thus, PTK plays an important role in building an innovative work culture and improving the quality of education holistically.

age and ecological imbalance. If left unaddressed, such behavior poses serious threats to the continuity of life. This study aims to explore the Prophet Muhammad’s hadiths that emphasize the importance of environmental preservation. Employing a qualitative method with a literature review approach, this research analyzes relevant hadiths and scholarly interpretations. The findings reveal that the Prophet’s teachings on ecological preservation are comprehensive and highly relevant to contemporary environmental challenges. Most environmental degradation is a direct result of human actions, and the prophetic hadiths offer foundational solutions—framing what can be understood as an early model of ecological education in Islam.

as scientific skills and attitudes. Mastery of science process skills (KPS) is much more crucial than just memorizing, because KPS gives students the opportunity to discover and develop facts and concepts, while building attitudes and values through the experiences they experience. KPS is a basic competency that is the main driver in supporting the discovery, development and mastery of scientific concepts by students. This research aims to determine the effect of the guided inquiry model as a solution to improve students' science process skills at one of the state junior high schools in Surabaya. This research uses a pre-experimental type of research and a One Group Pretest – Posttest research design. The research results show that the guided inquiry learning model has a positive effect on improving junior high school students' science process skills with an n-gain of 0.55 which is in the medium category
