earning materials. The training methods included material presentation, hands-on practice, and Focus Group Discussion (FGD). The results of the training showed that the majority of participants were able to produce designs that meet the criteria of aesthetics, creativity, and learning relevance. Evaluation through questionnaires showed that the training was very useful and relevant to the participants' needs. The obstacles faced, such as limited devices and internet connection, were successfully overcome with appropriate solutions. The positive impact of this training is not only to improve teachers' competence in digital literacy, but also to create a more interesting learning experience for students.

Advocates have a strategic role in mediation, namely as legal advisors who provide direction to their clients, and ensure that the mediation process runs in accordance with existing ethical principles. Advocates also function to maintain the integrity and confidentiality of information obtained during mediation, as well as ensuring that clients are not pressured into accepting detrimental agreements. In this paper, we discuss the importance of ethics in mediation, the challenges faced, and the vital role of advocates in ensuring fair and effective dispute resolution. By paying attention to ethics in mediation, it is hoped that the dispute resolution process can take place more transparently, efficiently and fairly for all parties involved.

The result shows that the strategy of employees’ quality development of BCA Sumenep is done through training and education method. Training and education programs were done by on the job training, pre-service education and coaching, and also off the job training, regular training, e-learning, smartsolution reward program, video-based training, worklife balance, community of practice, and service dialogue. This research aims to reveal the challenges and opportunities as well as strategies in developing human resources at Annur Fatmah Trawas Vocational School, Mojokerto. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, documentation and observation. The data sources used were school principals, teaching staff and educational staff at Annur Fatmah Trawas Vocational School, Mojokerto. The research results show that there are challenges faced in implementing inservice training such as lack of motivation, limited time, and lack of preparation. However, there are also opportunities that can be utilized, such as support from superiors, competent presenters and supporting facilities. Apart from participating in training at school, teaching and education staff also carry out informal self-development. The human resource development process through the inservice training program is carried out in several steps, namely identifying needs, program design, program implementation and evaluation. In this way, teaching and education staff experience benefits such as increasing insight, abilities, skills, and increasing adaptability. So that the inservice training program provides real benefits, which have an important role in improving the quality of education.

was conducted at Asy-Syifa Al-Inayah Middle School, Jambi City, with the aim of obtaining a description of student representation in solving mathematical problems. Subjects in this study were selected using purposive sampling based on visual, auditory and kinesthetic learning styles. It is hoped that this research will provide benefits in improving mathematics learning. The results of the research show that the representation of auditory students and visual students in solving mathematical problems each fulfills three indicators, while kinesthetic students only fulfill two indicators of mathematical representation. In presenting information, visual and auditory subjects each tend to present it in the form of images (geometry or number patterns) and create situations based on the problem given. Meanwhile, kinesthetic subjects tend to only create images to clarify problems and facilitate their resolution. In solving problems, both visual and auditory subjects are able to solve problems by making patterns based on the problem given and making conclusions from a pattern. It's just that auditory subjects can shorten problem solving steps by using mathematical expressions. Meanwhile, kinesthetic subjects experience problems in solving combinatorics problems, where they are unable to present images or patterns that can help solve the problem.

The current evaluation process relies on teachers' subjective assessments, which restricts the information about students' progress. Therefore, the implementation of machine learning is proposed as a solution to enhance objectivity in student learning evaluation through more effective data processing. The method used is the K-Means Clustering algorithm, which can group or classify data based on specific patterns. This study aims to evaluate the extent to which machine learning can process student learning evaluation data through the analysis results obtained from the clustering process, which are then used as benchmarks to improve the evaluation system and provide feedback for students needing improvement in their academic performance. The data used comprises students' grades from the odd semester of the 2024/2025 academic year, with a total of 210 data points. The clustering results produced three clusters: the "good" cluster with 60 students, the "average" cluster with 99 students, and the "low" cluster with 51 students.

ment the Naive Bayes algorithm to support a more objective BLT recipient selection process. The method used is CRISP-DM, starting from understanding the problem, data preparation, to model implementation. The data analyzed included type of residence, KPS recipients, parents' income, KIP recipients, number of siblings, distance from home and reasons for eligibility for BLT used were data from students of SD Swasta IT ABI Husni in the odd semester of 2024/2025, with a total of 137 data. The results of the study showed that the Naive Bayes algorithm was able to achieve an accuracy level of 98% with precision and recall of up to 100%, proving the effectiveness of the model in minimizing classification errors. In conclusion, the use of the Naive Bayes algorithm can help make decisions that are more targeted, transparent, and fair in the distribution of BLT.

BSPS recipients must meet several criteria, such as income, house ownership status, house size, floor type, wall type, roof type, and water source. To address issues based on these criteria, Data Mining techniques using the Naive Bayes method were employed. This study utilized a dataset of BSPS recipients in Air Genting Village, Air Batu Sub-district, comprising 88 samples. The classification results from applying Naive Bayes yielded a precision value of 84%, a recall value of 81%, an F1-score of 82%, and an accuracy of 81%. The objective of this research is to facilitate the classification of eligible and rightful recipients of government assistance in the form of BSPS.
