The stages of developing the RT/RW Net network in Dusun VI Persaguan, Desa Aek Nagali include: determining the network access area from the RT Net server location, identifying the necessary equipment, configuring Mikrotik, and testing the implemented network.

n this context, youth not only act as users of technology, but also as developers of innovations that support the efficiency, transparency, and responsiveness of public services. Secondary data collected through document searches of literature, journal articles, government reports, and other official documents form the basis of this research analysis. The descriptive-analytical qualitative method is used to describe and criticise various aspects of the role of youth in e-government. Case studies such as "LAPOR!" and "Qlue," as well as hackathon initiatives, show how youth directly contribute to the development of digital solutions. In addition, their participation in e-participation platforms such as "Musrenbang Online" shows active engagement in technology-based decision-making processes. Youth also play a role in digital literacy campaigns, helping less tech-savvy communities to utilise e-government services. Involvement in advocacy and research further underlines the potential of youth as a source of innovative ideas and solutions. The results of this study confirm that the contribution of youth in supporting e-government is significant and covers various aspects, from technology development, participation in policy processes, to education and advocacy. Thus, youth are the main key in accelerating the digital transformation of government, ensuring that technology can be maximally utilised to improve the quality of public services and meet the needs of society in the digital era 5.0.

elitian ini sebanyak 181 perusahaan manufaktur yang telah go public dan sahamnya terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dari tahun 2017 sampai dengan 2019. Setelah dilakukan seleksi menggunakan metode purposive sampling maka didapatkan sampel sebanyak 39 perusahaan sehingga total pengamatan penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 117. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder dan metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis linier sederhana dengan bantuan program Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) Ver.25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Biaya Lingkungan memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan. (2) Biaya Lingkungan tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap pengungkapan CSR. (3) Pengungkapan CSR berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan. (4) Pengungkapan CSR tidak mampu memediasi hubungan biaya lingkungan terhadap kinerja keuangan.

The synthesis of the literature reveals that successful problem-solving is significantly influenced by leaders’ ability to integrate transformational, instructional, and adaptive leadership styles that foster collective participation, professional collaboration, and the establishment of a progressive learning culture. Effective leadership is characterized by reflective capacity, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to create a supportive work climate for innovation and change. Conversely, recurring challenges include limited resources, resistance to transformation, misaligned external policies, and administrative burdens that constrain managerial flexibility. Based on these findings, this study emphasizes the importance of developing context-based leadership models that position problem-solving as a core competency through enhanced data literacy, emotional intelligence, and continuous reflective learning. MPN 281 Jakarta. This research employs a quantitative descriptive approach to evaluate the effectiveness of P5 activities in improving the creativity of eighth-grade students. Data were collected through questionnaires completed by 70 students and interviews with 3 teachers, including the P5 coordinator. The research findings indicate that the effectiveness of P5 activities in enhancing student creativity reaches a very high category, with a percentage of 92%. Student creativity experiences a significant improvement, particularly in generating new ideas, viewing problems from various perspectives, seeking alternative solutions, and daring to undertake challenging tasks. However, there is still room for improvement, especially in aspects of creativity related to unconventional thinking to express oneself. Teachers and the P5 coordinator play crucial roles in designing and implementing P5 activities to create an environment conducive to student creativity growth. In conclusion, P5 activities are effective in enhancing the creativity of eighth-grade students at SMPN 281 Jakarta, yet continuous improvement is needed to achieve maximum creative potential.

ting patterns of communal interaction have posed challenges to the continuity and interpretation of this ritual, thereby necessitating scholarly inquiry capable of comprehensively elucidating its significance. This study addresses the question of how the symbolic meanings, social functions, and moral values embedded in the Naketi Rite shape mechanisms of reconciliation and social integration in Oemofa society. A cultural anthropology approach was employed to interpret the ritual practice through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and a review of relevant literature. The findings indicate that Naketi serves as an institutionalized medium for acknowledging wrongdoing, restoring fractured relationships, and reinforcing collective solidarity through mutually recognized symbolic mechanisms. The ritual cultivates values of honesty, responsibility, self-awareness, and commitment to social cohesion, which contribute to the prevention of prolonged conflict. The study concludes that Naketi is not merely a ceremonial expression but an effective cultural institution that mediates social tensions and reproduces the community’s moral order. The novelty of this research lies in its integrative analysis of the symbolic dimension and social function of the Naketi Rite as a locally grounded reconciliation model, offering relevance for contemporary cultural anthropology and discourse on tradition-based conflict resolution.

This study aims to examine marital counseling from pastoral and biblical perspectives as a theologically integrative approach to Christian family formation. The focus of the study is directed toward identifying the absence of a counseling model grounded in contextual theology and rooted in biblical foundations. The methodology employed is a literature review with a critical analysis of pastoral theology sources, biblical studies, and contemporary counseling practices published between 2015 and 2025. The findings reveal that marital counseling, when grounded in pastoral and biblical frameworks, serves not only as a means of conflict resolution but also as a channel for reconciliation, faith development, and relational restoration based on God's grace. The novelty of this study lies in its formulation of a marital counseling approach that contextually integrates transformative pastoral principles and biblical theological narratives. Theoretically, this research expands the horizon of pastoral family theology in the digital-modern context, while practically, it provides a pastoral framework for churches to facilitate the restoration and formation of Christian households. Thus, pastoral-biblical-based marital counseling can play a strategic role in building a resilient and theocentric marital spirituality.

With these skills, the counselor can identify the problems faced by the congregation and provide assistance or refer them for further treatment. Interpersonal skills help build open relationships, while diagnostic abilities are essential in identifying the root causes of the congregation's issues. In the diagnostic process, assessment and interpretation skills are vital to understanding the congregation's problems comprehensively—emotionally, mentally, socially, culturally, and spiritually—so that the solutions provided can be effective and accurate.
