Urgensi Aspek Psikodermatologi dalam Perawatan Kulit: Memahami Keterkaitan Emosi dan Kesehatan Kulit

Abstract: Skincare that focuses solely on the physical aspects often ignores the emotional impact that can significantly affect skin health. This review aims to examine the importance of psychodermatology in skincare, focusing on… understanding the link between emotions and skin health. The study adopted a library research method focusing on integrative and comprehensive literature analysis to explore the interrelationship between psychodermatology and skincare. The results revealed that psychodermatology is crucial in detailing and addressing the dynamics of skin health and emotions. Involving the psychological dimension in skincare is a response to skin problems and a preventive measure that can positively impact an individual's skin and mental health. The findings highlight the influence of stress and emotions on skin health as a critical focus, as stress and emotional tension can trigger inflammatory responses that significantly affect skin conditions. Meanwhile, psychological interventions in skincare are emerging as innovative solutions that offer therapeutic approaches to help individuals manage stress, anxiety and self-image issues that may arise from skin conditions. Furthermore, the role of psychosocial factors in skin care confirms the importance of integrating self-image, appearance perception, and emotional support in designing treatment programs that focus on sustainability and overall well-being. Future studies should focus on identifying stressors that affect skin health and developing effective psychodermatology therapies for holistic skin care.

Analisis Penggunaan Perangkat Internet of Things (IoT) pada Novel Hujan Karya Tere Liye

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the use of Internet of Things (IoT) technology in the novel "Hujan" by Tere Liye. This novel shows how the love story and life struggle of the main character, Lail, are connected to the development… ment of IoT technology. This research aims to understand how IoT technology shapes the story from the aspect of the situation to the characteristics of the related IoT devices. Through the hermeneutic method, this research identifies the use of IoT in several contexts. The findings obtained in the novel are 1) Smart Buildings, 2) Smart Farming, 3) Smart Home, 4) Smart City, and 5) Smart Healthcare. The results show that IoT technology is a key element in achieving a more advanced and connected digital society, bringing positive impacts in daily life and providing smart solutions to various global challenges.

Abstract: This article is about a literature review regarding good leadership models in Islam as seen from the experience of the merger of 3 (three) Sharia Banks in Indonesia to become Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), which is currently… tly approximately three years old and the Indonesian Sharia banking market until compete and occupy the position as a sharia bank with the most significant asset position compared to 6 (six) other conventional banks which have dominated the Indonesian market for decades. The type of data used in this research is qualitative data, with the data source coming from secondary sources and the data collection technique used being a documentation technique through literature review using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) data analysis technique by utilizing the Published or Perish (POP) metadata tool and VOS Viewer. The research method used is a qualitative method, with research results showing that the leadership model of Bank Syariah Indonesia has accommodated the best leadership criteria in Islam, which can be adaptive, fast response, and solutions while still implementing the traits and characteristics of leaders who are sincere, trustworthy, Katonah, and tabligh. This leadership character was demonstrated by leading the previous three large banks into one with one vision, mission, and work culture, as well as the synergy of all human resources that supported joint achievements to success in the three years of its existence.

Abstract: A blackout on a ship is a condition where the main propulsion power source on the ship does not operate due to the lack of electrical supply from the diesel generator, which serves as the primary source of electricity on… the ship. Ship maneuvering, on the other hand, refers to the ability to turn and pivot while sailing. This ability is crucial for the safety of the ship, especially when operating in restricted waters or near ports. The blackout occurs as a result of generator overload or the inability of an electrical voltage and current to flow too high or too large. The load is too high because the bow thruster consumes too much electrical voltage. In fact, on KM. Dharma Kartika IX, the generator has already supplied a significant amount of electricity to various parts of the ship, including the lighting system throughout the ship, from the mast to deck 3, the cooling system, and several navigation systems. The aim of this research is to understand and explain the causes of blackouts in the electrical system of KM Dharma Kartika IX during maneuvering and to find solutions that should be implemented in case of problems with the generator unit. The method I used to gather this data is through direct observation during seagoing service on the subjects under examination.

Abstract: Penanaman mangrove merupakan salah satu solusi berbasis alam yang efektif untuk mitigasi abrasi dan pelestarian lingkungan di pesisir. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Desa Ulidang sebagai bagian dari proyek kemanusiaan yang… bertujuan untuk mengatasi masalah abrasi yang semakin mengkhawatirkan. Dalam kegiatan ini, sebanyak 500 bibit mangrove ditanam dengan melibatkan masyarakat setempat, mahasiswa, dan lembaga pemerintah. Metode yang digunakan mencakup persiapan lokasi, pengumpulan bibit, serta pelaksanaan penanaman secara kolaboratif. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat mengenai pentingnya ekosistem mangrove, serta dampak positif terhadap perlindungan garis pantai dan keanekaragaman hayati. Proyek ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model bagi inisiatif serupa di daerah lain dalam upaya menjaga keberlanjutan ekosistem pesisir.

Abstract: Abstract: The selection of pediatric cough medicine at Apotek Keluarga is currently subjective and highly dependent on the pharmacist's experience, which potentially leads to inconsistent recommendations for customers. This… his research aims to develop a Decision Support System (DSS) using the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method to provide objective, fast, and accurate drug recommendations. The assessment criteria used in this system include cough type, side effects, age, and drug price, which are adjusted to clinical needs and consumer preferences. TOPSIS was chosen for its ability to rank drug alternatives based on their relative closeness to the positive ideal solution and the farthest distance from the negative ideal solution. The system development process involved problem identification, literature study, and data collection through interviews and direct field observations. The results indicate that the implementation of the TOPSIS method is effective in producing a list of cough medicine recommendations tailored to the specific conditions of pediatric patients. With this web-based system, the drug selection process becomes more transparent, systematic, and efficient, thereby enhancing the quality of pharmaceutical services at Apotek Keluarga.             Keywords: Decision Support System, TOPSIS, Pediatric Cough Medicine, Apotek Keluarga.   Abstrak: Pemilihan obat batuk anak di Apotek Keluarga saat ini masih bersifat subjektif dan sangat bergantung pada pengalaman apoteker, sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan ketidakkonsistenan dalam pemberian rekomendasi kepada pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) menggunakan metode Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) guna memberikan rekomendasi obat secara objektif, cepat, dan akurat. Kriteria penilaian yang digunakan dalam sistem ini meliputi jenis batuk, efek samping, usia, dan harga obat, yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan klinis serta preferensi konsumen. Metode TOPSIS dipilih karena kemampuannya dalam meranking alternatif obat berdasarkan kedekatan relatif terhadap solusi ideal positif dan jarak terjauh dari solusi ideal negatif. Proses pengembangan sistem dilakukan melalui tahapan identifikasi masalah, studi literatur, serta pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan observasi langsung di lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode TOPSIS efektif dalam menghasilkan urutan rekomendasi obat batuk yang paling sesuai dengan kondisi spesifik pasien anak. Dengan adanya sistem berbasis web ini, proses pemilihan obat menjadi lebih transparan, sistematis, dan efisien, sehingga mampu meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan farmasi di Apotek Keluarga.   Kata kunci: Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, TOPSIS, Obat Batuk Anak, Apotek Keluarga.

Penerapan Computer Vision Menggunakan Model Yolov8 Untuk Monitoring Kepadatan Pengunjung Ruang Rawat Inap Di Rumah Sakit

Abstract: Abstract: Hospitals, as healthcare facilities, have a high level of visitor mobility, particularly in inpatient wards. Therefore, visitor control is necessary to maintain patient comfort, safety, and service quality. Manual… ual visitor monitoring is considered ineffective and prone to errors. Therefore, this study aims to design and implement an artificial intelligence-based visitor monitoring system for hospital inpatient wards using computer vision technology. The developed system utilizes the YOLOv8 model as an object detection algorithm to automatically detect and count visitors through a camera. Visitor information is displayed through a desktop-based monitoring interface and is equipped with warning notifications via the Telegram application and an automatic alarm if the number of visitors exceeds the limit set by hospital policy. Test results show that the system is capable of performing well in detecting and counting visitors in real time, as well as sending information and warnings responsively. Thus, this system is considered effective as a technology-based hospital management support solution in controlling inpatient ward density and making decisions more quickly and accurately.        Keywords: hospital; inpatient ward; computer vision; yolov8; visitor monitoring Abstrak: Rumah sakit sebagai fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan memiliki tingkat mobilitas pengunjung yang tinggi, khususnya pada ruang rawat inap, sehingga diperlukan pengendalian jumlah pengunjung untuk menjaga kenyamanan, keselamatan pasien, dan kualitas pelayanan. Pemantauan jumlah pengunjung secara manual dinilai kurang efektif dan rentan terhadap kesalahan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem pemantauan jumlah pengunjung ruang rawat inap rumah sakit berbasis kecerdasan buatan menggunakan teknologi computer vision. Sistem yang dikembangkan memanfaatkan model YOLOv8 sebagai algoritma object detection untuk mendeteksi dan menghitung jumlah pengunjung secara otomatis melalui kamera. Informasi jumlah pengunjung ditampilkan melalui antarmuka pemantauan berbasis desktop dan dilengkapi dengan notifikasi peringatan melalui aplikasi Telegram serta alarm otomatis apabila jumlah pengunjung melebihi batas yang ditetapkan sesuai kebijakan rumah sakit. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu bekerja dengan baik dalam mendeteksi dan menghitung jumlah pengunjung secara real-time, serta mengirimkan informasi dan peringatan secara responsif. Dengan demikian, sistem ini dinilai efektif sebagai solusi pendukung manajemen rumah sakit berbasis teknologi dalam pengendalian kepadatan ruang rawat inap dan pengambilan keputusan yang lebih cepat dan akurat. Perancangan Robot Penyiram Tanaman Scala 1 : 30 Dengan Sistem Kendali Android Berbasis Embedded System

Abstract: Abstract: This research discusses the design and development of a plant-watering robot at a 1:30 scale controlled via an Android application and an embedded system based on an Arduino microcontroller. The purpose of this… study is to produce an automatic plant-watering robot that is efficient, energy-saving, and easy to operate to support agricultural automation. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D), which includes stages of requirement identification, design, construction, testing, and system evaluation. The main components used include an Arduino Uno, HC-05 Bluetooth module, L298N motor driver, HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor, 12V DC water pump, and a 25W solar panel as an alternative power source. The test results show that the robot can operate automatically with a success rate of 90%, battery endurance of approximately 1 hour and 13 minutes, charging time of about 5 hours and 38 minutes, and the water pump operates effectively for up to 5 hours. The integration of Android control, embedded systems, and solar power makes this robot an innovative solution for environmentally friendly and efficient agricultural automation.      Keywords: plant-watering robot; Android; embedded system; Arduino; solar panel Abstrak: Penelitian ini membahas perancangan dan pengembangan robot penyiram tanaman skala 1:30 yang dikendalikan melalui aplikasi Android dan sistem embedded berbasis mikrokontroler Arduino. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan robot penyiram tanaman otomatis yang efisien, hemat energi, dan mudah dioperasikan untuk mendukung otomasi pertanian. Metode yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan tahapan identifikasi kebutuhan, perancangan, pembuatan, pengujian, dan evaluasi sistem. Komponen utama yang digunakan meliputi Arduino Uno, modul Bluetooth HC-05, driver motor L298N, sensor ultrasonik HC-SR04, pompa air DC, dan panel surya 25 W sebagai sumber energi alternatif. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa robot mampu beroperasi secara otomatis dengan tingkat keberhasilan 90%, ketahanan baterai selama ±1 jam 13 menit, lama pengisian daya sekitar 5 jam 38 menit, serta pompa air bekerja efektif hingga 5 jam. Integrasi antara kendali Android, sistem embedded, dan tenaga surya menjadikan robot ini solusi inovatif untuk otomatisasi penyiraman tanaman yang ramah lingkungan dan berpotensi diterapkan pada lahan pertanian sesungguhnya. Mengukur Kinerja Juru Parkir Di Asahan Dengan Bantuan Machine Learning Method K-Nearest Neighbor

One of the challenges… in this area is the performance of parking attendants, which affects the effectiveness of parking management and traffic safety. Poor performance of parking attendants can cause various issues, including traffic congestion, rule violations, and user discomfort. Therefore, evaluating the performance of parking attendants is essential to improve service quality and parking safety. In this context, the implementation of a technology-based information system is an appropriate solution to enhance the effectiveness of the performance evaluation process for parking attendants. Classification methods, such as k-nearest neighbor (KNN), are used to evaluate the performance of parking attendants more accurately and efficiently. This method allows early detection of poor performance, such as fraud or traffic rule violations, and provides feedback for improvements. The primary goal is to measure effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and recognize parking attendants with good performance. Salah satu tantangan di wilayah ini adalah kinerja juru parkir yang mempengaruhi efektivitas pengelolaan parkir dan keselamatan lalu lintas. Kinerja juru parkir yang kurang optimal dapat menimbulkan berbagai masalah, termasuk kemacetan, pelanggaran aturan, dan ketidaknyamanan pengguna parkir. Oleh karena itu, penilaian kinerja juru parkir menjadi sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan keamanan parkir. Dalam konteks ini, penerapan sistem informasi berbasis teknologi menjadi solusi yang tepat untuk meningkatkan efektivitas proses penilaian kinerja juru parkir. Metode klasifikasi, seperti k-nearest neighbor (KNN), digunakan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja juru parkir dengan lebih akurat dan efisien. Metode ini memungkinkan deteksi dini terhadap kinerja buruk, seperti penipuan atau pelanggaran aturan lalu lintas, serta memberikan umpan balik untuk perbaikan. Tujuan utamanya adalah mengukur efektivitas, mengidentifikasi area perbaikan, dan memberikan apresiasi bagi juru parkir yang memiliki kinerja baik.
