ions and Islamic economic principles. This research aims to identify, classify, and analyze financial management strategy typologies in Islamic educational institutions from an Islamic economic perspective. Effective financial management presents a major challenge for Islamic educational institutions facing global economic complexity and accountability demands, while most still rely on conventional models that have not fully accommodated Islamic values. Using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method with the PRISMA protocol, this research analyzed 6 selected articles from 77,522 articles identified from three major academic databases. The results revealed five typologies of financial management strategies in Islamic educational institutions: (1) pure sharia principles-based that emphasize sharia compliance, maqashid sharia, and justice; (2) audit and accountability-based that focus on legal compliance, transparency, and fraud prevention; (3) governance and professionalism-based that prioritize financial manager competence; (4) management function-based that include planning, organizing, implementation, and supervision; and (5) integration of Islamic values into the education system. Despite showing different characteristics, all typologies aim to achieve financial sustainability while maintaining sharia compliance. This research provides a conceptual framework that can serve as a reference in developing adaptive and contextual financial management models according to the characteristics of Islamic educational institutions.

Apart from that, clients can also report these actions to the police, which could potentially result in criminal legal consequences for the notary concerned. Therefore, notaries are obliged to carry out their duties based on a professional code of ethics. In general, the position of a notary is regulated in Law Number 30 of 2004 concerning the Position of Notaries, which has been updated through Law Number 2 of 2014, and based on the guidelines contained in the Notary Code of Ethics prepared by the Indonesian Notary Association (INI) in 2005 and updated in 2015.

Abstract:This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of public service delivery in issuing Certificate of Indigency (SKTM) at Karang Indah Village Office, Merauke Regency. The background of this research is based on the increasing…
ng number of SKTM applications each year, which has not been matched by optimal service quality improvements. This study employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The results show that, in general, the SKTM service at Karang Indah Village Office is relatively effective, particularly in terms of procedures and costs, which are simple, transparent, and free of charge. The service completion time is also relatively fast, often completed within one working day. However, several challenges still affect service effectiveness, such as inconsistencies in procedural implementation, limited facilities and infrastructure, manual administrative systems, and insufficient public awareness regarding the requirements for obtaining SKTM. Additionally, coordination between neighborhood units (RT) and the village office remains suboptimal, potentially causing service delays. This study concludes that the effectiveness of SKTM service delivery in Karang Indah Village needs improvement through digital service innovation, capacity building for administrative staff, and strengthening supervision and public outreach.
