Of course, with method-based learning, the TAI method and KWL strategy,videos animasi, Ice Breaking are as intervention in this research because these methods have been proven to have an impact on increasing literacy habits. So, this research aims to: 1) improve student’s reading habits. 2). increase student;s interest in reading recount text. 3). Can increase student’s knowledge in composing words. 4). Student’s can translate simple English sentences. The research was carried out with a PTK design consisting of two cycles and each cycle consisting of one meeting. The result of the research showed that teacher skills increased from an average score (good) in cycle one, then increased to (very good) in cycle two. The percentage of completion of literacy habituation learning in reading comprehension increased from 70 % in cycle one to 90 % in cycle two. The conclusion of this research is that the KWL strategy and videos animasi, Ice Breaking can improve teacher skills, student’s activities and learning outcomes.

mplementing the e-Government system across various local government agencies. The benefit of this research lies in providing recommendations for local governments to improve efficiency, transparency, and accountability in public services through the utilization of information technology.
The research problem addressed is how the implementation of e-Government in Merauke Regency can improve the quality of public services and what obstacles are encountered during its implementation. The research employs a qualitative approach with a case study design, where data is collected through interviews with local government officials, direct observations in several agencies implementing e-Government, and document analysis related to policies and system implementation.
The findings indicate that while the implementation of e-Government in Merauke has improved the accessibility and efficiency of public services, several challenges remain, including inadequate technological infrastructure, limited human resource capacity, and low levels of digital literacy among the population. However, positive outcomes were also noted, such as the reduction of bureaucracy, acceleration of service processes, and increased transparency in public administration management. This study recommends that the Merauke government strengthen technological infrastructure, provide continuous training for government officials, and raise public awareness regarding the importance of utilizing digital systems.

influence the quality of public services at the Buton Regency Population and Civil Registration Service? The research location is the Population and Civil Registration Service of Buton Regency. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, the sampling technique uses Purposive Sampling with primary data from in-depth interviews supported by documentary data and field observations. The data analysis technique uses qualitative analysis, namely an interactive analysis model through data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. From the research results, it was concluded that the strategy implemented by the Buton Regency Population and Civil Registration Service has generally worked well, although it has not been fully implemented, this has been felt by the community. The failure to implement this strategy optimally is caused by a lack of communication between authorities, because there are no local government regulations that clearly regulate communication patterns between authorities.

One prominent manifestation of this progress is the rise of social media platforms, including YouTube Shorts, which offer short-form videos in an engaging and fast-paced format. This platform has gained immense popularity, not only among adults but also among children and adolescents. While YouTube Shorts can serve as a source of education and entertainment, its unrestricted access regardless of age raises serious concerns. Children are particularly vulnerable to exposure to content that is inappropriate for their psychological development, such as verbal violence, consumerist lifestyles, deviant behavior, and misleading information. This situation prompts a fundamental question: to what extent do digital broadcasts influence students’ mindset and behavior? This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach to explore the impact of YouTube Shorts consumption on students. The findings reveal a duality of influence: on one hand, appropriate content can enhance literacy, creativity, and language proficiency. On the other hand, without proper supervision, this platform may lead to addiction, weaken social interaction, and normalize behaviors that contradict educational values. Therefore, collaboration between parents and educators is essential. Active supervision at home and digital ethics education at school are crucial to shaping a generation that is both critical and wise in navigating the digital information landscape.

ucation sector, this research focuses on evaluating the effectiveness of social media and video conferencing apps in supporting flexible, interactive, and collaborative learning. Using a quantitative approach with descriptive and explanatory methods, data was collected from 50 respondents selected through stratified random sampling. The results indicate that WhatsApp is the most widely used social media platform by students (46.15%), while the most dominant video conferencing application is Zoom (61.54%). Students recognize the important role of social media in facilitating efficient communication, while video conferencing apps provide significant benefits in real-time interactivity. The combination of these two platforms has proven to significantly enhance students' learning motivation, with 84.62% of respondents acknowledging a positive impact on their learning process. This study emphasizes that the utilization of digital technology, such as social media and video conferencing apps, plays a crucial role in supporting more flexible and adaptive education. Therefore, the findings of this study recommend that educational institutions optimize the use of digital technology in learning to meet the demands of an evolving education system in this digital era.

The aim of this research is how to implement Entrepreneurship education developed at Integrated Islamic Middle Schools and what problems are faced by Integrated Islamic Middle Schools; This research uses field research with a qualitative case study type approach; The research location was carried out at Al-Imron Integrated Islamic Middle School, Pekamban, Sumenep Regency; Informants for the implementation of this research were school principals, teachers and students; Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation; The data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation and conclusions; The results of the research explain that there are two types of implementation of Entrepreneurship education developed at Integrated Islamic Middle Schools, namely the first formal type in the form of lesson plans and entrepreneurial practices by cultivating used goods and making food and drinks (herbal), the second non-formal type in the form of a bazaar. The qualitative method is the method that will be used in this research, based on descriptive studies. This type of research in a case study. The research location is centered on Marhalah Tsanawiyah TMI Putri Al-Amien Prenduan. The technique for determining informants uses the purposive method. Data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis through data presentation, data reduction, and conclusions. The results show that the condition of learning boredom is characterized by 3 aspects, namely sleepiness, dizziness and chatting alone. The cause of learning boredom is due to busy activities and too much material. The time when learning boredom occurs during assignments and explanations of material. With learning boredom occurring, teachers use 4 strategies, namely the motivation method, educational punishment method, ice breaking method and integrative method.
