Eradication of Corruption Crimes, has caused poverty across various aspects of people’s lives. In addition, efforts to eradicate the crime of gratuity need to be supported by professional human resources and the enforcement of legal sanctions to foster personal awareness of anti-corruption. Based on the description above, the problem formulation is focused on: 1) Why is the integrity of state officials needed in eradicating graft cases? 2) What is the relationship between the philosophical study of the integrity of state officials in the case of gratuities? 3) What is the legal purpose of the integrity of state officials in the case of gratuities? The purpose of this study is to analyze the integrity of state officials in eradicating cases of gratuity. The approach method in this study is a normative juridical approach. The types of legal materials used are primary, secondary, and tertiary. The analysis technique used is qualitative descriptive. The results of the study are the eradication of gratuities in Indonesia, namely unlawful acts (corruption) by state officials/employees, receiving bribes (gratuities) from corporations or related parties, abuse of authority, and the practice of collusion with fictitious projects offering a 50%:50% profit split with contractors. This research novelty concludes that gratuities are unlawful acts by state officials who must be audited their salary financial data and even their family’s financial data through the Annual Personal Tax Payment Letter in accordance with the Regulation in Lieu of Law Number 1 of 2017 and reported to the Financial Audit Agency and the Financial Transaction Analysis Reporting Center in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 8 of 2010.

nt Regulation Number 1 of 2022 concerning National Registers and Cultural Heritage Preservation, which aims to provide accurate cultural heritage data as a basis for legal protection and preservation policies. Implementation is not optimal, as there are still suspected reserve objects (ODCB) that have not been officially determined. This research identifies the problem, namely, How is the Implementation of Accelerated Cultural Heritage Data Collection in Supporting Cultural Heritage Preservation in Serang City and what are the obstacles. This research uses authority theory and cultural heritage conservation theory as the basis for analysis. The research method used is empirical juridical with a qualitative descriptive approach through literature studies and interviews with related parties. The research results show that the acceleration of data collection has been carried out through activities to identify, verify, and record cultural heritage objects in the Dapobud system. This step, according to regulations, produces more accurate data, so that it can be immediately protected and preserved. However, implementation has not been optimal due to obstacles in the form of limited facilities and infrastructure, budget, human resources, constraints on the Dapobud system, lack of local government support, and community participation. The conclusion is that the implementation of accelerated data collection on cultural heritage in Serang City has made a positive contribution to conservation efforts, even though it still faces obstacles. Recommendations are addressed to the Serang City Government to strengthen budget support, increase human resource capacity, prepare supporting facilities, and encourage collaboration and community participation so that preservation can be sustainable.

plete medical assessments remain a challenge, potentially leading to service gaps and reduced hospital claims. This qualitative descriptive study was conducted at Dharma Yadnya General Hospital, Denpasar, which has fully implemented EMR since 2024. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews with five informants: two medical record officers, the head of the emergency nursing unit, the head of the inpatient nursing unit, and the head of the medical record department. Data analysis used the 3M framework: Man, Method, and Material. From the Man aspect, heavy workloads of doctors and the lack of administrative support staff often caused delays and incomplete documentation. From the Method aspect, although Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and system reminders existed, monitoring relied mainly on manual follow-ups via WhatsApp groups, limiting effectiveness. From the Material aspect, the EMR system was user-friendly and supported by weekly vendor maintenance, but occasional network disruptions and insufficient administrative staff still hampered real-time documentation. Incomplete medical assessments in EMR directly affect INA-CBGs claims, especially when comorbidities, complications, or procedures are not recorded, resulting in under-coding and reduced reimbursement. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis to determine what factors influence the development strategy of cassava leaf animal feed and descriptive analysis to analyze the development strategy for the potential and opportunities of using cassava leaves as animal feed. This research method uses qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results showed that cassava leaves have a high crude protein content, which is around 20-30%, and contain crude fiber, fat, and minerals that are beneficial for livestock growth. Multiple linear regression analysis in this study shows that all independent variables have a significant effect on the dependent variable. Among these factors, the economic aspect makes the largest contribution, making it the main factor influencing the dependent variable. Furthermore, social aspects and external support also play a significant role in determining the results. In addition, other factors such as technology, resources, and marketing and distribution also have a significant impact, although with a smaller influence compared to economic and social aspects. Thus, the regression model shows a positive relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable, so that improvements in these aspects will increase the dependent variable, with the main priority on economic and social aspects.

This study aims to explore the Prophet Muhammad’s hadiths that emphasize the importance of environmental preservation. Employing a qualitative method with a literature review approach, this research analyzes relevant hadiths and scholarly interpretations. The findings reveal that the Prophet’s teachings on ecological preservation are comprehensive and highly relevant to contemporary environmental challenges. Most environmental degradation is a direct result of human actions, and the prophetic hadiths offer foundational solutions—framing what can be understood as an early model of ecological education in Islam.

This study aims to determine the sentiment analysis using the keywords "contraceptives" and "condoms" on the opinions of social media users regarding the policy of using contraceptives for students and adolescents with a period of one week. The results showed that neutral sentiment was 6,232 X account users, negative sentiment was 359 X account users, and 86 X account users were in a negative position. caused by a misunderstanding of the message of religious tolerance, which causes its adherents to appear with different faces. Therefore, the Qur'an explains what tolerance really is in Islamic teachings. Based on this problem, the researcher is interested in conducting a comparative analysis of how the interpretations of Hamka and Ali As-Ṣabūnī are related to religious tolerance, as well as the strengthening of the socio-historical background of both of them towards this interpretation. This study uses a qualitative approach with a comparative study method. Data collection consists of literature studies and observations. Descriptive analysis is used in the comparative analysis method. Lucien Goldmann's genetic structuralism theory is one of the theories used to strengthen research as a surgical tool. This theory explains that a work or text is the work of its own author, along with the historical reality that conditions the emergence of the work or text. To improve the analysis of this research, discussions of scholars and interpreters of the verses of the Qur'an related to religious tolerance are also used. Research shows that Hamka and Ali As-Ṣabūnī generally agree that coercion in embracing religion is not allowed. However, Hamka directs the meaning of religious tolerance with the applicable conditions and limitations. This study also refers to the theory of genetic structure which states that the tendency of general and specific interpretations of poems on religious tolerance cannot be separated from the socio-historical context of each community in which the two figures lived. This assumption is that the works of the two figures are not only personal works, but also the works of their respective communities and the social and historical realities of their respective times.
