such as the State Civil Apparatus (ASN), advocates, and the press in Padang City in the aspect of social geography studies. The methods used in this research are observation and literature study. Observations were conducted to identify the location of government offices, law firms, and press offices, while literature studies used secondary data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) report and thematic maps. The results show that the civil servant profession is concentrated in the centre of government to support the efficiency of public services, particularly in West Padang and East Padang. Advocate firms are located around economic centres and courts, which facilitate access for people who need legal services. Meanwhile, the press profession is concentrated in the city centre to support fast and efficient information distribution. The distribution of these professions is influenced by accessibility, population concentration, and the socio-economic needs of the community. The findings provide an overview of how geographical factors play an important role in the distribution of professions in Padang City. It is hoped that this research can serve as a reference for more strategic development planning and human resource management in the future.

Kesimpulan: Implementasi pemberian terapi nonfarmakologis berupa senam kegel dilakukan 2 kali sehari selama 7 hari 10-15 menit efektif untuk mempercepat penyembuhan luka perineum dengan hasil sebelum dilakukan skala REEDA skor 12 (luka buruk) menurun menjadi 2 dengan kategori luka sedang.

This research aims to analyze the prospective added value stemming from the pempek businesses in Melayu Sub-District, Tenggarong, Kutai Kertanegara. The acquired data underwent meticulous processing, tabulation, and subsequent analytical examination, characterized by both descriptive and value-added analyses, utilizing the Hayami model. The research showed that the managed pempek businesses are predominantly of small scale, utilizing relatively simple technology. On average, a single production cycle yields 126.64 kg, or monthly output of 633.2 kg. The value-added analysis reveals a figure of 186,734 IDR per kg, with a commendable value-added ratio of 70.95%. This signifies that the conversion of belida fish into pempek not only imparts substantial value but also presents a highly promising avenue for further expansion and development.

The sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected using instruments measuring oral and dental health maintenance and a doctor’s diagnosis to determine the presence of periodontitis. Analisis was conducted using the Fisher exact Test (p-value = 0,000). The results indicate a significant relationship between oral and dental health maintenance and the incidence of periodontitis in diabetes mellitus patients. Healthcare workers play a crucial role in educating on the importance of maintaining oral and dental health, including brushing teeth twice daily (morning after meals and before sleeping) and regularly visiting the dentist every six months.

This research approach is qualitative, with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews with the Secretary of the Halal Product Guarantee Organizing Agency (BPJPH) and supported by statistical data related to the development of halal certification. The findings show that the development of halal certification in West Java in 2023 shows significant achievements with the realization of 189,886 certificates, although it is still faced with challenges in MSME literacy, administrative obstacles, and limited BPJPH resources.

Penelitian ini menyelidiki model pola dan interaksi multimodal dalam wacana kelas dengan membandingkan dua strategi yang digunakan oleh guru pemula dan guru yang sudah berpengalaman. Penelitian ini menggunakan kerangka kerja wacana kelas yang diusulkan oleh Walsh (2011) dan interaksi multimodal (SF-MDA) oleh Norris (2004, 2019) di dua kelas dengan dua guru yang berbeda. Hasilnya, analisis interaksi multimodal menyatakan bahwa guru pemula dan guru berpengalaman memiliki dimensi interaksi yang berbeda dalam meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam belajar bahasa terutama bahasa inggris sebagai bahasa asing berdasarkan kesalahan dalam pemerolehan bahasa. Selain itu, guru juga meningkatkan fokus siswa pada pola pembelajaran yang benar dengan meningkatkan proses interaksi didalam kelas. Dengan demikian, guru pemula dan guru yang sudah berpengalaman sama-sama menggunakan pola wacana kelas berdasarkan teori Analisis Wacana Kelas. Wacana menjadi pendekatan metodologis yang merupakan analisis berlapis-lapis di balik komunikasi verbal atau lisan untuk mengidentifikasi sumber daya interaksi yang digunakan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini yaitu Analisis Wacana Kelas dengan Model IRF meningkatkan kepercayaan diri, kefasihan siswa, dan kemampuan siswa dalam belajar bahasa Inggris sebagai bahasa asing.

ian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif melalui observasi dan eksplorasi terhadap implementasi Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Maros Nomor 14 Tahun 2016 tentang Sistem Penyelenggaraan Pendidikan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penelusuran dan penelaahan terhadap substansi materi Peraturan Daerah, peraturan pelaksanaan, serta penelusuran dan penelaahan terhadap data statistik tarkait indikator penyelenggaraan pendidikan di Kabupaten Maros. Hasil pengumpulan data dianalisis secara normatif kemudian disajikan secara sistematis untuk mendeskripsikan tingkat efektivitas penyelenggaraan pendidikan di Kabupaten Maros berdasarkan Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Maros Nomor 14 Tahun 2016 tentang Sistem Penyelenggaraan Pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Maros Nomor 14 Tahun 2016 tentang Sistem Penyelenggaraan Pendidikan, belum efektif. Hal tersebut disebabkan adanya 16 dari 18 pendelegasikan tindak lanjut Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Maros Nomor 14 Tahun 2016 tentang Sistem Penyelenggaraan Pendidikan baik berupa Peraturan Bupati maupun Keputusan Bupati yang belum dilaksanakan serta adanya ketentuan dalam Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Maros Nomor 14 Tahun 2016 tentang Sistem Penyelenggaraan Pendidikan yang tidak sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan yang lebih tinggi. Selain itu terdapat 10 dari 22 indikator penyelenggaraan urusan pemerintahan bidang pendidikan yang belum mencapai target RPJMD berdasarkan perhitungan persentase capaian akumulatif tahun 2021 sampai dengan 2023.
