itecture (EA). EA is the basis for problems that occur in an enterprise by utilizing technological innovations in meeting the expectations of information system architecture. The design quality of the Information System Architecture model has been recognized as an important factor for the success of EA design in enterprises. In meeting this quality, it is necessary to test the relevance of EA to the needs of the enterprise. This study focuses on testing the relevance of Information System Architecture design using the Enterprise Architecture Quality Framework (EAQF). The quality principle of relevance has derived attributes, which are EA Purpose and Objectives, EA Stakeholders Concerns, Usefulness, Completeness vs. Conciseness, and Level of Detail. Each attribute has an assessment method, whether qualitative, quantitative, or Yes / No. Relevance testing in this study will produce an Information System Architecture model in EA design that meets the quality principle of relevance in the EA quality framework.

Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah berkembang pesat dan menjadikan sistem informasi penting dalam menjalankan bisnis suatu perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan perlu perusahaan semakin mengadopsi Enterprise Architecture (EA). EA merupakan landasan untuk permasalahan yang terjadi dalam suatu perusahaan dengan memanfaatkan inovasi teknologi dalam memenuhi harapan arsitektur sistem informasi. Kualitas perancangan model Information System Architecture telah diakui sebagai faktor penting untuk kesuksesan perancangan EA di perusahaan. Dalam memenuhi kualitas tersebut, maka diperlukan suatu pengujian relevansi EA terhadap kebutuhan perusahaan. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengujian relevansi perancangan Information System Architecture menggunakan Enterprise Architecture Quality Framework (EAQF). Prinsip kualitas relevansi memiliki atribut turunan, yaitu berupa EA Purpose and Objectives, EA Stakeholders Concerns, Usefulness, Completeness vs. Conciseness, serta Level of Detail. Setiap atribut memiliki metode penilaian, baik yang bersifat kualitatif, kuantitatif, atau Ya / Tidak. Pengujian relevansi pada penelitian ini akan menghasilkan model Information System Architecture pada perancangan EA yang memenuhi standar prinsip kualitas relevansi pada kerangka kerja kualitas EA.

That way, failure in business modeling can also have an impact on EA implementationw. Modeling artifacts in a good architectural business phase can help to avoid mistakes from the start, because the quality of the business modeling model will have an impact on the quality of information system design. Therefore, it need to test the quality of the model on every artifact in the architectural business, because many business models are not always of high quality. To have a high quality EA, one of them is by identifying a conceptual quality framework approach. There are six principles that must be considered when assessing the quality of a company model, in this study using the quality of the business architecture validity model with six attributes using the formal Petri net method.

Abstrak: Roeleven dan Broer mengungkapkan bahwa lebih dari 66% program EA tidak memenuhi harapan karena kegagalan untuk menunjukkan nilai yang cukup untuk bisnis. Arsitektur bisnis memiliki peran penting untuk membantu perusahaan mencapai nilai bisnis yang diinginkan. Sebuah organisasi juga bergantung pada seberapa baiknya informasi yang diberikan pada setiap artefak terutama pada fase bisnis arsitektur. Dengan begitu kegagalan pemodelan bisnis juga dapat berdampak pada implementasi EA. Memodelkan artefak pada fase bisnis arsitektur yang baik dapat membantu untuk menghindari kesalahan sejak awal karena kualitas model pemodelan bisnis akan berdampak pada kualitas desain sistem informasi. Maka dari itu, kualitas dari pemodelan bisnis model telah diakui sebagai faktor penting untuk pemodelan sukses di perusahaan, serta perlunya untuk melakukan pengujian kualitas model pada setiap artefak pada bisnis arsitektur, karena banyak model bisnis yang tidak selalu berkualitas tinggi. Untuk memiliki EA yang berkualitas tinggi salah satunya dengan mengidentifikasi pendekatan kerangka kualitas konseptual. Terdapat enam prinsip yang harus dipertimbangkan ketika menilai kualitas model perusahaan, dalam kajian ini menggunakan kualitas model validity arsitektur bisnis dengan enam atribut menggunakan metode formal Petri net.

Abstrak: Pentingnya ASI sebagai asupan utama bayi telah menjadi pengetahuan umum bagi setiap ibu menyusui. Pemberian ASI ekslusif dianjurkan oleh pemerintah dan WHO kepada ibu menyusui sampai kurun waktu umur bayi dua tahun. Kendala utama terhambatnya pemberian ASI ekslusif kepada bayi umumnya disebabkan oleh daya tahan ASI yang singkat terhadap faktor suhu, dimana ASI hanya mampu bertahan selama kurang dari empat jam pada suhu ruangan. Oleh sebab itu dibuatlah penelitian berupa rancang bangun lemari pendingin portable yang bertujuan agar ibu menyusui dapat menyimpan ASI lebih lama, terutama bagi wanita karir yang sebagian waktunya diluar rumah dan tidak bersama bayi. Lemari pendingin dibuat menggunakan modul Peltier dengan konsep kerja termoelektrik yang ditenagai arus listrik atau baterai sehingga dapat dibawa dalam perjalanan.

Based on the results of field observations, the team researched making cheap street lamps, by utilizing the basic work system of the joule tief circuit, where the input is 7.4 VDC (in 3.7VDC arranged in series-parallel) with a lamp load of 12 watts multiplied by 4 lamps, with a total load. 48 watts, get the frequency measurement results of 12.30 Khz and Iout 0.14A, and Vpk-pk 82 V. Charging input is 7.4VDC, the current 19800mAh in the battery is divided by the maximum current of the solar module 1 watt, which is 160mA, so the charging time the battery is in the range of 2.1 hours. For the design of the lampposts that were made, using a paralon pipe with a length of 5m, with a circle diameter of 9cm, and a second pole connecting 1.5 m long with a circle diameter of 5cm.

Abstrak : PJU (Penerangan Jalan Umum), diatur dalam peraturan mentri perhubungan republik indonesia nomor 27 tahun 2018, tentang alat penerangan jalan. Sejalan dengan pernyataan mentri desa, pembangunan daerah tertinggal dan transmigrasi (Mendes PDTT) eko putro Sandjojo, mengatakan bahwa dana desa bisa digunakan untuk membuat lampu jalan bagi desa yang tidak memiliki lampu jalan. Wilayah jalan lingkar utara, kecamatan datuk bandar timur searah menuju pelabuhan teluk nibung, sebahagian dari jalan tersebut tidak memiliki penerangan jalan dimalam hari, ditambah dengan kondisi jalan yang masih tergolong tanah merah. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan dilapangan maka tim meneliti membuat lampu jalan murah, dengan memanfaatkan dasar sistem kerja rangkaian joule tief, dimana untuk input 7,4 VDC (in 3,7VDC disusun seri-paralel) dengan beban lampu 12 watt dikalikan 4 lampu, dengan total beban 48 watt, mendapati hasil pengukuran frequensi 12,30 Khz dan Iout 0,14A, dan Vpk-pk 82 V. Pengisian input 7,4VDC didapati, arus 19800mAh pada baterai dibagi dengan arus maksimum modul surya 1 watt, yaitu 160mA, sehingga lama pengisian baterai berada pada rentang waktu 2,1 jam. Untuk rancangan tiang lampu yang dibuat, menggunakan pipa paralon dengan panjang 5m, dengan diameter lingkaran 9cm, dan penyambung tiang kedua sepanjang 1,5 m dengan diameter lingkaran 5cm.

Efforts that can be made besides increasing unproductive agricultural land are applying technology to determine the best / superior chili seeds. So far, local farmers use hereditary concepts such as trial and error in determining the chili seeds to be planted. As a result of which occurs that the harvest is unstable and tends to fall even the possibility of crop failure. The purpose of the analysis of this research is to apply technology that can improve chili crop yields through the application of a Decision Support System. To get more optimal results, the application of technology is carried out using the concept of a combination of 2 methods based on the superiority of each method. The method used is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) because it has accurate criteria analysis. Furthermore, the Weighted Product (WP) method is applied because it can find alternative preference values that are quick and easy. Based on the process and results of the analysis that has been done, the application of the AHP method can produce priority factors for selecting superior chili seeds that are weighted for ranking WP method. Whereas the WP method can produce an alternative ranking quickly with the highest alternative being A5 with a value of 0.153.

Abstrak: Konsumsi cabai di Indonesia terus mengalami peningkatan. Impor dilakukan oleh pemerintah untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dalam negeri seperti dari negara Malaysia dan Vietnam. Untuk mengatasi masalah impor cabai ini, perlu upaya maksimal yang dilakukan oleh petani lokal untuk menghasilkan hasil panen cabai dengan kuantitas dan kualitas yang optimal. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan selain memperbanyak lahan pertanian yang belum produktif yaitu menerapkan teknologi teknologi untuk menentukan benih cabai yang terbaik/unggul. Selama ini petani lokal menggunakan konsep turun temurun seperti coba-coba dalam menentukan benih cabai yang akan ditanam. Akibat yang terjadi yaitu hasil panen yang tidak stabil dan cendrung turun bahkan kemungkinan gagal panen. Adapun tujuan dari analisis penelitian ini adalah untuk menerapkan teknologi yang dapat meningkatkan hasil panen tanaman cabai melalui penerapan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan. Untuk mendapatkan hasil yang lebih optimal, penerapan teknologi dilakukkan menggunakan konsep kombinasi 2 metode yang didasarkan pada keunggulan dari masing-masing metode. Metode yang digunakan Analitical Hierarchy Process (AHP) karena memilki analisis kriteria yang akurat. Selanjutnya diterapkan metode Weighted Product (WP) karena memiliki kemampuan penemuan nilai preferensi alternatif yang cepat dan mudah. Berdasarkan proses dan hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan, penerapan metode AHP mampu menghasilkan faktor prioritas pemilihan benih cabai unggul yang menjadi nilai bobot untuk perankingan metode WP. Sedangkan metode WP mampu menghasilkan perankingan alternatif dengan cepat dengan alternatif tertinggi yaitu A5 dengan nilai 0,153.

Abstrak: Negosiasi dalam pembebasan sandera merupakan cara terpenting dalam sebuah misi penyelamatan sandera, Jika petugas salah dalam mengambil tindakan dalam proses negosiasi maka efek yang dapat ditimbulkan adalah ancaman keselamatan baik petugas atau personil yang berwajib maupun keselamatan dari pihak korban yang disandera. Penyebabnya adalah tidak efektifnya komuniskasi sehingga mengakibatkan selalu terjadinya baku tembak untuk menyelesaikan penyandraan tersebut. Dan masalah terselesaikan tanpa ada komunikasi antara penjahat dan personil. Dalam hal tersebut kami merancang sebuah robot negosiasi yang dilengkapi dengan senjata agar keselamatan dan keamanan petugas juga menjadi perhatian dalam menjalankan tugas, baik dalam tugas perang melawan musuh maupun dalam tugas pembebasan sandera.Dalam hal pembebasan sandera perlu dilakukan berbagai cara agar mendapatkan kesepakatan terbaik antara musuh dan petugas yang berwajib guna keselamatan korban yang disandera. Dengan adanya robot militer pemantau ini dapat membantu anggota atau personil militer dalam melakukan negosiasi dan pemantauan tanpa harus mengorbankan nyawa.

This will obviously affect the quality of cattle which results in expensive maintenance costs, less than optimal production yields and even death of cows. The purpose of this study was to conduct a study of the application of technology in the selection of the best beef cattle to increase livestock yield, especially for local independent breeders. The technology used is a combination of the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method and the Multy Factor Evaluation Process (MFEP) Method. Through a combination of methods, researchers analyzed each criterion and alternative related to the selection of the best beef cattle. AHP method was chosen because it has the ability to analyze more consistent criteria. While the selection of the MFEP method is due to having the ability to analyze alternatives based on existing criteria in a simple and accurate way. The results of the AHP and MFEP analysis method are AHP analysis to assist in determining the priority factors of beef cattle seedlings and applied to the MFEP method which produces the highest alternative A6 with a value of 0.508. This research is expected to become a new foundation for farmers in knowing the criteria and alternatives in determining the best type of beef cattle.

Pada akhirnya penulis berharap dengan dibuatnya sistem informasi yang baru, dapat membantu Proses pemesanan tiket dan dilakukan dengan lebih mudah, tanpa penumpang yang bersangkutan harus datang langsung ke P0.NPM dengan adanya desain sistem yang baru akan mempermudah pihak perusahaan dan pengunjung bus.
