The Information and Electronic Transaction Law (abbreviated as ITE Law) or Law number 11 of 2008 is the law that regulates information and electronic transactions, or information technology in general. This law has jurisdiction applicable to every person who commits legal acts as regulated in this Act, both within the territory of Indonesia and outside the jurisdiction of Indonesia, which has legal consequences in the jurisdiction of Indonesia and / or outside the jurisdiction of Indonesia and harm the interests of Indonesia. Many people want article 27 paragraph 3 in Law No. 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions (ITE) for deletion. Undang-undang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik (disingkat UU ITE) atau Undang-undang nomor 11 Tahun 2008 adalah UU yang mengatur tentang informasi serta transaksi elektronik, atau teknologi informasi secara umum. UU ini memiliki yurisdiksi yang berlaku untuk setiap orang yang melakukan perbuatan hukum sebagaimana diatur dalam Undang-Undang ini, baik yang berada di wilayah Indonesia maupun di luar wilayah hukum Indonesia, yang memiliki akibat hukum di wilayah hukum Indonesia dan/atau di luar wilayah hukum Indonesia dan merugikan kepentingan Indonesia. Banyak kalangan menginginkan pasal 27 ayat 3 di Undang-undang No. 11 tahun 2008 tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik (ITE) untuk dihapus. Alasannya, karena pasal 27 ayat 3 UU ITE yang biasa disebut dengan pasal karet sebagai undang-undang yang berbahaya. Terlebih lagi jika diterapkan oleh pihak-pihak yang tak paham soal dunia maya.

Abstrak : Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa pelatihan pengaruh teknologi dan motivasi kinerja anggota polsek porsea ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman yang diharapkan dapat menghasilkan pengetahuan baru dengan adanya teknologi yang berkembang saat ini. Adapun sasaran dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk dapat menambah wawasan pengetahuan tentang hadirnya teknologi-teknologi baru dan juga menjadikan motivasi kerja yang tinggi. Kegaiatan pelatihan pengaruh teknologi dan motivasi kinerja anggota polsek porsea dalam dunia kriminal ini disajikan dengan metode ceramah, demontrasi video dan tanya jawab. Manfaat yang di peroleh dari kegiatan ini antara lain dapat meningkatkan kinerja anggota polsek porsea dalam pengetahuan teknologi yang ada kepolisian, sehingga anggota bekerja sesuai bidang dan dapat menguasai betul teknologi yang ada di kepolisian agar bekerja secara secara profesional. This dedication activity is carried out using lecture, demonstration, and practice methods accompanied by questions and answers. The lecture method is used to explain the introductory concept of the introduction of Adobe Photoshop software as one of the media in processing images. The demonstration method is used to show a work process that is the stages of introducing tools in Adobe Photoshop software and knowing each of its functions, while the training method is to practice directly how to design posters in the application. While the question and answer method is to give participants the opportunity to consult to overcome obstacles in understanding the material that has been obtained. The final results of this activity are expected to add insight to students in designing posters as a way to present or convey information.

Abstrak:Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk pelatihan sehari bagi siswa-siswi dalam mendesain poster menggunakan software adobe Photoshopsebagai salah satu cara untuk menambah dan mengembangkan kemampuan dan kreatifitas siswa-siswi di SMA Negeri 5 Tanjungbalai.Sasaran dalam kegiatan ini adalah parasiswa-siswi SMA Negeri 5 Tanjungbalai yang berjumlah lebih kurang 18 orang.Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan metodeceramah, demonstrasi, dan latihan yang disertai tanya jawab. Metodeceramah digunakan untuk menjelaskan konsep pengantar dari pengenalan software adobe Photoshopsebagai salah satu media dalam mengolah gambar. Metode demonstrasidipakai untuk menunjukkan suatu proses kerja yaitu tahap-tahapmengenalan tool-tool yang ada pada software adobe Photoshopdan mengetahui masing-masing fungsinya, sedangkanmetode latihan untuk mempraktikkan langsung cara mendesain poster pada aplikasi tersebut. The use of social media for business activities has a very positive impact on improving the welfare of the community economically. To achieve these objectives, training and coaching to the public regarding the use of social media are held. The training was carried out at the Pesona Rhabayu Housing Community of Patam Lestari Village, Sekupang District, Batam. The training was conducted by monitoring and tutorials on how to use social media properly, including information dissemination on the Information and Electronic Transaction Law (UU ITE) so that the community has a legal basis for using social media. The first result of this dedication is that people's understanding of the ITE Law can be seen from discussions and questions and answers, secondly, people's ability to access and utilize social media for business facilities by forming a social media group as a forum for the community to promote their efforts.

Metode ceramah digunakan untuk menjelaskan konsep tentang aplikasi yang digunakan yaitu Microsoft Excell. Abstrak: SMK Negeri 1 Setia Janji adalah Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan yang bergerak di bidang teknologi yang memiliki tiga jurusan yaitu RPL (Rekayasa Perangkat Lunak), TSM (Teknik Sepeda Motor) dan TKR (Teknik Kendaraan Ringan). Manfaat yang diperoleh dari kegiatan pengabdian ini pertama meningkatkan pengetahuan.
