st follow the technological advancement. Teachers generally provide group assignments to be presented by students. The main obstacle faced is that students are less capable to create and deliver presentation content. Therefore, it is necessary to provide insight about presentation ability and the use of technology to make presentations. The activity began by compiling a training module on using Explaindio Video Creator to make explainer video. Training is provided in the form of tutorials and workshops, so students can directly practice the material being discussed. Before and after the training, pre-test and post-test was conducted to test the students' understanding of the presentation using an explainer video. The results found that the average participants before attending this training did not understand the presentation technique and did not know about the presentation assisted by explainer video. After attending the training, the average participants have already understood the presentation techniques and already known about the presentation assisted by explainer video and made it on their own.

Abstrak: Revolusi Industri 4.0 ditandai dengan kemajuan dan perubahan teknologi yang pesat di berbagai bidang, tidak terkecuali bidang pendidikan. Untuk menyongsong era Revolusi Industri 4.0, kurikulum pembelajaran di sekolah harus mengikuti kemajuan teknologi. Guru mata pelajaran umumnya memberikan tugas kelompok untuk dipresentasikan oleh siswa-siswi. Kendala utama yang dihadapi adalah siswa-siswi kurang mampu membuat dan menyampaikan konten presentasi. Karena itu, perlu adanya pemberian wawasan terkait kemampuan presentasi dan pemanfaatan teknologi untuk melakukan presentasi. Kegiatan dimulai dengan menyusun modul pelatihan mengenai penggunaan Explaindio Video Creator untuk mengembangkan explainer video. Pelatihan diberikan dalam bentuk tutorial dan workshop, sehingga siswa-siswi bisa mempraktikkan secara langsung materi yang dibahas. Sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan, dilakukan pre-test dan post-test untuk menguji pemahaman siswa-siswi terkait presentasi dengan menggunakan explainer video. Hasilnya ditemukan bahwa rata-rata peserta sebelum mengikuti pelatihan ini belum memahami tentang teknik presentasi serta belum mengetahui tentang bantuan presentasi dengan menggunakan explainer video. Setelah mengikuti pelatihan, rata-rata peserta sudah dapat memahami tentang teknik presentasi serta sudah mengetahui tentang bantuan presentasi dengan menggunakan explainer video dan sudah dapat membuatnya.

This study aims to analyze the convergence of media in marketing the local industrial handicraft products of the community. This research approach is descriptive qualitative, with data collection methods, namely by means of observation and interviews and literature review. The results of this study reveal that Nagari Pariangan is an area with tourism potential that has become the spotlight of the world, there is a need for a media that helps the community in introducing local Nagari products in order to increase local community income. The main key to convergence is digitization, Nagari Pariangan does not yet have digital media as a forum for supporting community industrial output. Based on the 3C technology dimension (Communication, Compute and Contents), which consists of the IT Industry, Telcom Infrastructure Provides, and the Content Industry. Nagari Pariangan is considered capable of building a digitalized medium, in order to be able to make the economy of the people in areas that have tourism potential much better.

Abstrak: Nagari Pariangan sebagai desa wisata terindah dunia memiliki wadah untuk membantu perekonomian masyarakat, menambah pendapatan asli daerah (PAD). Hasil Industri lokal yang selama ini dimiliki oleh masyarakat bisa menjadi oleh-oleh bagi wisatawan yang berkunjung. Namun, pada kenyataanya Nagari pariangan belum memiliki media dalam mempromosikannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis konvergensi media dalam memasarkan produk kerajinan industri lokal masyarakat. Metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif, dengan metode pengumpulan data yaitu dengan cara observasi dan wawancara serta kajian literatur. Hasil dari penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa Nagari Pariangan merupakan daerah dengan potensi wisata yang sudah menjadi sorotan dunia, dan perlu adanya sebuah media yang membantu masyarakat dalam memperkenal produk lokal nagari agar bisa menambah pendapatan masyarakat setempat. Kunci utama konvergensi adalah digitalisasi, Nagari Pariangan belum memiliki media digital sebagai wadah dalam mendukung hasil industri masyarakat. Berdasarkan dimensi teknologi 3C (Communication, Compute and Contents), yang terdiri dari IT Industry, Telcom Infrastructure Provides, serta Content Industry. Padahal setiap desa membutuhkan teknologi informasi terutama sistem informasi untuk membantu kinerja pemerintah desa dalam memberikan layanan kepada masyarakat serta memudahkan dalam pengelolaan data dan informasi. Sistem informasi ini akan memberikan informasi lengkap dan dan memudahkan penyebarluasan informasi pada era digital dengan pemanfaatan Internet. Desa Banyuasin belum mempunyai sistem informasi desa dalam pengelolaan data dan informasi serta untuk menyampaikan informasi ke masyarakat. Metode pengabdian ini adalah pendidikan masyarakat dengan melakukan diskusi, wawancara, sosialisasi dan pelatihan untuk sistem yang telah dibangun agar dapat digunakan oleh desa Banyuasin. Sistem informasi desa yang di bangun memberikan manfaat di bidang teknologi informasi dan membuat Desa Banyuasin menjadi desa yang berbasis Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi berbasis aplikasi mobile.

The implementation method starts in a structured manner starting from the initial discussion about blended learning, taking the results of the initial questionnaire, then giving independent tasks to the teachers. This community service was attended by 12 teachers at SMA Katolik 1 Kabanjahe, Kab. Karo. North Sumatra. The important conclusion of this community service is the awareness and ability of educators in using information technology, especially blended learning can increase motivation to educators to provide maximum learning to learners.

Abstrak: Teknologi informasi dengan menggunakan internet dapat menguntungkan para pendidik dalam memberikan informasi kepada peserta didik. Pengetahuan tentang teknologi informasi mempunyai potensi yang sangat tinggi. Tujuan dari penulisan: (1) memperluas wawasan, pengetahuan dan pengalaman secara langsung tentang model pembelajaran blended learning untuk guru guru khususnya Guru SMA Katolik 1 Kabanjahe; (2) Guru–guru dapat menggunakan teknologi pembelajaran elearning moodle. Teknik yang direncanakan untuk membentuk motivasi dan partisipasi tenaga pendidik mulai dari keuntungan blended learning, dan pengaplikasian blended learning sehingga tenaga pendidik dalam langsung mengimplementasikannya di dalam kelas. Metode pelaksanaan dimulai secara terstruktur mulai dari diskusi awal tentang blended learning, mengambil hasil kuesioner awal, selanjutnya memberikan tugas mandiri kepada guru–guru. Pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini diikuti oleh 12 guru di SMA Katolik 1 Kabanjahe, kab. Karo. Sumatera Utara. Kesimpulan penting dari pengabdian ini adalah adanya kesadaran dan kemampuan pendidik dalam menggunakan teknologi informasi khususnya blended learning dapat meningkatkan motivasi kepada tenaga pendidik untuk memberikan pembelajaran yang maksimal kepada peserta didik.

Karena media sosial dapat dijadikan suatu media promosi, melihat perkembangan pasar, memberikan pengalaman bagi konsumen dan sebagai media sosial kompetitor. Hal ini dari Tim Pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) STMIK Royal Kisaran memberikan pelatihan kepada guru dan staf tersebut sebagai penambahan pendalaman materi microsoft powerpoint agar memberikan skill pada aplikasi ini. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan mempersiapkan materi, memastikan tempat dan fasilitas pendukung, menjelaskan teori tentang materi dengan cara praktek langsung, pembuatan media pembelajaran siswa dan juga kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk ceramah, diskusi serta tanya jawab di ruangan kelas.
