DESIGNING UI/UX OF DOCTOR'S CONSULTATION APPLICATION USING DESIGN THINKING METHOD

One method used for the UI and UX design process is design thinking. The average user of the application is 18-35 years old. The user interface provided in this application is not yet user friendly, especially for the elderly. Seluruh informasi dapat diakses dengan mudah menggunakan perkembangan berbagai macam teknologi saat ini. Proses mencari berbagai informasi di internet sudah menjadi kebiasaan masyarakat saat ini. Salah satu informasi yang sering dicari oleh masyarakat yaitu tentang kesehatan. Beberapa aplikasi layanan konsultasi kesehatan online yang tersedia memberikan manfaat yang cukup besar bagi seluruh pengguna. Salah satu metode yang digunakan untuk proses desain UI dan UX adalah design thinking. Pengguna aplikasi tersebut rata-rata berusia 18-35 tahun. Tampilan user interface yang disediakan pada aplikasi tersebut belum bersifat user friendly, terutama bagi kalanagn lansia. IMPLEMENTING RESTFUL WEB SERVICE IN MENTOR SEARCH SYSTEM WITH AGILE SCRUM METHODOLOGY

In the development of this information system adopts by combining the architecture of the model view controller (MVC) and restful web service because development using the architecture is very easy, fast and can be developed into multi platforms. Then in the development of this system using the Agile Scrum Methodology approach which is able to complete system development very quickly and organized. Regular communication in this Scrum approach makes the team feel comfortable because each member knows each other's progress process and obstacles. So that the achievements of each target can always be controlled and completed. Orang tua yang memiliki kehidupan yang sangat sibuk dan materi sekolah yang berkembang sangat pesat membuat orang tua kurang bisa membantu anaknya belajar di rumah sehingga orang tua membutuhkan solusi berupa sistem informasi untuk memudahkan pencarian tutor. Dalam perkembangannya sistem informasi mengadopsi dengan menggabungkan arsitektur model view controller (MVC) dan restful web service karena pengembangan menggunakan arsitektur tersebut sangat mudah, cepat dan dapat dikembangkan menjadi multi platform. Kemudian dalam pengembangan sistem ini menggunakan pendekatan Agile Scrum Methodology yang mampu menyelesaikan pengembangan sistem dengan sangat cepat dan terorganisir. Komunikasi yang teratur dalam pendekatan Scrum ini membuat tim merasa nyaman karena setiap anggota saling mengetahui proses kemajuan dan hambatan masing-masing. Sehingga capaian setiap target dapat selalu terkontrol dan selesai. UTILIZATION OF IOT TECHNOLOGY FOR TEMPERATURE MONITORING SYSTEM ON STMIK ROYAL COMPUTER LABORATORY

Abstract: Abstract : Air conditioner is an important component in a room nowadays. Due to its function as a regulator of air circulation in a room that was previously hot and stuffy, it becomes cool and comfortable. STMIK Royal Kisaran… saran which is one of the tertiary institutions in the field of computers which has lots of air conditioners in each room, both in the theory room and in the laboratory room. Where the control and monitoring is still done manually, namely through a switch or remote control . This becomes a problem that arises when there is negligence in extinguishing it or in the ignition process. So we need a system that can turn on the air conditioner in every theoretical room or laboratory room remotely. So that the work feels lighter and more effective. In designing this control system, a NodeMCU ESP8266 module is used, which acts as the brain of the remote control system and with a DHT11 temperature sensor that can monitor room temperature. The IR Transmitter sensor acts as a connecting medium between the NodeMCU ESP8266 module and the Air Conditioner engine to regulate the temperature. So that in this way, this control system can make it easier for officers to control the Air Conditioner in the STMIK Royal campus room.   Keywords : air conditioners; dht11; internet of things; nodeMCU esp8266.   Abstrak: Air conditioner merupakan sebuah komponen penting pada suatu ruang di jaman sekarang ini. Dikarenakan fungsinya sebagai pengatur sirkulasi udara di dalam ruangan yang sebelumnya panas dan pengap menjadi sejuk dan nyaman. STMIK Royal Kisaran yang merupakan salah satu perguruan tinggi dibidang komputer yang memiliki banyak sekali air conditioner di setiap ruangannya, baik pada ruang teori serta diruang laboratorium. Di mana pada pengontrolan dan pemantauannya masih secara manual, yaitu melalui sakelar atau remot kontrol. Hal ini menjadi satu persoalan yang timbul ketika terjadi kelalaian dalam memadamkannya ataupun dalam proses penyalaannya. Sehingga dibutuhkan sebuah sistem yang dapat menyalakan air conditioner di setiap ruang teori maupun ruang laboratorium dengan jarak jauh. Sehingga pekerjaan tersebut teras lebih ringan dan efektif. Dalam perancangan sistem kendali ini digunakan sebuah modul NodeMCU ESP8266, yang berperan sebagai otak dari sistem pengendalian secara jarak jauh dan dengan sensor suhu DHT11 yang dapat memantau temperatur suhu ruangan. Sensor IR Transmitter sebagai media penghubung antara modul NodeMCU ESP8266 ke mesin Air Conditioner untuk mengatur temperatur suhu. Sehingga dengan demikian, sistem kendali ini dapat mempermudah petugas dalam mengontrol Air Conditioner di ruangan kampus STMIK Royal.   Kata kunci : air conditioner; dht11; internet of things; nodeMCU esp8266. 

UTILIZATION OF RADIO FREQUENCY IDENTIFICATION FOR AIR CONDITIONING MONITORING SYSTEM

Abstract: Abstract: Comfortable room conditions are one of the factors that can affect the success of a job and the learning process. to keep the room comfortable, the temperature in the room must be cool. Maintaining the health of… f an Air Conditioner (AC) is needed for the coolness of a room. Many air conditioners in the office and educational environment make air conditioning health checks quite time and effort-consuming. To save time and effort in checking the health condition of air conditioners, then designed a device that can check the health of air conditioners by utilizing UHF RFID to identify each air conditioner. This device is divided into 2 parts, the first is an AC condition sending device that detects room temperature and current in the AC. Second, the receiver of the AC condition functions to find out the AC condition and sends the AC condition to mobile device. This experiment was carried out on 3 AC units. Each air conditioner is in a different room with a type of dividing wall made of glass and gypsum. The test results of this device are in a room with a length of 10 meters, the device can detect AC conditions. The air conditioner is in a different room with glass and gypsum walls, the device can still read the condition of the air conditioner.             Keywords: AC condition detection; Air Conditioner Health; UHF RFID,                                         Abstrak: Kondisi ruangan yang nyaman merupakan salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi keberhasilan suatu pekerjaan dan proses pembelajaran. Untuk membuat ruangan tetap nyaman, suhu di dalamnya harus sejuk. Menjaga kesehatan Air Conditioner (AC) sangat dibutuhkan untuk kesejukan sebuah ruangan. Banyaknya AC di lingkungan kantor dan pendidikan membuat pemeriksaan kesehatan AC cukup banyak memakan waktu dan tenaga. Untuk menghemat waktu dan tenaga dalam melakukan pemeriksaan kondisi kesehatan AC, maka dirancang sebuah alat yang dapat melakukan pemeriksaan kesehatan AC dengan memanfaatkan UHF RFID untuk mengidentifikasi masing-masing AC. Alat ini terbagi menjadi 2 bagian, yang pertama adalah alat pengirim kondisi AC yang mendeteksi suhu ruangan dan arus dalam AC. Kedua, penerima kondisi AC yang berfungsi untuk mengetahui kondisi AC dan mengirimkan kondisi AC tersebut ke perangkat seluler admin. Percobaan ini dilakukan pada 3 buah AC. Setiap AC berada di ruangan yang berbeda dengan tipe dinding pemisah yang terbuat dari kaca dan gipsum. Hasil pengujian perangkat ini berada di dalam ruangan dengan panjang 10 meter, perangkat dapat mendeteksi kondisi AC. Pada AC yang berada di ruangan yang berbeda dengan kaca dan dinding gipsum, perangkat tetap dapat membaca kondisi AC tersebut.   Kata kunci: deteksi kondisi AC; Kesehatan Air Conditioner; UHF RFID

By implementing Smart Home devices in homes or offices, electrical devices will be able to work automatically according to user needs. Users can also monitor and control electrical devices in the house remotely through a communication channel such as through the internet network, Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. Salah satu penelitian yang sedang dikembangkan adalah tentang Smart Home. Smart Home memiliki beberapa keunggulan seperti memberikan kenyamanan yang lebih baik, keamanan dan keselamatan yang lebih terjamin, serta penghematan penggunaan listrik. Dengan mengimplementasikan perangkat Smart Home di rumah atau kantor, perangkat listrik akan dapat bekerja secara otomatis sesuai kebutuhan pengguna. Pengguna juga dapat memantau dan mengontrol perangkat listrik di rumah dari jarak jauh melalui saluran komunikasi seperti melalui jaringan internet, Wi-Fi atau bluetooth. Effectiveness of Room Boy's performance in Optimizing Room Service Quality at Artotel Hotel Semarang

Abstract: This study is intended to analyze the effectiveness of managing room boy works directly on optimizing the quality of room service in Artotel Hotel Semarang. In the hotel industry, quality room service is characterized as… s one of the critical factors that has an impact on the level of guest satisfaction and customer loyalty. The room boys are an integral part of the hotel operations and are responsible for ensuring rooms are clean, tidy, and ready so that guests always feel comfortable and accommodated in a beautiful environment. This study employs the qualitative approach of research types using data collection techniques through direct observation, in-depth interviews with room boys and hotel management as well as guest satisfaction surveys. The findings indicate that the good work performance of the room boy has a great influence on providing high-quality robust service. It was concluded that trained room boys have high motivation and when they are provided with proper tools and materials good room service is possible. In this case, the room boy's performance can be enhanced by hotel management to ensure that they provide frequent training, and work facilities as well as proper and fair assessment and appreciation to the subordinates. It is the finding of this research that room boy work optimization can be done through training, management, and productivity-oriented assessments.

Increase in staff turnover is correlated with the appearance of opportunities that have resulted from the tourism recovery programme that the Indonesian government has implemented as a response to the Covid-19 outbreak, as was stated before. The research aims to investigate the employees' perception of the workplace climate at Kokoon Hotel Banyuwangi and determine the extent to which the work environment impacts their intention to continue working at the hotel. The qualitative method offers an opportunity for an in-depth exploration of Kokoon Hotel Banyuwangi's Efforts in Retaining Employees. This research found that skill development, career advancement, pay, work culture, benefits, and outstanding relationships affect employee satisfaction at Kokoon Hotel Banyuwangi. To retain staff, Kokoon Hotel Banyuwangi offers cross-training programmes, fair promotion processes, and a comfortable work culture for employee development. Kokoon Hotel Banyuwangi employees depart for financial, professional, and outside experience reasons. Kokoon Hotel Banyuwangi has to strengthen work culture, interactions with supervisors, coworkers, and subordinates, and employee skill development.

The result of this research is that Order Taker helps improve the quality of Housekeeping services by receiving and processing guest requests in a timely and efficient manner. Handle guest complaints in a friendly and professional manner. Give me a polite and friendly service. Create a positive relationship with the guests. Using technology to be more efficient. Maintain the comfort and hygiene of the guest room. The obstacles faced are the Order Taker facing many challenges, including high work pressure, lack of technological support, incompatibility with Housekeeping staff, and lack of training and motivation. As for the strategy used to tackle this problem is to keep up with trends using technology, manage workloads, and improve communication. Team coordination, training, and incentives.

Analisis Kebutuhan Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Sex Education untuk Siswa Sekolah Dasar

The causal factors include: First, parents' lack of understanding regarding sex education and how to provide information about Sex Education. Second, parents still feel embarrassed and uncomfortable conveying sexual matters to their children. Third, parents have not found the right tools that can be used to help and make it easier for them to introduce this matter.

EVALUATION OF UMRAH SERVICE POLICY AT THE REGIONAL OFFICE OF THE MINISTRY OF RELIGIOUS AFFAIRS OF MALUKU PROVINCE

Abstract: This study evaluates the umrah service policy implemented by the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Maluku Province. The research was motivated by the need to ensure that umrah services provide protection,… ction, convenience, administrative certainty, and equitable access for prospective pilgrims in an archipelagic province. A qualitative descriptive approach was used. Data were collected through observation, document review, and in-depth interviews with officials and employees involved in umrah service management at the Regional Office during August-October 2023. The analysis applies six public-policy evaluation criteria: effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equity, responsiveness, and appropriateness. The findings show that the policy has generally met the six criteria. Effectiveness is reflected in administrative preparation, document control, security, and comfort before departure, during the stay in Saudi Arabia, and during return. Efficiency is shown through the use of available resources, a service process of approximately three to ten days, and continuous monitoring of travel providers. Adequacy is reflected in supervision of facilities, accommodation, safety standards, information, and complaint mechanisms. Equity is pursued through equal access, affordable costs, gender sensitivity, and protection of pilgrims. Responsiveness appears in rapid responses to complaints, emergency coordination, and service improvement based on feedback. Appropriateness is demonstrated through compliance with Islamic values, business ethics, regulations, and Saudi Arabian procedures. The study implies that digital registration, transparent quota management, cost audits, emergency response teams, and certified service personnel are needed to strengthen umrah service governance.
