isions for decision-making problems.This study aims to develop a system that can select the best laptop from several alternatives. There are 5 parameters used in determining the priority of alternative laptops. They are hard disk drive, RAM, processor, operating system and price.The alternative of the decision making system also consists of 5 alternatives.The method used in the MultiAttribute Decision Making (MADM) research is a combination of 2 methods. These methods are SAW and TOPSIS methods.The SAW method is used to optimize the parameter weighting process and the specific TOPSIS method to complete the alternative ranking process.This hybrid method can produce a more precise MADM process because it uses two methods, each of which has characteristics in accordance with the process specifications.

Abstrak: Spesifikasi dan variasi harga yang beragam dari sebuah laptop membuat calon pembeli menjadi kebingungan dan ragu dalam memutuskan jenis atau tipe laptop mana yang akan dibeli. Teknologi informasi beserta dengan perkembangan teknologinya dapat menghasilkan suatu system untuk membantu memberikan alternative keputusan untuk suatu permasalahan pengambilan keputusan. Pengembangan sistem yang dapat memilih laptop yang tepat dari beberapa alternatif yang ditawarkan merupakan tujuan dari penelitian ini. Ada 5 parameter yang digunakan dalam menentukan prioritas alternatif laptop, yaitu hard disk drive, RAM, prosesor, sistem operasi dan harga. Laptop yang ditawarkan sebagai alternatif juga sebanyak 5 jenis. Metode yang digunakan padaMulti Attribute Decision Making (MADM) adalah kombinasi dari 2 metode, yaitu metode SAW dan TOPSIS. Metode SAW digunakan untuk mengoptimalkan proses pembobotan parameter dan metode TOPSIS spesifik untuk menyelesaikan proses perangkingan alternatif. Metode hybrid ini dapat menghasilkan suatu proses MADM yang lebih tepat karena menggunakan dua metode yang masing-masing mempunyai karakteristik sesuai dengan proses yang dilakukannya.

Abstrak: Peranan teknologi informasi dalam kehidupan sehari-hari sangatlah penting karena perkembangan teknologi sudah semakin pesat. Penggunaan teknologi informasi di perusahaan dan dunia bisnis sangat membatuh manusia dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan secara cepat dan tepat. Dunia Institusi pendidikanpun saat ini sedang menerapkan teknologi informasi sebagai sarana untuk mendukung proses pekerjaan tenaga administrasi untuk menyelesaian aktivitas dengan cepat dan terkomputerisasi. Dengan adanya sistem yang terkomputerisasi maka dapat memberikan pelayanan yang baik dan efesien khususnya untuk pihak sekolah. SMK Swasta Taman Siswa Kisaran adalah suatu lembaga pendidikan yang memiliki peran membantu mencerdaskan anak bangsa, masih memanfaatkan teknologi komputer secara sederhana seperti penggunaan aplikasi Microsoft word dan excel untuk pengolahan data-data ketika penerimaan siswa baru berlangsung hanya dengan menggunakan sistem manual, sehingga efesiensi kerja dalam pengolahan data penerimaan siswa baru belum didapatkan oleh instansi pendidikan ini, sistem informasi diharapkan mampu meningkatkan pelyanan publik dan efesiensi kerja terutama dalam pengolahan data penerimaan siswa baru dalam membuat laporan yang lebih efesien dan akurat pada SMK Swasta Taman Siswa Kisaran.

The research method used was qualitative with a literature study approach. The data obtained was analyzed thematically to identify patterns and impacts of the application of EQ and SQ in the context of digital education. The research results show that EQ and SQ-based education plays an important role in forming strong and adaptive student characters in the digital era. The integration of EQ helps students manage emotions, increase empathy, and build positive social relationships, while SQ strengthens spiritual values that encourage the formation of responsible and ethical attitudes. This combination not only helps students deal with digital distractions, but also improves collaboration and creativity skills. This study explores the implementation of labor law in the context of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, analyzing the challenges faced by both employers and employees in adapting to these new technological advancements. Using a qualitative methodology, this research employs a juridical review of existing labor laws, supported by an in-depth case study examining how these laws are applied in technology-driven industries. The findings indicate that labor laws often lag behind the technological advances, leading to gaps in legal protections for workers and ambiguities in employer obligations. The case study highlights specific instances where current labor regulations fail to address issues related to remote work, job displacement due to automation, and workers' rights in the gig economy. Solutions are proposed to modernize labor laws, ensuring they are adaptable to future technological developments while safeguarding workers' rights. The study concludes that there is an urgent need for legal reforms to balance innovation with fair labor practices in the era of Industry 4.0.

This study conducts a bibliometric analysis of 489 Scopus-indexed articles published between 1977 and 2025 to examine publication trends, key contributors, and thematic structures. Results indicate that the United States (32.5%), United Kingdom (15.8%), Germany (9.6%), and Canada (7.3%) are the leading contributors, with emerging research from Slovenia (2.1%) and Uruguay (1.7%). Institutional collaborations highlight strong interdisciplinary ties, particularly between the Center for Addictive Disorders and the Faculty of Medicine and Health. Co-authorship analysis identifies Nikos Ntoumanis (98 publications) and Jennifer Cumming (76 publications) as pivotal researchers, while citation network analysis highlights influential clusters led by Joan L. Duda (4,532 citations) and Andreas Ivarsson (3,215 citations). Bradford’s Law identifies Psychology of Sport and Exercise and Journal of Applied Sport Psychology as core journals. It is hoped that the study can learn how English education students feel using small talk, whether it is having a good effect on their performance or whether it is adversely affecting their performance in college. The results of correlation analysis show patterns of relationships between different variables.
