limited competence of teachers to conduct creative and innovative learning. Training is one solution to improve teachers’ pedagogical competence in implementing learning. Innovative and Creative-Based Training is training to develop teacher pedagogical competence in learning English through technology integration in the classroom. The training is attended by English teachers online. The training presents some materials on social media and technology for teaching English. The training participants reported that their knowledge of how to teach creatively and innovatively through integrating technology in the classroom improved after attending this training. This report is obtained from analyzing the questionnaire results after the training activities.

Abstrak: Peningkatan kompetensi guru Bahasa Inggris menjadi suatu kebutuhan dalam upaya menjadikan pembelajaran bahasa Inggris yang lebih berkualitas. Perkembangan teknologi dan tuntutan jaman meninggalkan beberapa masalah, salah satunya adalah keterbatasan kompetensi guru untuk melaksanakan pembelajaran yang kreatif dan inovatif. Pelatihan menjadi salah satu solusi meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran. Innovative and Creative Based Training merupakan pelatihan pengembangan kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam pembelajaran bahasa Inggris melalui integrasi teknologi di kelas. Pelatihan diikuti oleh guru bahasa Inggris SMP dan SMA sederajat di Kabupaten Purbalingga. Kegiatan pelatihan di-lakukan secara daring atau online. Pelatihan menyajikan materi tentang penggunaan media sosial dan teknologi untuk pengajaran Bahasa Inggris. Peserta pelatihan menyampaikan bahwa setelah mengikuti pelatiahn ini pengetahuan mereka terkait bagaimana mengajar yang kreatif dan inovatif melalui integrasi teknologi di kelas. Hal ini diperoleh dari analisis hasil angket yang diberikan setelah kegiatan pelatihan.

Abstrak: Fiber Optik merupakan teknologi dari media transmisi yang sedang berkembang dan banyak digunakan untuk menghubungkan jaringan komputer. Selain itu, Informasi perkembangan teknologi dalam pengenalan fiber optik dilaksanakan tim dosen dan turut serta membawa mahasiswa guna memberikan edukasi teknologi kepada masyarakat. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi kepada siswa siswi SMK Triyadikayasa Aek Songsongan, memberikan edukasi perkembangan teknologi dalam dunia pendidikan. Metode observasi langsung ke SMK Triyadikayasa Aek Songsongan dengan melihat serta menganalisa dan memperkenalkan teknologi fiber optik serta bagaimana cara pemasangan dan pengaplikasiannya. Hasil akhir dari pengabdian ini adalah bagaimana siswa siswi SMK Swasta Triyadikayasa Aek Songsongan bisa memahami dan memasang serta membangun dan menerapkan teknologi fiber optik yang pertumbuhannya semakin pesat dan berkembang.

Abstrak: Teknologi sangat berperan penting dalam berbagai sektor kehidupan termasuk dalam mencari penghasilan. Selanjutnya diberikan penyampaian materi tentang pemahaman media social dan internet. Metode selanjutnya di lakukan pelaksaan prakterk untuk mengimplemantasikannya. Hal ini akan memberikan pemanfaatand dalam pemahaman media social dan internet untuk usaha bisnis, baik usaha yang didirikan secara individual maupun kelompok. Karena media sosial dapat dijadikan suatu media promosi, melihat perkembangan pasar, memberikan pengalaman bagi konsumen dan sebagai media sosial kompetitor. Hasil yang didapat dari pengabdian ini, masyarakat/ibu-ibu tiban kampung mempunyai sarana usaha yaitu menggunakan media sosial facebook. Abstrak: Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini dilakukan di tahun 2017 periode ke 2 di SMP Swasta Taman Siswa Kisaran, dengan tema “Membangun Database Menggunakan Microsoft Access 2007â€. Mengingat perkembangan teknologi begitu sangat cepat, maka pengetahuan tentang database dan bagaimana cara membangunnya sudah sewajarnya guru-guru mengetahuinya dan mampu membuatnya, khususnya di SMP Swasta Taman Siswa Kisaran. Kegiatan ini bertujuan, selain kepentingan dosen dengan urusan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi, namun juga membekali guru-guru dan siswa tentang pengetahuan dan teknik membangun database. Software yang digunakan adalah Microsoft Access 2007. Manfaat yang dapat diambil setelah kegiatan ini dilakukan adalah, selain dari kebutuhan dosen untuk mendapat jabatan fungsional, untuk guru dan siswa tentunya dapat membangun database yang berhubungan dengan pekerjaan mereka, contohnya database untuk data guru dan data siswa di sekolah tersebut. Kegiatan ini hanya sebatas pengetahuan tentang database dan bagaimana cara/langkah/teknik pembuatannya saja. Untuk rancangan aplikasi sebagai jembatan input, proses, dan output data, maka perlu dilakukan pengabdian selanjutnya dikemudian hari.

In order for the training not to start from the ground up, the training participants were taken from the main works of private vocational schools, majoring in computers, class XI of the Department of Software Engineering (RPL), with a total number of participants of 53 people. The implementation of a two-day workshop found results, on the first day with the theme of training on IOT-based automatic switch hardware design, it was found that 46 students managed to assemble automatic hardware switches, and 7 students failed to assemble the hardware automatically perfectly. On the second day, 53 students succeeded in making an automatic software switch on Android, and during the trial, all students also managed to do it. From the two days of the workshop activities, and seen from the students' activeness and curiosity about the development of Android and the controller, many students still want to know, other developments from Android besides being used as automatic switches are based on IoT. Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi saat ini sudah tidak asing dikalangan pelajar, hampir semua pelajar kini memiliki android yang difungsikan untuk berbagi informasi serta difungsikan untuk membantu kegiatan sehari hari. Berdasarkan kegunaan android yang hanya difungsikan untuk berbagi informasi atau sebagai alat komunikasi, maka tim pengabdian membuat pelatihan atau workshop yang nantinya bertujuan untuk menumbuh kembangkan minat siswa siswi dalam mengulas atau mengembangkan teknologi dibidang android dibidang controller. Agar pelatihan tidak dimulai dari dasar, maka peserta pelatihan diambil dari SMK Swasta karya utama, jurusan komputer, kelas XI Jurusan Rekayasa Perangkat Lunak (RPL), dengan total peserta 53 orang. Terselenggaranya workshop selama dua hari,mendapati hasil, pada hari pertama dengan tema pelatihan perancangan hardware switch otomatis berbasis iot, didapati 46 siswa berhasil merangkai hardwarei switch otomatis, dan 7 siswa tidak berhasil merangkai hardware otomatis secara sempurna. Dihari kedua, 53 siswa berhasil membuat software switch otomatis di android, dan pada saat uji coba, seluruh siswa juga berhasil melakukannya. Dari dua hari kegiatan workshop yang dilakukan,dan dilihat dari keaktifan dan rasa ingin tahu siswa tentang pengembangan dari android dan controller, banyak siswa yang masih ingin tahu, pengembangan lain dari android selain digunakan sebagai switch otomatis berbasis iot.
