These factors directly influence team capability as a mediating variable, which in turn affects employee performance as the dependent variable. The research was conducted through a survey of 146 respondents from the Digital Business and Technology Division of PT Telkom Indonesia. The findings are expected to provide strategic insights for optimizing the use of project management tools to enhance employee performance, ensuring that their implementation aligns with team characteristics, organizational culture, and technical readiness.

novative approach that can change these dynamics through fun and interactive game elements. This study aims to explore the subjective experiences of students at the Susha Siak Islamic College (STAI) in using Gimkit as a game-based English learning medium. The approach used is interpretive phenomenology based on Heidegger's thinking, which focuses on the meaning of participants' life experiences. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and reflective journals from seven students who actively used Gimkit in their English classes. Data analysis followed Colaizzi's (1978) steps to identify essential themes from the participants' experiences.
The results of the study show three main themes: (1) fun and challenging learning, (2) a more lively and competitive classroom atmosphere, and (3) increased cohesiveness and solidarity among students. The learning experience through Gimkit brings out strong intrinsic motivation, self-confidence, and positive emotional involvement. This study concludes that GBL through Gimkit not only improves the effectiveness of English language learning, but also strengthens the values of togetherness and collaboration in the context of Islamic higher education.

egeri 3 Tapanuli Selatan. The study employed a Research and Development (R&D) design using the 4-D model, which consists of four stages: defining, designing, developing, and disseminating. The research subjects were 36 seventh-grade students in the second semester of the 2022/2023 academic year. The instruments used included expert validation sheets, teacher and student practicality questionnaires, classroom observation sheets, and mathematical problem-solving tests. The results revealed that the developed learning device achieved an average expert validation score of 4.25 in the very valid category in terms of content, language, and presentation. The practicality test showed that the teacher’s response reached 89% and the students’ response reached 91%, categorized as very practical, indicating that the device was easy to use and engaging for students. The effectiveness test showed an average N-Gain score of 0.52 (moderate category) with 86.11% of students achieving mastery learning, signifying that the learning device was effective in enhancing students’ mathematical problem-solving abilities.
The integration of the realistic mathematics approach with local cultural elements (ethnomathematics) successfully created meaningful and contextual learning experiences while fostering students’ appreciation for their cultural heritage. Therefore, the developed learning device is feasible to be implemented as an innovative mathematics learning medium based on cultural contexts in junior high schools and madrasah.

and ancillary factors on visitor perceptions. Data were collected in February 2025 through questionnaires distributed to 100 visitors. The research instruments were tested for validity and reliability, and classical assumption tests were performed to ensure the appropriateness of multiple linear regression analysis. The results revealed that visitors rated the clarity of registration information and memorable experiences the highest. Regression analysis showed that attraction significantly negatively affected visitor perception, while accessibility, amenity, and ancillary factors had significant positive effects. This indicated that enhancing accessibility, amenity, and ancillary improved visitor satisfaction, whereas increasing attraction elements unexpectedly lowered visitor perception. In conclusion, effective management of attraction, accessibility, amenity, and ancillary was essential to foster positive visitor perceptions and enhance the competitiveness of Milkindo Agrotourism as a leading educational tourism destination. The study recommended continuous innovation and improvement to support sustainable development in education-based agrotourism.

Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that the structure of transitive and intransitive verbs is different in the Lani Language and Indonesian. Decision Number 102/Pid.Sus/2019/PN.Tbk stated that the means of transporting the MT Yosoa ship were confiscated for the state and in Decision Number 27/Pdt.G/2019/PN.Tbk, the judge ruled that the Tanjung Balai Karimun District Prosecutor's Office Cq. Public Prosecutor had committed an unlawful act. The purpose of the research is to analyze the judge's consideration of the lawsuit for unlawful acts, and the extent of Decision Number 27/PDT. G/2019/PN. Tbk influences the legal interpretation of unlawful acts, as well as the ownership status of MT YOSOA ships that have been decided to be confiscated by the state. This research is a normative juridical research. Data is collected and then analyzed qualitatively. The results of the research show that the judge's decision has weaknesses in legal considerations which results in legal uncertainty and injustice for the parties. In addition, there are inconsistencies in assessing the evidence of ship ownership and elements of unlawful acts, this decision also shows weaknesses in determining liability, due to the lack of parties involved in the lawsuit. It is recommended that the judge be more careful in considering all aspects of the law and exploring the material truth thoroughly. All interested parties must be involved in the lawsuit so that accountability can be clearly established.

ctivity are crucial elements for the success and sustainability of organizations amidst intense business competition and dynamic changes in the work environment, including adaptation to work models such as Work From Home (WFH). This article uses a qualitative literature study method on articles/journals covering various key variables such as organizational/work culture, work environment, compensation, motivation, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, workload, work discipline, work stress, and work-life balance. The results of the analysis indicate a complex and interrelated relationship between these variables. It is consistently found that a positive organizational culture, intrinsic and extrinsic motivation, and organizational commitment have a significant influence on improving performance and productivity. A conducive work environment and job satisfaction often act as important mediators in this relationship. However, the influence of variables such as compensation, workload, and work discipline show varying results depending on the organizational context and individual characteristics. This study underlines the importance of a holistic and integrated human resource management approach to optimize employee performance and productivity. Practical implications and suggestions for further research are also discussed.
