in the subject of Economics, workforce material, class XI IPS, SMA Negeri 10 Medan. This study uses a quantitative approach with a comparative causal research type. The population in this study were 100 students of class XI IPS F3, F4, F5 SMA Negeri 10 Medan, with a sample of 64 students taken using a simple random sampling technique. Data collection techniques used questionnaires for the variables of smartphone use and learning motivation, as well as tests to measure learning outcomes. Data analysis was carried out through descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing using simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results showed that smartphone use had a significant effect on student learning motivation with a significance value of 0.025 <0.05 and t count of 2.291, so that H₀ was rejected and Hₐ was accepted. The use of smartphones also has a significant effect on student learning outcomes with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a regression equation of Y = 78.289 + 0.061X. In addition, the MANOVA test results show a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, which means that the use of smartphones simultaneously has a significant effect on learning motivation and learning outcomes of class XI IPS students of SMA Negeri 10 Medan.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan smartphone terhadap motivasi belajar, pengaruh penggunaan smartphone terhadap hasil belajar, dan pengaruh penggunaan smartphone terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Ekonomi, materi ketenaga kerja, kelas XI IPS, SMA Negeri 10 Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan tipe penelitian kausal komparatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 siswa kelas XI IPS F3, F4, F5 SMA Negeri 10 Medan, dengan sampel sebanyak 64 siswa yang diambil menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner untuk variabel penggunaan smartphone dan motivasi belajar, serta tes untuk mengukur hasil belajar. Analisis data dilakukan melalui analisis statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan smartphone berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa dengan nilai signifikansi 0,025 < 0,05 dan t hitung 2,291, sehingga H₀ ditolak dan Hₐ diterima. Penggunaan smartphone juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 dan persamaan regresi Y = 78,289 + 0,061X. Selain itu, hasil uji MANOVA menunjukkan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, yang berarti penggunaan smartphone secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 10 Medan.

The implementation of these military regulations aims to ensure the supremacy of civilian authority within a democratic system, while maintaining the discipline and professionalism of the TNI as an instrument of national defense.

Abstrak: Undang-Undang (UU) Militer di Indonesia yang utama saat ini diatur dalam UU No.3 Tahun 2025 (menggantikan UU 34/2004) tentang Tentara Nasional Indonesia (TNI), yang mengatur tugas, fungsi, dan usia pensiun prajurit. Selain itu UU No.25 Tahun 2014 mengatur hukum disiplin militer, serta UU No. 31 Tahun 1997 mengatur peradilan militer. Peradilan militer merupakan institusi yang melaksanakan kewenangan kehakiman di lingkungan angkatan bersenjata guna menegakkan hukum dan mewujudkan keadilan, dengan tetap mempertimbangkan kepentingan pertahanan serta keamanan negara. Dalam pelaksanaannya, peradilan militer mencakup beberapa badan peradilan yang memiliki fungsi kehakiman, yaitu Pengadilan Militer, Pengadilan Militer Tinggi, Pengadilan Militer Utama, dan Pengadilan Militer Pertempuran. Implementasi peraturan Militer ini untuk memastikan supremasi sipil dalam demokrasi, sekaligus mempertahankan kedisiplinan dan profesionalisme TNI sebagai alat pertahanan negara.

The results reveal that social media contributes positively to the realization of children's rights, particularly in facilitating access to information, education, and participation. However, it also presents serious risks, such as cyberbullying, online sexual exploitation, and misuse of children's personal data. Existing legal instruments, including Law Number 35 of 2014 on Child Protection, the Law on Electronic Information and Transactions, and the Law on Personal Data Protection, have not yet been fully effective in addressing these issues. Accordingly, it is necessary to reinforce regulatory frameworks and improve law enforcement to ensure the comprehensive protection of children's rights in the digital era.

Abstrak: Perkembangan media sosial yang kian pesat telah memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap kehidupan anak, baik dalam aspek pemenuhan maupun perlindungan hak-haknya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perlindungan hukum terhadap hak anak dalam penggunaan media sosial di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan perundang- undangan dan pendekatan konseptual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media sosial berperan penting dalam menunjang pemenuhan hak anak, terutama dalam hal akses informasi, pendidikan, serta partisipasi sosial. Namun demikian, penggunaan media sosial juga menimbulkan berbagai risiko, seperti perundungan siber (cyberbullying), eksploitasi seksual secara daring, dan penyalahgunaan data pribadi anak. Regulasi yang berlaku, seperti Undang-Undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2014 tentang Perlindungan Anak, Undang-Undang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik, serta Undang-Undang Nomor 27 Tahun 2022 tentang Perlindungan Data Pribadi, belum sepenuhnya mampu memberikan perlindungan yang optimal. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penguatan regulasi, optimalisasi penegakan hukum, serta keterlibatan aktif berbagai pihak guna menjamin perlindungan hak anak di era digital.

Researchers are interested in conducting a sociological legal research study with the title "Law Enforcement Against Drivers Who Convert Private Cars into Public Transportation on the Bengkalis-Pekanbaru Route". Abstrak: Secara yuridis, pengalihan fungsi mobil pribadi menjadi angkutan umum tanpa izin bertentangan dengan Pasal 173 ayat (1) Undang-Undang Nomor 22 Tahun 2009. Meskipun telah terdapat ketentuan hukum yang jelas, praktik pengoperasian angkutan umum tanpa izin tetap berlangsung pada trayek Bengkalis–Pekanbaru. Penertiban terhadap mobil pribadi yang dialihfungsikan menjadi angkutan umum belum memberikan efek jera. Dalam proses penegakan hukum mengenai izin usaha angkutan terhadap alih fungsi mobil pribadi menjadi angkutan umum masih lemah, hal ini lebih disebabkan pengawasan dan koordinasi di lapangan sangat memegang peranan yang cukup penting. Peneliti tertarik untuk melakukan kajian penelitian hukum sosiologis dengan judul “Penegakan Hukum Terhadap Pengendara Yang Mengalih Fungsikan Mobil Pribadi Menjadi Angkutan Umum Trayek Bengkalis-Pekanbaru”. Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pelaksaan penegakan hukum atas pelanggaran undang-undang lalu lintas angkutan jalan terhadap mobil angkutan umum dalam trayek, mendeskripsikan faktor penghambatnya penegakan hukum atas pelanggaran undang-undang lalu lintas angkutan jalan terhadap mobil angkutan umum dalam trayek dan untuk menganalisis upaya mengatasi hambatan pelaksanaan penegakan hukum atas pelanggaran undang-undang lalu lintas angkutan jalan terhadap mobil angkutan umum dalam trayek. Metode Penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum sosiologis. The results indicate that investor protection is based on the principles of legal certainty, transparency, and equal treatment (non-discrimination), reinforced by the principles of national treatment and most favored nation. These principles play a crucial role in creating a fair, transparent, and legally certain investment climate. Furthermore, preventive legal protection is realized through clear regulations, information transparency, disclosure obligations by issuers, and oversight by relevant institutions to prevent violations. Meanwhile, repressive legal protection is provided through law enforcement mechanisms, sanctions, and dispute resolution for violations such as market manipulation and fraud. The conclusion of this study indicates that the combination of preventive and repressive protection forms a complementary system in ensuring investor security and confidence, thereby fostering a stable and sustainable investment climate in Indonesia.

This study aims to systematically examine the implementation of OSH in hospitals in Padang City through a literature review. The method used was a search of scientific articles from various databases such as Google Scholar, PubMed, and ScienceDirect, with the inclusion criteria being articles published within the last five years and relevant to the topic of OSH. The study results indicate that OSH implementation in hospitals in Padang City has been ongoing but is not yet optimal, characterized by limitations in policies, human resources, compliance with standard operating procedures, and a lack of training and supervision. Furthermore, safety culture and management commitment also influence the success of OSH implementation. The study concludes that improving OSH implementation requires strengthening internal regulations, improving workforce competency, and a sustained commitment from hospital management to create a safe and healthy work environment.

Abstrak: Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja Rumah Sakit (K3RS) merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam menjamin keselamatan tenaga kesehatan, pasien, serta lingkungan kerja di rumah sakit. Implementasi K3RS menjadi perhatian khusus, terutama di rumah sakit di Kota Padang yang memiliki risiko kerja tinggi dan kompleks. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara sistematis implementasi K3RS di rumah sakit di Kota Padang melalui pendekatan literature review. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelusuran artikel ilmiah dari berbagai database seperti Google Scholar, PubMed, dan ScienceDirect dengan kriteria inklusi artikel yang diterbitkan dalam 5 tahun terakhir dan relevan dengan topik K3RS. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi K3RS di rumah sakit di Kota Padang telah berjalan namun belum optimal, ditandai dengan masih adanya keterbatasan dalam kebijakan, sumber daya manusia, kepatuhan terhadap standar operasional prosedur, serta kurangnya pelatihan dan pengawasan. Selain itu, faktor budaya keselamatan dan komitmen manajemen juga berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan implementasi K3RS. Kesimpulan dari studi ini adalah bahwa peningkatan implementasi K3RS memerlukan penguatan regulasi internal, peningkatan kompetensi tenaga kerja, serta komitmen berkelanjutan dari pihak manajemen rumah sakit guna menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang aman dan sehat.

’s critical discourse analysis model. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach using a documentary method to analyze the online news text. The analysis focuses on three main structures: macrostructure, superstructure, and microstructure. The results show that at the macro level, the news theme centers on a large-scale demonstration by online motorcycle taxi drivers as a form of protest against government policies and digital transportation apps. At the superstructure level, the news framing highlights social impacts such as traffic congestion and transportation disruptions as the primary focus, while substantive demands are placed at the end. At the microstructure level, the use of active sentences emphasizes the role of online motorcycle taxi drivers as social actors, whereas passive sentences tend to neutralize the role of authorities. Lexical choices such as “shutting down the app” function metaphorically as a symbol of digital resistance. Additionally, rhetorical elements such as bold and italicized text reinforce ideological emphasis. These findings confirm that media language plays a role in shaping public perception, thus the need to develop critical awareness of discourse structures in language education and media literacy.

This study aims to implement the International Data Encryption Algorithm (IDEA) symmetric cryptography algorithm to secure text data in .xls format files that are often used to store important and confidential documents. More specifically, this study was conducted to secure .xls file data using the IDEA algorithm and to design and develop a web-based data security application that utilizes the International Data Encryption Algorithm (IDEA) algorithm. The IDEA algorithm is implemented in a web application built using the PHP programming language, where the encryption process is carried out by converting text data from .xls files into ciphertext that cannot be read by humans or machines without the right key, while the decryption process is carried out to return the data to its original form. The results of the study show that the IDEA algorithm is able to encrypt and decrypt .xls files effectively and efficiently with a relatively fast processing time and a very high level of security against various attacks, including brute force attacks.

Abstrak: Keamanan data menjadi salah satu isu yang sangat krusial dan mendesak untuk diatasi, terutama dengan semakin meningkatnya berbagai jenis ancaman siber seperti serangan hacking, pencurian data, dan malware yang dapat menyebabkan kerugian material maupun non-material bagi individu maupun organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan algoritma kriptografi simetri International Data Encryption Algorithm (IDEA) guna mengamankan data teks pada file berformat .xls yang sering digunakan untuk menyimpan dokumen penting dan rahasia. Secara lebih spesifik, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengamankan data file .xls menggunakan algoritma IDEA dan merancang serta mengembangkan aplikasi pengamanan data berbasis web yang memanfaatkan algoritma International Data Encryption Algorithm (IDEA). Algoritma IDEA diimplementasikan pada aplikasi web yang dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, di mana proses enkripsi dilakukan dengan mengonversi data teks dari file .xls menjadi ciphertext yang tidak dapat dibaca oleh manusia maupun mesin tanpa kunci yang tepat, sedangkan proses dekripsi dilakukan untuk mengembalikan data ke bentuk aslinya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa algoritma IDEA mampu mengenkripsi dan mendekripsi file .xls secara efektif dan efisien dengan waktu proses yang relatif cepat serta tingkat keamanan yang sangat tinggi terhadap berbagai serangan, termasuk brute force attack.

The research approach used in this study was a quantitative method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 67 teachers at SMA Negeri Satu Tondano. The questionnaire, as a research instrument, measured teachers' perceptions of the principal's motivation and reward/punishment to improve their performance. This study used descriptive and inferential statistical methods to test the hypotheses, using data analysis tools such as multiple correlations.
The results of this study indicate that both the principal's leadership in motivating teachers in carrying out educational and teaching duties can improve teacher performance. The principal's provision of rewards and punishments to teachers can encourage them to achieve high performance. Providing motivation to the principal appropriately and fairly tends to improve teacher performance. The consistent and proportional application of punishment to teachers can help reduce negative behavior, increase compliance with educational and teaching duties, and encourage optimal teacher performance.

Adapun tujuan penelitan ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran kepala sekolah sebagai pemimpin dalam memotivasi guru sebagai motor pengenggerak dan pemberikan reward dan punishment dari pihak sekolah dapat meningkatkan kinerja para guru dalam melaksanakan tugan pendidika dan pengajaran di SMA Negeri Satu Kabupatenn Minahasa.
Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 67 Guru SMA Negeri Satu Tondano. Kuesioner sebagai instrument penelitian, mengukur persepsi guru terhadap pemberian motivasi kepala sekolah dan reward/punishment untuk meningkatka kinerja mereka. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode statistik deskriptif dan inferensial untuk menguji hipotesis dengan alat annalisis data menggunakan korelasi berganda.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa baik kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam memberikan mottivasi bagi para guru dalam pelaksanaan tugas pendidikan dan pengajaran dapat meningkatkan kinerja guru. Kepala Sekolah memberi reward maupun punishment bagi para guru dapat mendorang para guru memiliki kinerja yang tinggi. Pemberian motivasi kepala sekolah dengan tepat dan adil cenderung meningkatkan kinerja kerja guru yang positif. Penerapan punishment yang konsistensi secara proporsional kepada guru dapat membantu mengurangi perilaku negatif dan meningkatkan kepatuhan terhadap pelaksanaan tugas pendidikan dan pengajaran dan mendorong kinirja guru secara optimal.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of technology in strengthening literacy and numeracy as a human capital formation strategy from the elementary education level to promote long-term productivity gains. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study design conducted at SDN 3 Pasaman, focusing on fourth- and fifth-grade students. Data collection techniques include observations of technology-based learning, documentation of school programs, and analysis of students’ literacy and numeracy achievements as early indicators of human resource quality. The results indicate that the structured use of educational technology enhances the effectiveness of literacy and numeracy strengthening as foundational competencies for digital human resources. The improvement of these competencies has the potential to generate productivity gains through increased cognitive capacity, adaptability, and future workforce readiness. This study confirms that integrating technology with literacy and numeracy strengthening constitutes an economically relevant strategy for digital human resource development and the enhancement of national economic competitiveness.

Abstrak: Implementasi teknologi memiliki peran strategis dalam meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia sebagai fondasi utama produktivitas ekonomi jangka panjang. Dalam perspektif ekonomi sumber daya manusia, pendidikan dasar merupakan fase awal pembentukan human capital yang menentukan kapasitas produktif individu di masa depan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi teknologi dalam penguatan literasi dan numerasi sebagai strategi human capital formation sejak jenjang pendidikan dasar guna mendorong productivity gain jangka panjang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus di SDN 3 Pasaman yang berfokus pada siswa kelas IV dan V. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi pembelajaran berbasis teknologi, dokumentasi program sekolah, serta analisis capaian literasi dan numerasi siswa sebagai indikator awal kualitas sumber daya manusia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan teknologi pembelajaran secara terstruktur meningkatkan efektivitas penguatan literasi dan numerasi sebagai kompetensi dasar pembentuk sumber daya manusia digital. Peningkatan kompetensi tersebut berpotensi menghasilkan productivity gain melalui peningkatan kapasitas kognitif, adaptabilitas, dan kesiapan tenaga kerja di masa depan. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa integrasi teknologi dengan penguatan literasi dan numerasi merupakan strategi ekonomi yang relevan dalam pembangunan sumber daya manusia digital dan peningkatan daya saing ekonomi nasional.
