tary school level, which is a crucial phase in shaping children’s personalities. The implementation method employed a participatory approach by involving students, teachers, and parents in various Islamic competitions, such as the call to prayer (adhan), Qur’anic speech (syarhil Qur’an), Qur’anic recitation (tartil) and memorization (hifdzul Qur’an), calligraphy decoration, and Islamic quiz competitions. These activities were designed not only as competitive events but also as educational media for the internalization of Islamic values such as discipline, responsibility, honesty, cooperation, and self-confidence. The results indicated an increase in students’ motivation to learn religion, discipline in worship, and the development of mutual respect among peers. Therefore, Islamic competitions proved to be effective in strengthening the character of elementary school students while serving as an alternative community service activity that benefits both schools and society.

examines the implementation of service quality in Islamic boarding schools in the Riau Islands Province and its influence on academic achievement, focusing on SMPIT Assakinah Tanjung Pinang, SMPS Al-Himmah Karimun, and SMP BP Tahfidz Attaubah Batam. Service quality in this context is defined as a student-centered paradigm that integrates academic, pastoral, and social dimensions. Drawing on perspectives from Crosby, Sallis, and Brewster, quality is measured by responsiveness to needs, continuous improvement, and the integration of academic rigor, pastoral care, and co-curricular enrichment. Academic achievement, as described by Bloom, is shaped by cognitive, affective, and environmental factors, where the structured environment of boarding schools can maximize outcomes. This research employed a qualitative case study approach with data gathered through observation, interviews, and documentation, analyzed using an interactive model. Findings reveal that service quality is implemented through four stages: (1) conceptualization with a vision integrating national and diniyah curricula; (2) implementation involving active learning, dormitory services, extracurricular programs, and Islamic character building; (3) improvement via SWOT-based evaluation, facility upgrades, teacher development, and digitalization; and (4) continuous evaluation for relevance and effectiveness. The study concludes that comprehensive, integrated service quality is a decisive factor for success in boarding schools. Effective service quality fosters both academic achievement and the development of religious, independent, and morally sound students. By applying Total Quality Management principles, Islamic boarding schools can establish an optimal educational ecosystem, producing a superior and globally competitive generation rooted in Islamic values.

This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method of 100 PT XYZ employees who participated in Culture Fest 2024. Data were collected through a Likert scale-based questionnaire, and the data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of SmartPLS software. The results showed that experience during the event had a significant effect on satisfaction and post-event attitudes. In addition, satisfaction with the event also had a positive effect on post-event attitudes, and these attitudes had a significant effect on employee productivity. This research confirms the importance of designing meaningful and relevant internal events as a strategic means to improve employee commitment and performance through strengthening organizational culture.

The main purpose of this research is to uncover the practice of digital mainstream media representation of student actions and dissect the ideological power relations between state actors and civil society groups in the realm of media discourse. The approach used is Norman Fairclough's three-dimensional model of Critical Discourse Analysis (AWK), which includes analysis at three levels: textual structure (lexical and syntactic), discourse practice (the process of production and consumption of texts), and social practice (ideological and institutional context). Five news articles from Kompas.com were analyzed in depth as the main sample. The results of the study show that online media tends to frame student actions through dictionaries that reduce the meaning of their struggle, such as "chaos," "secured," and "not conducive," while prioritizing quotes from state officials or security forces. This disarticulation plays a role in strengthening the state's authority in shaping public opinion and shows the tendency of the media as a hegemonic agent. These findings emphasize the urgency of ideological awareness-based media literacy so that people are able to criticize and not passively accept media discourse.

Employing a literature study method, this research collects, categorizes, and analyzes hadiths concerning noble character, then correlates them with the current socio-cultural context. The findings indicate that the values in hadiths are not only relevant for forming Muslim personalities during the Prophet’s time but are also highly applicable in addressing moral challenges in the modern era. The thematic approach aids in systematically summarizing moral messages, while the contextual approach enriches understanding of the original spirit of the teachings. This study recommends integrating hadith-based character values into education as part of an effort to build a generation with strong ethics and integrity.
