ed on fluctuations in employee performance, suboptimal attendance levels, and inconsistent achievement of KPIs and service levels, which are presumed to be influenced by internal human resource factors. This research adopts a quantitative approach using a survey method. The population consists of all employees of PT Bank OCBC Space BSD Tangerang, with the sampling technique employing a census method. Data were collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale and analyzed using path analysis to examine both direct and indirect relationships among variables. The results indicate that work culture, workload, and work stress have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Furthermore, job satisfaction has a significant influence on employee performance and acts as an intervening variable in the relationship between work culture, workload, and work stress on employee performance. These findings suggest that improving employee performance can be achieved through the development of a positive work culture, proportional workload management, and effective control of work stress. This study is expected to provide managerial insights for formulating human resource management policies oriented toward enhancing job satisfaction and employee performance.

The analysis tool used was multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software.All questions were found to be valid and reliable. A multiple regression analysis was then conducted, and the results showed that X1, X2, and X3 had a significant effect, both partially and simultaneously.
From the resulting regression equation, Y = 5.528 + 0.475 X1 + 0.278 X2 + 0.225 X3, it can be seen that the independent variable, work engagement (X1), is the most influential variable on employee performance (Y) compared to job satisfaction (X2) and work motivation (X3).

This community service program aimed to improve the financial literacy and financial management practices of the Sempol Ayam Micro and Small Enterprise through an educational and mentoring-based approach.
The program was implemented through counseling, training, and direct mentoring focusing on daily transaction recording, cash flow management, production cost calculation, and the preparation of simple profit and loss statements. The results indicate a significant improvement in the partner’s financial management practices, including more systematic bookkeeping, clearer separation of personal and business finances, more accurate cost calculations, and better monitoring of business performance.
Overall, the program contributed positively to enhancing financial control, financial stability, and business sustainability of the micro-enterprise. These findings demonstrate that simple and practical financial management assistance can effectively strengthen the capacity of Micro and Small Enterprises.

unungan. The study employed a quantitative approach, utilising a pre-experimental design featuring a one-group pre-test and post-test model. A total of 30 students were selected as the sample through purposive sampling. Data collection instruments included pre-tests, post-tests, classroom observations, and student questionnaires. The findings indicated that the Task-Based Learning method significantly enhanced students’ English proficiency. The average pre-test score of 58.2 rose to 78.6 in the post-test, reflecting an overall mean improvement of 20.4 points. Statistical analysis via a sample t-test confirmed a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test results at the 0.05 significance level. Furthermore, observational and questionnaire data revealed that students exhibited increased motivation, confidence, and active engagement during the learning process. The results demonstrate that Task-Based Learning effectively promotes students’ English learning by fostering meaningful communication, collaboration, and practical language use. Consequently, it can be concluded that the TBL method is a suitable and effective teaching strategy for enhancing English proficiency among high school students, particularly in remote learning contexts such as SMA YPPGI Sinakma Wamena.

The study's conclusions were tested using SmartPLS 3. It featured an outside model, like a validity and reliability test, and an interior model, such a model fit test and a research hypothesis test. The results of the investigation demonstrated the validity and accuracy of each indicator. The hypothesis test results demonstrated that job satisfaction was positively and significantly impacted by self-efficacy, that self-efficacy was positively and significantly impacted by micromanaged leadership style, and that job satisfaction was not significantly impacted by leadership style. Indirect hypothesis testing using self-efficacy as a mediator between job satisfaction and the micromanaged leadership style produced positive and significant results. The results of the study indicate that the relationship between work happiness and micromanagement leadership style can be totally mediated by self-efficacy.
