slamic fasting—particularly Ramadan and sunnah fasting—and cellular repair processes through biological mechanisms such as autophagy, cell regeneration, and mitochondrial function enhancement. Using an integrative literature review method, this study synthesized findings from scientific and Islamic sources retrieved from databases including PubMed, Scopus, ScienceDirect, and Google Scholar from 2015 to 2025. The findings reveal that fasting positively affects systemic inflammation reduction, improved insulin sensitivity, metabolic regulation, and the prevention of premature aging and degenerative diseases. Moreover, fasting strengthens psychological and spiritual dimensions, supporting mental health and enhancing emotional resilience. This synergy between biological and spiritual benefits highlights fasting as a holistic health strategy. The study affirms that Islamic values align with modern preventive health principles and offer a solid foundation for spiritually based health promotion. Further research is recommended to evaluate specific biomarkers related to fasting-induced cell regeneration.

This research aims to identify, classify, and analyze financial management strategy typologies in Islamic educational institutions from an Islamic economic perspective. Effective financial management presents a major challenge for Islamic educational institutions facing global economic complexity and accountability demands, while most still rely on conventional models that have not fully accommodated Islamic values. Using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method with the PRISMA protocol, this research analyzed 6 selected articles from 77,522 articles identified from three major academic databases. The results revealed five typologies of financial management strategies in Islamic educational institutions: (1) pure sharia principles-based that emphasize sharia compliance, maqashid sharia, and justice; (2) audit and accountability-based that focus on legal compliance, transparency, and fraud prevention; (3) governance and professionalism-based that prioritize financial manager competence; (4) management function-based that include planning, organizing, implementation, and supervision; and (5) integration of Islamic values into the education system. Despite showing different characteristics, all typologies aim to achieve financial sustainability while maintaining sharia compliance. This research provides a conceptual framework that can serve as a reference in developing adaptive and contextual financial management models according to the characteristics of Islamic educational institutions.

out proper safety protocols. This study aims to identify types of medical emergencies associated with sunnah cupping therapy through a critical literature review. A descriptive-qualitative approach was used, based on a systematic review of scientific publications from 2010 to 2024 obtained from databases such as PubMed, ScienceDirect, and Google Scholar. The results revealed seven major types of complications in cupping practice: infections (local to systemic), severe bleeding and hematoma, vasovagal and hypovolemic shock, allergic reactions, burns (in fire cupping), neurological responses (epilepsy), and dissociative psychological responses (possession). These complications are primarily caused by the lack of medical screening, limited practitioner training, and absence of emergency handling protocols. The study emphasizes the urgency of integrating Islamic ethical values with emergency medical standards in cupping practice. It recommends enhancing public education, practitioner certification, and clinical regulations to ensure patient safety.

The findings reveal that an incision depth of 0.5 mm to 1 mm in the dermis layer not only avoids damage to the deeper hypodermis but is also sufficient for the effective extraction of stagnant blood. This very light incision provides advantages in enhancing blood circulation and facilitating the extraction of stagnant blood necessary in cupping therapy. This approach, involving extremely light incisions, cannot be considered invasive and is highly suitable for enhancing therapy efficacy without compromising patient safety. Further discussion in the study highlights that with the correct incision technique, cupping therapy can become safer and more effective, encouraging significant improvements in immune response and tissue regeneration. The conclusion of this study underscores the importance of standardizing procedures and adequate training for cupping practitioners to ensure safe and effective practices. Further research is recommended to strengthen the evidence related to the effectiveness and safety of cupping therapy and to develop more detailed standard protocols.

Results indicate that tawakal significantly reduces anxiety by fostering a relinquishing of control and instilling peace of mind, while dzikir enhances emotional stability through its meditative repetition of sacred phrases, promoting relaxation and reducing stress responses. Both practices not only support spiritual well-being but also offer practical coping mechanisms in stressful situations. The conclusion underlines the potential integration of tawakal and dzikir into conventional psychotherapeutic practices. It suggests further exploration into the incorporation of these spiritual elements within mental health frameworks to enhance therapeutic outcomes and patient recovery. The research methods used include observation and interviews with school staff and alumni. The system was developed using PHP programming language and MySQL database, with system design based on Unified Modeling Language (UML). The results show that the developed system is able to manage alumni data centrally, provide career path information, and generate accurate and accessible alumni reports. ironment, which is full of academic and social demands, requires good self-adjustment for students to cope with pressures and achieve academic performance. This study aims to identify the influence of self-efficacy on academic adjustment through a systematic literature review by analyzing journal articles from the last five years obtained from electronic databases such as Science Direct, ProQuest, Springer Link, and Google Scholar. From this search, six journals relevant to the research theme were identified. The review results indicate that five journals show a direct relationship between self-efficacy and academic adjustment, while one journal shows an indirect involvement. In conclusion, self-efficacy significantly helps new students adjust to the academic and social challenges at the university, which in turn enhances academic performance and reduces stress. This study highlights the importance of studying new students and using a systematic literature review to investigate the relationship between self-efficacy and academic adjustment, which has not been widely discussed in previous research.

Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem dapat mengontrol gerbang irigasi dan pompa air secara otomatis berdasarkan kondisi kelembaban tanah dan ketinggian air, sehingga mengurangi ketergantungan pada pemantauan manual. Implementasi sistem ini dapat meningkatkan efisiensi penggunaan air dalam pertanian, namun masih bergantung pada koneksi internet yang stabil. Penelitian lebih lanjut dapat mengembangkan integrasi dengan prediksi cuaca untuk optimasi irigasi.
