BUILD UNDERSTANDING STUDENT ABOUT METHOD WORK LUNGS THROUGH PROJECT-BASED EXPERIMENTS AT SDN 188 PEKANBARU

Abstract: Science education at the elementary school level has an important role in shaping scientific thinking and improving students' understanding of natural concepts, one of which is the human respiratory system. In this case,… the lungs become organ vital Which worthy introduced through method interesting and applicable learning. This study aims to describe how the understanding of fifth grade students of SDN 188 Pekanbaru can be improved through project-based experiments on how the lungs work. This experimental method is designed with an active and contextual learning approach, where students are directly involved in the process of making a lung model using simple tools and materials. The results show that student involvement in experiment based on project capable increase enthusiasm learning and conceptual understanding significantly. In addition, this activity also trains critical thinking skills, teamwork, and scientific communication. These findings underscore the importance of integrating a project-based experimental approach in learning Science. Through activity This, Teacher No only teach theory, but also provide meaningful learning experiences that can improve students' overall learning outcomes.  

IMPROVING MASTERY OF MUFRODAT (VOCABULARY) BY USING FLASHCARD MEDIA FOR STUDENTS IN CLASS VII SMP PESANTREN PUTRI YATAMA MANDIRI GOWA

Abstract: This study aims to determine the process and results of the application of flashcard media in improving mastery of mufrodat (Arabic vocabulary). This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK). The subject of the… e research was the seventh grade students of SMP Pesantren Putri Yatama Mandiri Gowa with a total of 28 people. Data collection techniques used in the study were test sheets and observation sheets. This research was conducted in 2 cycles and each cycle consisted of 2 meetings. The results of this study indicate that the average score obtained by students has increased. In cycle I, the average value was 69% and the average value in cycle II was 91%. The average score obtained by students in learning mufrodat by using flashcards media increased by 22% from the value of cycle I to the value of cycle II.  

DEVELOPMENT OF INTERACTIVE LEARNING MEDIA FOR CANVA MAGIC APPLICATION ON SHORT STORY WRITING SKILLS OF GRADE IX STUDENTS OF SMP NEGERI 2 BAROMBONG

Abstract: This research aims to develop an interactive learning media based on the Canva Magic application  to improve the short story writing skills of grade IX students of SMP Negeri 2 Barombong. The media development process follows… ollows the 4D (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate) model, starting with an analysis of the needs of students and teachers that shows students' tendency towards visual and interactive learning media. This media is designed to present short story writing material in an interesting and easy-to-understand way. The research methods used in this study are research and development or Research and Development (R&D) with descriptive quantitative analysis methods, data collection techniques include media validation questionnaires, practical observations, and short story writing skills tests before (pretest) and after the use of media (posttest). This media prototype is designed with excellent features such as storyline templates, character illustrations, and interactive and visual step-by-step guides. The results of expert validation show a very high level of validity in the material and media aspects. The practicality test showed that the score increased from 0.73 (practical) to 0.97 (very practical). The results of the effectiveness test showed a significant increase in the short story writing skill score, with  an average pretest score  of 65 and the posttest increased to 90-98. So, it can be concluded that Canva Magic learning media  with  the AI-based Magic Write feature  is effective and practical to improve short story writing skills in a creative, systematic, and meaningful way for students.

THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE SINGING METHOD IN ARABIC VOCABULARY MASTERY OF SIXTH GRADE STUDENTS AT MI DDI PALIRANG

Abstract: This study is a type of Classroom Action Research (CAR) with the research subjects being the sixth-grade students of MI DDI Palirang, totaling 28 students. The aim of this study is to examine the planning, implementation,… , and learning outcomes of students in mastering Arabic vocabulary using the singing method. Data collection techniques used in this study include observation, interviews, tests, and documentation. The research was conducted in two cycles, each consisting of two meetings. The results showed that the average vocabulary mastery score of students increased from 79 in the first cycle to 90 in the second cycle. This indicates an 11%-point improvement in students’ Arabic vocabulary mastery. Thus, it can be concluded that the implementation of the singing method in learning can improve Arabic vocabulary mastery among sixth-grade students of MI DDI Palirang.

CORRELATION OF MUFRODAT (VOCABULARY) MASTERY WITH ABILITY TO READ ARABIC TEXTS OF CLASS VIII STUDENTS SMP IT AL-FIKRI MAKASSAR

Abstract: This research is a correlation study using a quantitative approach that aims to find the correlation between Mufrodat Mastery (Vocabulary) and Arabic Text Reading Ability of Students in Grade VIII of IT Al-Fikri Junior High… igh School Makassar. The independent variable in this study is Mufrodat Mastery (Vocabulary), while the dependent variable is Arabic Text Reading Ability. The population in this study were all students of grade VIII of IT Junior High School Al-Fikri Makassar which amounted to 50 students and the sample in this study were students of grade VIII which amounted to 20 students. The research data were obtained by giving written tests in the form of Arabic vocabulary mastery tests and Arabic text comprehension reading ability tests. The data analysis technique is inferential statistical analysis of bivariate correlation type with the result of correlation coefficient 0.578 and significance value 0.008. The results of this study indicate that there is a moderate positive correlation between Mufrodat Mastery (Vocabulary) and Arabic Text Reading Ability. Thus it can be concluded that there is a correlation between Mufrodat Mastery (Vocabulary) and Arabic Text Reading Ability of 8th Grade Students of IT Al-Fikri Junior High School Makassar.

ANALYSIS OF ACCOUNTABILITY OF VILLAGE FUND MANAGEMENT IN ULOBUA VILLAGE, TIBAWA DISTRICT, GORONTALO REGENCY

Abstract: The objective of this research was to prove whether using Choral Reading strategy can improve reading comprehension of the eight grade students of SMP Negeri 13 Palu. This research limited the use of Choral Reading strategy… egy in improving students’ reading comprehension, which focuses on literal meaning and descriptive text. This research used quasi-experimental research design involving an Experimental class and a control class. The sample of this research were students of VII B as the experimental class, which consisted of 31 students, and the students of VIII A as the control class, which consisted of 31 students. The data was collected through pre-test and post-test. The result confirmed that the mean score of the experimental class had increased from 44.87 to 73.83. On the other hand, in the control class, it has increased from 48.29 to 62.64. The result of the test was analyzed statistically by applying 0.05 level significance. The researcher found that the value of the t-counted was higher than the t-table (4.59 > 1.67). In the other words, the implementation of choral reading strategy can develop students’ reading comprehension of the eighth-grade students of SMP Negeri 13 Palu. This strategy has a significant impact on the English learning process, especially helping students in reading comprehension to find information about the text and understand the entire meaning of the text, so that students can practice choral reading as their independent reading comprehension strategy in the future

THE GROSS MOTOR ABILITY PROFILE OF GRADE V STUDENTS IS BASED ON THE GEOGRAPHICAL CONDITIONS OF THE COASTAL AREA AT SDN 003 SERI KUALA LOBAM, BINTAN REGENCY, RIAU ISLANDS PROVINCE

Abstract: This study aims to find out the extent of gross motor skills of grade 5 elementary school students in SDN 003 Seri Kuala Lobam. The researcher took research samples at the school location in the coastal area. According to… o local elementary school teachers and also the results of researchers' observations over the years, there are differences in the development of both academic and non-academic elementary school students between areas adjacent to the sea and those that are not. including in his gross motor development. Motor development is very necessary for children's development, especially in school. gross motor is a skill that requires coordination of a large part of the child's body. Based on the above opinion, it is concluded that gross motor is a physical movement activity that requires coordination of the limbs by using their large muscles. Students who have good motor skills are able to do sports skills than students who have fission skills. From the explanation above, the researcher wants to conduct research on the Gross Motor Ability Profile of students, where this is the main focus because Gross Motor Skills is very important to be mastered by a person because he can do daily activities, without having good movements he will lag behind others, such as: running, jumping, pushing, throwing, catching, kicking and so on, these activities require and use large muscles in a person's body  

IMPROVING STUDENT LEARNING OUTCOMES ON TEMPERATURE AND HEAT MATERIALS WITH GUIDED INQUIRY ASSISTED BY SIMULATION MEDIA

Abstract: This study was conducted to describe the improvement of student learning outcomes in learning that applied guided inquiry assisted by simulation media on temperature and heat materials. This research was carried out on students&#8230; tudents in grade VII-G at UPT SMPN 18 Gresik by conducting pre-test activities, three learning treatments, and post-tests. The type of research used is pre-experimental research with a one group pretest posttest research design. The learning outcomes of students were measured by pretest and posttest questions with a sample of 31 students in this study which was measured by N-Gain analysis and to test the significance, the Wilcoxon test was used. The learning outcomes obtained by students have increased with an increase in N-Gain of 0.40 with a "Medium" interpretation. In addition, the results of the significance of the pretest and posttest scores showed a value of 0.000 (<0.05) which means that there was a significant increase in the pretest and posttest results.

ELEVATE STUDENTS’ READING COMPREHENSION THROUGH QUESTION GENERATION SRATEGY (QGS)

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to prove that the Question Generation Strategy (QGS) can develop students' reading comprehension. This research was limited in literal and inferential/interpretative understanding in descriptive&#8230; tive texts. The researcher applied a quasi-experimental research design. The sample of this study was class VIII A as an experimental class consisted of 22 students and Vlll C as a control class of 22 students. Data collection was carried out through pre-test and post-test. The results of this study show that there is a significant increased of students’ score who were taught by using Question Generation Strategy (QGS). The increasement can be seen from the change of student qualification from previously poor to fair. Furthemore the t-count value is 5.26 while the t-table is 1.68 which means the t-count is higher than the t-table. Thus the research hypothesis is accepted. In other words, the use of the Question Generation Strategy (QGS) can develop reading comprehension of grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 7 Palu. It implies that teachers are suggested to use the Question Generation Strategy (QGS) in teaching reading comprehension, especially in the junior high school level.

CREATIVE PROBLEM SOLVING LEARNING MODEL USING QUIZIZZ APPLICATION ON STUDENTS' LEARNING OUTCOMES IN INDONESIAN LANGUAGE SUBJECTS IN GRADE VIII OF SMP NEGERI 1 CINA, BONE REGENCY

Abstract: The use of technology in education is an alternative to improve the quality and quantity of results and processes, including sources in learning where teachers and students are required to actively use technology in the&#8230; teaching and learning process. This research is a quantitative research with a quasi-experimental method . The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the use of creative problem solving learning media based on technology using the Quizizz application on student learning outcomes in the Indonesian language subject of class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Cina, Bone Regency. The research was conducted in March-May 2024. The research location was at SMP Negeri 1 Cina, Bone Regency. Respondents were 35 students consisting of 19 male respondents and 16 female respondents. Data analysis techniques used the help of excel and spss applications. The results of the study showed that there was an effect of the use of creative problem solving learning media based on technology using the Quizizz application on student learning outcomes p value <0.05. the conclusion of this study is that there is an effect of the use of creative problem solving learning media based on technology using the Quizizz application on student learning outcomes.
