The population of this study is Shopee application users in Indonesia, especially generation Z (1997-2012), with 285 respondents taken using non-probability sampling techniques. The research results show that Sales Promotion, Utilitarian, Self-Esteem, and Hedonic Motive have a positive effect on Purchase Decision. Apart from that, Sales Promotion also has a positive effect on Impulse Buying and Behavior Intention. The implication of this research is that companies can utilize the Self-Esteem motive to improve purchasing decisions. Personalized product recommendations and price offers that match consumer preferences can be implemented to increase consumer satisfaction and trust. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation. While data validity was strengthened by triangulation of sources, methods, and theories with the help of NVivo 12 software and supplemented with a SWOT analysis. The results showed that the implementation of spiritual quality improvement was carried out by the presence of Islamic values, maintaining cleanliness, reciting prayers, and the therapist's empathetic attitude were important factors in fostering a sense of calm and comfort in customers. Implementing strategies for improving spiritual quality through therapist training, implementing SOPs based on Islamic law, and creating a supportive spiritual environment. However, limited service facilities and infrastructure still need to be addressed for improvement. Therefore, this study as a whole confirms that service quality that connects spiritual and physical aspects holistically contributes significantly to customer satisfaction.

In this context, the role of teachers in the West Angkola District Teacher Working Group (KKG) is crucial to examine, particularly in designing creative learning oriented toward developing higher-order thinking skills. This study aims to analyzea the role of teachers in designing creative learning based on deep learning and explore the strategies used to integrate deep learning principles into learning planning and practice. The method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies involving teachers who are members of the West Angkola District KKG.The results indicate that teachers play a strategic role in designing creative learning through the use of interactive media, developing problem-based activities, and implementing collaborative learning models. Teachers also strive to foster students' critical thinking skills through structured discussions, explorations, and reflections. The learning design implemented has been proven to not only increase student motivation but also strengthen teachers' professional competence in managing more meaningful learning. Thus, it can be concluded that the role of teachers in designing creative learning using a deep learning approach significantly contributes to the quality of the learning process in elementary schools. The results of this study are expected to serve as a reference in developing creative learning practices based on deep learning in the Teachers' Working Group (KKG) and other teacher professional development forums.

were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, with triangulation applied to ensure validity. The findings show that BAZNAS has implemented the four classical management functions—planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising—in managing professional zakat from civil servants. Planning is carried out through the preparation of zakat collection programs in cooperation with government institutions; organizing is realized through the formation of operational sub-units; implementation is conducted by collecting zakat through salary deductions and distributing it to mustahik via social and empowerment programs; while supervision is executed by an Internal Audit Unit to maintain accountability and transparency. Supporting factors include government affiliation and mayoral instructions, whereas inhibiting factors involve limited human resources, the absence of binding local regulations, restricted access to military and police institutions, and low awareness among civil servants. The study concludes that although BAZNAS has applied management principles in practice, improvements are still needed in human resource regeneration, regulatory frameworks, and digital zakat systems to optimize professional zakat management.

rocess of implementing the Tahfizh Pakistani method and the results of its application to improve the quality of memorization of students. This study uses the Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach of the Kemmis and McTaggart model which consists of four stages: planning, action, observation, and reflection, which are carried out in two cycles. Data collection techniques use observation, documentation, and oral memorization tests. The results of the study showed that the application of the Tahfizh Pakistani method significantly improved the quality of students' memorization. Teacher activity increased from 77.88 % in cycle I to 90.38% in cycle II, while student activity increased from 73.68% to 93.42%. The results of the student memorization test showed that in cycle I, only 6 out of 11 students (54.5%) completed the process, with an average score of 12.18 (very good category ) , while in cycle II it increased to 9 students (81.8%) with an average score of 13.27 (very good category ) . Thus, the application of this method has been proven effective in improving the quality of students' memorization at the tahfizh boarding school.

The primary focus of this research is on the role of Buddhists in internalizing and implementing the four main pillars of religious moderation, namely commitment to nationalism, tolerance, anti-violence, and appreciation of local culture in the life of the village community. This study uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological method. Data collection techniques involve participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. According to Colaizzi, the research procedure refers to the seven stages of phenomenology, while informants were selected using purposive sampling techniques. Data are analyzed through pattern matching, explanation making, and time series analysis. The research results show that Buddhist communities in the village of Rajabasa Lama have successfully implemented religious moderation by integrating the values of the Hasta Arya Marga teachings in Buddhism and the principles of multiculturalism in social life. National commitment, a sense of tolerance, anti-violence, and appreciation for their local culture are reflected in inclusive attitudes, active tolerance, and participation in interfaith activities without creating exclusive boundaries. This moderation process is formed through the practice of wisdom, morality, and concentration expressed in peaceful, ethical, and dialogical social discourse, thus strengthening a harmonious collective identity.

This study uses a qualitative approach with a single case study method. Data collection techniques were done through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. The research procedure refers to six stages of case studies according to Robert K. Yin, while the informants were selected using purposive sampling and snowball sampling techniques. Data is analyzed through pattern matching, explanation creation, and time series analysis. The study results show that local leadership plays a significant role in contextually building a narrative of moderation through example, deliberation, and social participation. The practice of moderation is not conveyed through formal instruction alone. Still, it is culturally shaped through social interaction, interfaith activities, and strengthening local values that align with national principles. Leadership prioritizing social awareness, openness, and inclusivity has maintained social cohesion and enhanced inter-religious harmony in a pluralistic village. These findings contribute to developing a theory of local leadership based on the values of religious moderation at the grassroots level.

Betel leaves are known for their antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties that can support the healing process. Objective: This study aims to describe the healing of perineal wounds in postpartum mothers with the administration of betel leaf decoction. Method: This research employs a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. Results: After implementing perineal care using betel leaf decoction, which was applied regularly in the morning and evening after bathing for 5 days, there was a noticeable acceleration in the healing process of the wounds and an increase in maternal satisfaction regarding wound care. Conclusion: Wound care for perineal injuries using betel leaf decoction is effective for healing perineal wounds in postpartum mothers .

Data were collected through observation, interviews, pretest-posttest, and documentation. The results of the study showed that the implementation of the phonics method succeeded in improving the reading skills of grade 1 students, both in recognizing letters, spelling words, reading simple sentences, and understanding the contents of the reading. This can be seen from the increase in reading test scores and student activities during the learning process.
