es. This study aims to analyze the implementation of a cost control system in improving the efficiency of a micro-enterprise, focusing on a grocery business owned by Mrs. Delin in Tuni Hamlet. The study employs a descriptive qualitative approach using a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and direct observation. Data analysis was conducted using the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that the implementation of a simple cost control system through expense recording, budgeting, and expenditure evaluation can improve operational efficiency, as reflected by reduced waste and better cost management. The main challenges in implementing cost control include limited accounting knowledge and informal business management habits. This study is expected to serve as a reference for micro-enterprise owners in improving efficiency through simple and applicable cost control practices.

Data collection was conducted through learning observations, interviews, and analysis of student activities and learning outcomes in the Integrated Economic Exploration material. The KOTAK model was designed by integrating various easily accessible AI tools, such as Google Lens, ChatGPT, and QuestionWell, to support interactive, collaborative, and problem-solving-based learning. The results showed that implementing the KOTAK model significantly improved students' critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and creativity (4C) skills. Analysis of learning outcomes indicated a 94.87% absorption rate and achievement of the curriculum objectives for the taught material. The use of the AI platform has proven to be an effective interactive medium for encouraging active student engagement, strengthening higher-order thinking, and fostering collaboration in problem-solving. This research makes an original contribution by offering and testing a contextual learning model that integrates collaborative pedagogy and AI technology in a madrasah environment, while also presenting a practical framework for developing 21st-century skills in integrated subjects such as Economics, in line with the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum.

h School (Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan - SMK) students, particularly those majoring in Accounting, as crucial preparation for entering the workforce or continuing their education. This PKM was conducted through an interactive socialization session involving 12th-grade Accounting students at SMKN 3 Karawang, using presentation, discussion, and Question & Answer methods. The results indicate a significant increase in participants' enthusiasm and understanding of accounting principles, career prospects, and professional ethics. Furthermore, the activity successfully fostered a collaborative partnership between the university and the school, while also enhancing the social skills of the implementing student team. In conclusion, this socialization proved to be an effective medium for knowledge and motivation transfer. It is recommended that similar initiatives be developed sustainably and expanded in scope to maximize their positive impact.

Employing a descriptive qualitative method based on a literature review, the research examines structural, technical, and institutional challenges in the enforcement of the PDP Law, including low levels of public digital literacy, the absence of comprehensive implementing regulations, and the lack of inter-agency integration. The findings reveal that weak law enforcement increases the risk of cyberattacks on critical infrastructure, diminishes public trust in digital services, and poses the potential for digital economic isolation. The study further highlights the importance of synergy among the government, private sector, civil society, and the media in developing an effective data protection system, supported by capacity-building for law enforcement officers, regulatory harmonization, and the adoption of AI-based legal technologies. Conceptually, successful law enforcement in digital privacy protection not only safeguards individual rights but also serves as a strategic foundation for national resilience.

Therefore, this study recommends the need for comprehensive governance reform through strengthening risk management, enhancing the transparency of investment reporting, and implementing independent oversight mechanisms to prevent similar cases in the future.

This research is a qualitative descriptive research using the main instrument of interviews. The data sources in this research are school principals and teachers at SDN 1 Sungai Besar Banjarbaru and SDN 1 Sungai Ulin Banjarbaru. This study aims to examine the description of principal leadership, internal communication, and teacher performance at SMK Negeri 1 Majalengka, as well as to analyze the influence of principal leadership on teacher performance, the influence of internal communication on teacher performance, and the influence of both variables on teacher performance. Thus, this research not only describes the actual conditions but also tests the relationships between the variables under study.
The research employed descriptive and correlational methods. The study population consisted of all 141 teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Majalengka. The sample was determined using the Slovin formula, resulting in 104 respondents selected through proportional sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire that had undergone validity and reliability testing. Data analysis was carried out to determine the strength of the relationships between variables and to test the research hypotheses.
The results indicate that principal leadership falls into the very competent category, internal communication is carried out high effectively, and teacher performance is categorized as very high. Correlational analysis findings show that principal leadership (X₁) has a significant influence on teacher performance, and internal communication (X₂) also has a significant influence on teacher performance. Simultaneously, both independent variables have a meaningful effect on improving teacher performance at SMK Negeri 1 Majalengka.
The implications of this study show that improving teacher performance can be achieved through strengthening principal leadership and implementing effective internal communication. Therefore, schools are advised to continuously build open and collaborative communication patterns and optimize leadership roles in providing direction, support, and exemplary behavior for teachers.

The study's results show that implementing community rights in expressing aspirations, suggestions, and opinions is crucial in preparing the draft village regulations. In the planning activities for preparing village regulations, participation has been carried out through village deliberations and hamlet deliberations, which have identified inhibiting factors. First, there are still people who do not understand their rights. Second, there are still people who remain indifferent. Third, the community has not been informed about the village authority's plan to create village ordinances. Techniques for conquering difficulties 1). connecting the community's and the village government's perspectives, goals, and tactics. 2) Budgetary support from the village government for improving community human resources through education, training, and courses. 3) Village government programs and activity plans must be oriented towards improving community income and welfare. 4) Improved facilities and infrastructure for disseminating plans for drafting village regulations.

Hospitalization is a planned medical procedure that requires care and treatment but can trigger anxiety in children, both mentally and physically. Anxiety will cause children to become uncooperative and difficult to cooperate with health workers. During this process, children may face traumatic experiences that cause stress. One of the efforts to reduce the level of anxiety is by implementing play therapy, one of which is the coloring play therapy technique. Objective: This research describes the application of coloring play therapy on anxiety levels in preschool-aged children at Padamara Health Center. Methods: This research used a case study research design method. Results: This research indicate that before the intervention score was 25 (moderate anxiety) and after the intervention score was 9 (no anxiety). Conclusion: Coloring play therapy can reduce anxiety levels in preschool-aged children undergoing treatment at Padamara Health Center.
