rmal litigation approaches often fail to repair fractured relationships among family members. This research employed a qualitative method with a normative juridical approach. Data were collected through literature studies of Islamic legal texts, Indonesian statutory regulations, and related literature on Restorative Justice. The findings indicate that the concept of Restorative Justice has strong relevance to the principle of Ishlah (reconciliation) in Islamic Family Law. Unlike the retributive approach, which focuses on punishment, Restorative Justice prioritizes relationship recovery, forgiveness, and collective welfare. In practice, instruments such as mediation in Religious Courts and the role of Hakam (peace mediators) represent clear manifestations of these restorative values. The study concludes that integrating Restorative Justice into the family law system is not only effective in reducing divorce rates but also capable of preserving the psychological well-being of family members, especially children. The academic contribution of this study lies in providing a theoretical foundation for the development of positive law in Indonesia to become more accommodative toward non-litigation dispute resolution based on religious values and local wisdom. The researcher recommends strengthening technical mediation regulations so that they do not merely become procedural formalities in court.

This study aims to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the sales recording system by implementing the INDEX MATCH and SUMIFS functions in Microsoft Excel. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach, involving observation, interviews, and documentation of the existing system. The results show that the use of INDEX MATCH and SUMIFS can accelerate the data retrieval process, improve the accuracy of sales reports, and reduce input errors. This study provides a practical solution for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in implementing an efficient sales recording system without requiring significant investment in ERP software. However, the system still has limitations, such as dependence on Excel files that are vulnerable to damage or unintended changes, and the lack of advanced automation features such as receivables reminders or inter-departmental integration. Therefore, future research is expected to develop a web-based system with a centralized database.

This study uses a descriptive research type with a qualitative approach. The results of this study indicate that the Performance of ASN of the Public Welfare Section has not been in accordance with expectations, this can be seen from the aspect of the quality of ASN performance which is not optimal, the level of consistency of program policies is not in accordance with its duties and functions. From the aspect of the quantity of ASN performance, it has not achieved results according to expectations and from the aspect of the time for completing ASN work, it can be seen that the availability of time in implementing program activities is still relatively lacking. This study aims to analyze and compare the organizational patterns and implementation of educational service marketing across institutional levels, including Madrasahs, Islamic Boarding Schools (Pesantren), and Islamic Higher Education Institutions. Using a library research method, data were collected through a systematic search of current academic literature (2015-2025) by adapting the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) selection flow to ensure data synthesis validity. Comparative analysis reveals distinct organizational model divergences: madrasahs tend to use ad-hoc committee structures, pesantrens rely on the centrality of the Kiai's charismatic leadership as the primary brand ambassador, while higher education institutions are adopting professional, permanent marketing units. Nevertheless, the convergence of success across all three entities lies in the integration of Islamic values within the 7P marketing mix and the vital role of Human Resources as the forefront of service delivery. This study implies the urgency of a managerial transformation from an incidental approach to the institutionalization of sustainable marketing functions to bridge the execution gap and build public trust.

e availability of competent and standardized laboratory human resources (HR). Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) testing has become the primary diagnostic method for pathogen detection, both in routine services and in public health emergency situations. The development of a PCR training curriculum and modules by the Center for Health Biology Laboratory (BBLBK) represents a strategic step toward standardizing the competencies of laboratory personnel. This article aims to describe the urgency of implementing certified PCR training policies as part of a national system for enhancing the competence of health laboratory human resources. The writing method employs policy analysis based on document review and the framework of national health regulations. The analysis results indicate variations in laboratory personnel competencies, the absence of a national certification scheme, limited availability of trainers, and the need for continuous curriculum updating. Certified PCR training is therefore recommended as a national instrument for fulfilling competency standards in health laboratories. The integration of training into the health human resource development system, along with the strengthening of quality- and safety-based approaches, is key to the successful implementation of this policy.

Continuous improvement methodologies, including Lean Six Sigma approaches, yield simultaneous improvements in both productivity and quality outcomes, with demonstrated effectiveness in service-oriented sectors. Performance appraisal systems enhance employee productivity through clarified performance expectations, developmental feedback, and strengthened accountability mechanisms. A critical finding is that integrating these three human resource management domains produces synergistic effects that exceed the sum of isolated interventions, demonstrating multiplicative rather than additive productivity gains through mutually reinforcing mechanisms. The 40 included studies employed balanced methodological approaches including quantitative surveys, structural equation modeling, qualitative investigations, and empirical case studies, with 65% published in 2024-2025 reflecting contemporary human resource management practices. This systematic evidence synthesis establishes that veterinary clinics implementing comprehensive integrated approaches addressing talent management, continuous improvement, and performance appraisal simultaneously would achieve superior productivity outcomes while addressing the profession's unique emotional labor demands and animal welfare responsibilities.

areas such as Panenjoan Village, Cicalengka District, Bandung Regency, has not been optimal, as indicated by low consumer engagement and unstructured digital promotion strategies. This situation indicates a gap between the potential use of TikTok Live Shopping and the expected level of consumer engagement. Therefore, this study aims to determine the effect of TikTok Live Shopping utilization and digital promotion strategies on consumer engagement. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method, along with descriptive and verification analysis. The study population was consumers in Panenjoan Village who had participated in TikTok Live Shopping. The sample was determined using the Lemeshow formula, resulting in 100 respondents using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection was conducted using a Likert-scale questionnaire. Data analysis included validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, correlation tests, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination tests, and hypothesis testing using SPSS version 27. The results showed that the use of TikTok Live Shopping, digital promotion strategies, and consumer engagement were in the strong category. Partially, the use of TikTok Live Shopping and digital promotion strategies had a significant effect on consumer engagement. Simultaneously, these two independent variables also had a significant effect on consumer engagement. This study concluded that optimizing TikTok Live Shopping and implementing effective digital promotion strategies can increase consumer engagement in Panenjoan Village.

The method used was Participatory Action Research through interviews, group discussions, training, and mentoring. The activity focused on internalizing family business ethics values and implementing a simplified financial reporting system based on the Indonesian MSME Financial Accounting Standards (SAK). The results demonstrated increased understanding, skills, and changes in attitudes toward financial transparency and accountability. The integration of family business ethics has been shown to support more structured and sustainable financial reporting.

During the sampling process, 113 respondents were recruited. The preliminary findings indicate that all independent variables are valid, as all questionnaire items have r-values > 0.361 at a significance level of 0.05. The results of this study show that eachfinancial literacy, perceived ease of use, perceived risk, And lifestyle has a significant positive effect onbehavior intention on Generation Z in Bandung.Gender is known to moderate the influence of each independent variable in this study onbehavior intention on Generation Z in Greater Bandung. Academic suggestions from this study are intended to enable future research to explore the indicators of each independent variable in more depth and expand the sample size. Practical suggestions for service providerse-wallet to focus on reducing risks and increasing personal security and develop strategies to build user trust inlifestyle owned by the user.
