Results study This that is ; (1) Management of character development for students with: a) Planning that is affiliated with the understanding of Ahlu Sunnah Wal Jama'ah An Nahdliyah, education is directed at the realm of Tariqah knowledge, religious knowledge, general knowledge and skills. b ) Organizing through optimizing the role of the organizational structure, empowering Madrasah Ibtidayah. c ) Implementation through daily activities of students. d) Control is carried out through evaluation meetings, student regulations or rules of conduct, reorganization of the boarding school management, positive motivation and direction to the students. (2) The efforts made by Islamic boarding schools are collective, creative and innovative, grow love character land water. (3) These challenges include; challenges in implementation, challenges in policy and curriculum, educational personnel challenges and environmental and information technology challenges. The results of the training showed that the majority of participants were able to produce designs that meet the criteria of aesthetics, creativity, and learning relevance. Evaluation through questionnaires showed that the training was very useful and relevant to the participants' needs. The obstacles faced, such as limited devices and internet connection, were successfully overcome with appropriate solutions. The positive impact of this training is not only to improve teachers' competence in digital literacy, but also to create a more interesting learning experience for students.

Among these, verbal skills in English, as an international language, are especially crucial in settings such as presentations, meetings, and negotiations. Based on a pre-survey at Panti Wreda Budi Dharma Kasih, it was found that more than half of the elderly experienced hypertension due to a lack of elderly knowledge about hypertension. This community service activity aims to educate the elderly about hypertension and invite the elderly to have a good lifestyle. This activity was carried out at Panti Wreda Budi Dharma Kasih attended by 27 participants. The PKM method is carried out by checking the blood pressure of the elderly using a sphygmomanometer and stethoscope. Screening of PKM participants is elderly people with a minimum age of 60 years who can hear and see. The provision of education is carried out by lecture method using power points containing the definition of hypertension and elderly causative factors and ways to prevent hypertension, then a question and answer session is held. Data collection on the level of knowledge was carried out using pre-education and post-education questionnaires. The results of this activity show an increase in knowledge in the elderly after providing education for 3 meetings.

Government services to the community, known as public services, are a very strategic issue because of the interaction between the government and the community. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach to determine public service innovation. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that public service innovation with a digital queuing system is a conceptual innovation which gives rise to new paradigms, ideas, thinking and breakthroughs. Meanwhile, delivery innovation includes new ways or ways of solving problems, providing services or interacting with clients for the purpose of providing special services to customers.

Student’s can translate simple English sentences. The research was carried out with a PTK design consisting of two cycles and each cycle consisting of one meeting. The result of the research showed that teacher skills increased from an average score (good) in cycle one, then increased to (very good) in cycle two. The percentage of completion of literacy habituation learning in reading comprehension increased from 70 % in cycle one to 90 % in cycle two. The conclusion of this research is that the KWL strategy and videos animasi, Ice Breaking can improve teacher skills, student’s activities and learning outcomes.

This research discusses matters related to the implementation of fisheries business services using technology and obstacles in application services. The aim of this research is to find out how application-based fisheries business services are at the Fisheries Business Services UPT, Kundur District, Karimun Regency. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method with informants consisting of elements from the Fisheries Service, UPT and the community and using data collection techniques and tools in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The overall research results of this application have been said to meet expectations based on the following 4 indicators: a) input: human resources, finances, adequate facilities and infrastructure. b). Process: easy procedure, more time and cost efficient. c). Output: service levels increase, such as Kube, fuel recommendations, benefits received by fisheries business actors increase. d). Outcome: fisheries business services are more effective and efficient. However, in terms of the implementation process it cannot be said to have met expectations because there are still obstacles or obstacles such as network problems, the community is not yet technologically independent.

This research discusses matters related to the results of the implementation of the KUSUKA card program services at the Kundur District Fisheries Business Services UPT. The aim of this research is to find out the results of the implementation of the KUSUKA card at the Kundur Fisheries Business Services UPT. The approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative using data collection methods in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that the implementation of the KUSUKA card program for the community at the Kundur District Fisheries Business Services UPT is as expected. The implementation of this program meets expectations based on the following 6 indicators: a). effectiveness: the results achieved have met expectations. b) Efficiency: time and costs are efficient. c). Adequacy: Human resources and facilities/infrastructure are adequate. d). Alignment: program benefits are adequate. e). Responsiveness: service is adequate. f). Accuracy: the program results are useful. However, the effectiveness indicators and efficient indicators still cannot be said to meet expectations, this is because there are problems or obstacles such as the lack of clarity on the time for printing KUSUKA cards which only adjusts the bank's ability to print cards, the functions and benefits of the program have not been fully felt and there is no real change in the lives of the community or fisheries business actors in the Kundur District Fisheries Business Services UPT.

The application of the Scrum method aims to ensure that the system development is structured, adaptive to change, and meets user needs. The e-attendance system has key features including multi-level authentication (admin, teacher, and principal), data management for students, teachers, classes, subjects, teaching schedules, semesters, attendance processes, reporting, and teacher performance monitoring. Testing was conducted using the blackbox testing method on eleven main modules. The test results showed that all system functions ran well without major errors. The system has been proven to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and transparency of attendance recording, as well as facilitate reporting. However, the system still has limitations, such as dependence on an internet connection and lack of integration with other systems.
