The population of the study consists of 641 female employees in the company. The method used is a quantitative approach and path analysis. The results show that organizational support has a negative and significant effect on burnout, while family support has a positive and significant effect on burnout. Both organizational and family support have a negative and significant effect on work stress. PT Victoeria Vici, sebagai pelaku usaha perhiasan emas custom, menghadapi kendala dalam menentukan estimasi harga jual kepada pelanggan, sebab proses pengerjaan pesanan custom membutuhkan waktu hingga 14 hari, sementara harga emas bergerak fluktuatif dan tidak terstruktur setiap harinya sehingga estimasi harga menjadi tidak akurat dan tidak efektif. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini menerapkan konsep Data Mining dengan algoritma Trend Moment untuk mengestimasi harga emas pada rentang waktu tertentu. Data yang digunakan merupakan data historis harga emas per gram pada PT Victoeria Vici periode Agustus–Oktober 2021 sebanyak 92 data. Tahapan penelitian meliputi pengumpulan data, penentuan variabel X dan Y, eliminasi untuk memperoleh nilai konstanta a dan slope b, serta penerapan persamaan Y = a + bX untuk memperoleh nilai estimasi. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan nilai a = 720.871,725 dan b = 3,108 sehingga model estimasi mampu menghasilkan proyeksi harga emas yang mendekati pola data historis. Model ini kemudian diimplementasikan ke dalam aplikasi berbasis desktop menggunakan Microsoft Visual Basic 2010 dan basis data Microsoft Access, dilengkapi Crystal Report untuk pencetakan laporan hasil estimasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa algoritma Trend Moment dapat membantu PT Victoeria Vici dalam memperoleh estimasi harga emas secara lebih cepat, konsisten, dan terdokumentasi.
Gold is one of the most sought-after commodities for investment purposes, as it is regarded as a safer instrument compared to stocks and has a selling value that constantly fluctuates with market conditions. PT Victoeria Vici, a custom gold jewelry business, faces difficulty in determining the estimated selling price offered to customers because the production process for custom orders takes up to 14 days, while gold prices move in an unstructured and fluctuating manner every day, making manual price estimation inaccurate and ineffective. Based on this problem, this study applies the concept of Data Mining using the Trend Moment algorithm to estimate gold prices over a certain period of time. The data used is historical daily gold price data per gram from PT Victoeria Vici for the period of August–October 2021, consisting of 92 records. The research stages include data collection, determination of the X and Y variables, elimination to obtain the constant value a and the slope b, and the application of the equation Y = a + bX to obtain the estimated value. The calculation results show a value of a = 720,871.725 and b = 3.108, so that the estimation model is able to produce gold price projections that closely follow the pattern of historical data. This model was then implemented into a desktop-based application using Microsoft Visual Basic 2010 and a Microsoft Access database, equipped with Crystal Report for printing estimation result reports. The results show that the Trend Moment algorithm can help PT Victoeria Vici obtain gold price estimations more quickly, consistently, and in a well-documented manner.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kendala yang dialami guru dalam mengelola perbedaan kemampuan belajar siswa pada kelas rendah dan kelas tinggi serta pengaruhnya terhadap profesionalitas guru sekolah dasar. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui angket dan wawancara kepada guru sekolah dasar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru menghadapi berbagai kendala, seperti kesulitan dalam menerapkan pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan individu siswa, keterbatasan waktu dalam memberikan perhatian yang merata, kurangnya media pembelajaran yang variatif, serta tingginya jumlah siswa dalam satu kelas. Kendala tersebut cenderung lebih dirasakan pada kelas rendah karena siswa masih berada pada tahap perkembangan dasar kemampuan membaca, menulis, dan berhitung. Meskipun demikian, profesionalitas guru terlihat dari upaya yang dilakukan dalam mengembangkan strategi pembelajaran diferensiasi, meningkatkan kompetensi melalui pelatihan, serta melakukan evaluasi pembelajaran secara berkelanjutan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan dukungan dari pihak sekolah, orang tua, dan pemerintah untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran serta memperkuat profesionalitas guru dalam menghadapi keragaman kemampuan belajar siswa di sekolah dasar.

This study aims to analyze and describe the integration of the Quizizz platform in evaluating Islamic value-based learning at SDN Palumbonsari I, East Karawang District. The study used a qualitative approach with a case study type. Data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, then analyzed interactively through reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show that the integration of Islamic values was carried out systematically through three stages: evaluation planning by incorporating value indicators into learning tools, implementation of values in question design and digital feedback, and post-evaluation reflection in class. Digital features were utilized not only to display scores but also to convey moral messages that support Islamic character formation. In practice, digital evaluation functions as a cognitive measurement instrument as well as a means of habituating values. The implications of this research confirm that the use of digital platforms in evaluation can be directed as a medium for internalizing values if it is designed in a structured manner and supported by the teacher's pedagogical commitment.

This research uses quantitative methods with descriptive research design. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, questionnaires and interviews with students and teachers. The data sources for this research are fifth grade students and teachers at SDIT Buah Hati. The collected data was analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques to describe current conditions. The research results showed a significant increase in the aspects of independence, creativity, time discipline, ability to work together, and students' self-confidence after implementing child-friendly education management. Student independence increased by 20%, creativity increased by 20%, and time discipline and the ability to work together also showed significant improvements. The implication of this research is that the implementation of child-friendly educational management is effective in increasing student independence and creativity. Therefore, schools are expected to implement child-friendly principles in every aspect of learning to support maximum student development.

The research method employed is a literature review using the Publish or Perish application.The findings indicate that teachers play a crucial role in planning, implementing, and managing classrooms through contextual strategies that connect learning materials with the local environment and students’ real-life experiences. The application of CTL has been proven to enhance students’ motivation, active participation, and learning outcomes. In addition, PMM students provide practical suggestions such as the use of interactive methods including small group discussions, collective reflection, and projects based on everyday experiences.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi guru dalam menerapkan pendekatan Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) guna meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di Papua Barat Daya, serta meninjau kontribusi mahasiswa Program Pertukaran Mahasiswa Merdeka (PMM) dalam mendukung proses tersebut. Metode penelitian menggunakan kajian literatur (literature review) dengan menggunakan Publish or Perish. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru berperan penting dalam merencanakan, melaksanakan, dan mengelola kelas dengan strategi kontekstual yang mengaitkan materi ajar dengan lingkungan lokal dan pengalaman nyata siswa. Penerapan CTL terbukti meningkatkan motivasi, partisipasi aktif, serta hasil belajar siswa. Selain itu, mahasiswa PMM memberikan saran praktis berupa penggunaan metode interaktif seperti diskusi kelompok kecil, refleksi bersama, dan proyek berbasis pengalaman sehari-hari.

Pencegahan stunting menjadi penting karena masih terbatasnya pemahaman masyarakat mengenai pola makan sehat dan pemenuhan gizi seimbang bagi ibu dan balita. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan melalui sosialisasi pola makan sehat dengan menerapkan pedoman “Isi Piringku”. Materi yang disampaikan meliputi pengertian stunting, faktor penyebab stunting, dampak stunting terhadap pertumbuhan anak, serta penerapan pedoman Isi Piringku sebagai acuan pemenuhan gizi seimbang. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan melalui penyampaian materi secara langsung dan diskusi dengan peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa sebelum sosialisasi, sebagian peserta masih memiliki pemahaman yang terbatas mengenai penyebab, dampak, dan cara pencegahan stunting. Setelah kegiatan sosialisasi dilaksanakan, peserta menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman terkait stunting serta mampu menjelaskan kembali prinsip pola makan sehat berdasarkan pedoman Isi Piringku. Dengan demikian, kegiatan sosialisasi ini memberikan kontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran masyarakat sebagai upaya pencegahan stunting di lingkungan keluarga.

ity service activity aims to improve farmers' capacity through an integrated approach that combines improving cocoa cultivation knowledge, strengthening the implementation of GAP, and utilizing real-time cocoa price information applications. The activity was carried out in December 2025 through stages of socialization, technical training, field demonstrations, introduction to price applications, as well as mentoring and evaluation. The results of the activity showed an increase in farmers' knowledge levels from low to medium to high, especially in terms of price information. Initial improvements in GAP adoption were reflected in pruning, fertilization, garden sanitation, pest control, and harvesting and post-harvesting practices that were more in line with standards. Access to price information shifted from dependence on middlemen to the use of applications and market comparisons, which increased farmers' independence in determining the time of sale. The price range difference between farmers and market references confirms that limited information weakens farmers' bargaining position. Overall, the integrated approach has proven relevant in improving farming efficiency and strengthening the basis for increasing cocoa farmers' income, although the sustainability of the impact requires continued assistance and strengthening of farmer institutions.

implemented in response to the needs of the pesantren's laundry unit serving approximately 300 students, as well as to provide entrepreneurial training for teachers and students. The method used is Community-Based Participatory Research (CBPR) with direct training and continuous mentoring approaches. Activities include socialization, product manufacturing training, hands-on practice, and production and marketing assistance. The results show a significant increase in participants' knowledge and skills in producing environmentally friendly cleaners. The products have been used in the pesantren's laundry unit and have potential to be marketed to the wider community. This program contributes to improving teachers' welfare through alternative income sources and equips students with entrepreneurial skills. Program outputs include publications in mass media, documentation videos on YouTube, and journal articles under review. This activity aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly goal 8 (inclusive economic growth) and goal 12 (responsible consumption and production).
