library research method, the research systematically reviews academic literature, industry reports, and documented case studies to understand how corporations respond to crises in a hyper-connected environment. The study highlights how traditional theories such as Situational Crisis Communication Theory (SCCT) and Image Repair Theory (IRT) must be adapted to meet the demands of real-time, interactive, and ethically sensitive digital spaces. Through comparative analysis of successful and failed crisis responses—including global cases such as United Airlines and local cases such as Tokopedia—the research reveals that timely, transparent, and empathetic communication on social media significantly influences public perception and corporate reputation recovery. The findings emphasize that a well-designed digital crisis strategy must integrate technical responsiveness with human-centric values to restore trust and sustain long-term relationships with stakeholders.

er distribution and its impact on rice productivity in the tidal lowland areas of Tanjung Lago District, Banyuasin Regency. The research employed both quantitative and qualitative descriptive approaches using a stratified random sampling method involving 60 farmers who received subsidized fertilizer and 30 farmers who did not reveive subsidizer fertilizer. The effectiveness of subsidizer fertilizer distribution was evaluated using a likert scale based on the Six Appropriateness Principles, while the impct on rice productivity was analyzed by comparing the productivity levels of the two farmer groups. The findings showed that the distribution of subsidized fertilizer was generally categorized as moderately effective, with an average effectiveness score of 71,33%. The price compliance indicator was classified as highly effective (91,66%), while location suitability was categorized as effective (81,00%). Meanwhile, quantity appropriateness, fertilizer type suitability, and timeliness of distribution were categorized as moderately effective. The findings showed that the distribution of subsidized fertilizer was generally categorized as moderately effective, with an average effectiveness score of 71.33%. The price compliance indicator was classified as highly effective (91.66%), while location suitability was categorized as effective (81.00%). Meanwhile, quantity appropriateness, fertilizer type suitability, and timeliness of distribution were categorized as moderately effective. In contrast, the fertilizer quality suitability indicator was still considered ineffective, with an effectiveness score of 55%. The use or subsidized fertilizer also contributed positively to rice productivity. Farmers receiving subsidized fertilizer achieved an average rice productivity of 3.77 ton ha⁻¹, whereas farmers who did non receive subsidized fertilizer produced an average productivity of 3.20 ton ha⁻¹. This resulted in a productivity defference of 0.57 ha⁻¹.. equivalent to approximately 17.81%.
Abstract:This study examines the main character’s search for identity in Tere Liye’s novel Sendiri (2024) through the lens of Carl Gustav Jung’s psychoanalytic theory. The research addresses the lack of in-depth psychological analysis…
al analysis regarding how the protagonist confronts inner conflict, loneliness, and past trauma in the process of identity formation. The study aims to describe the forms, strategies, and obstacles in the character’s identity quest, as well as to analyze the individuation process based on Jungian concepts such as persona, shadow, anima/animus, and the Self. A qualitative descriptive method was employed, utilizing close reading and thematic analysis of textual data from the novel. Findings reveal that the protagonist undergoes a complex, nonlinear psychological journey toward self-understanding, triggered by existential crisis and emotional isolation. Through deep introspection, symbolic interactions (particularly with natural elements like the moon), and confrontation with the shadow, the character gradually integrates fragmented aspects of the self. This study demonstrates that Jungian theory effectively uncovers the psychological depth of characters in contemporary Indonesian literature and affirms the relevance of literary fiction as a medium for reflecting on identity formation and emotional resilience in real life.
Abstract:This study examines the influence of social media marketing and brand image on purchase intention, with consumer boycott participation incorporated as a moderating variable, using Rosé All Day Cosmetics as the empirical…
context. Grounded in the Stimulus–Organism–Response (S-O-R) framework, a quantitative approach was employed by collecting survey data from 385 consumers in Jabodetabek and Bandung City areas, which were analyzed using PLS-SEM. The results reveal that both social media marketing and brand image have positive and significant effects on purchase intention. However, boycott participation does not moderate the relationship between social media marketing and purchase intention, while it exerts a significant negative moderating effect on the relationship between brand image and purchase intention. These findings suggest that although digital marketing and brand image remain key drivers of consumer purchase intention, moral and social considerations reflected in boycott participation can weaken the effectiveness of brand image in influencing consumer decisions. This study contributes to the literature by highlighting the contextual role of consumer boycotting in shaping marketing effectiveness within the digital beauty industry in emerging markets.
Abstract:The study of al-ʿawāmil al-naḥwiyyah (grammatical factors) serves as a primary foundation in Arabic grammar, examining the relationship between the ʿāmil (governing agent) and the maʿmūl (governed element) as the mechanism…
mechanism determining iʿrāb (inflection) within Arabic sentence structures. This article aims to comprehensively analyze the classical theory of the ʿāmil concept as formulated by early grammarians—notably al-Jurjānī in Al-ʿAwāmil al-Mi’ah—and examine the debates emerging between the Basra and Kufa schools regarding the source and authority of the ʿāmil. Utilizing a qualitative-descriptive analytical approach toward primary and secondary literature, this research explores the epistemological arguments underlying the construction of the ʿāmil theory and assesses its relevance to modern critiques in Arabic linguistics. The findings indicate that the ʿāmil concept is not merely a grammatical instrument but also possesses philosophical value in explaining the order and rationality of the Arabic language. However, modern critiques—particularly from structural and generative linguistic perspectives—question the metaphysical assumptions of the ʿāmil concept, which are deemed non-empirical. Nonetheless, the theory of ʿāmil maintains methodological significance in understanding Arabic syntactic relationships and the development of contemporary grammatical theories. This article emphasizes the necessity of a conceptual reinterpretation of al-ʿawāmil al-naḥwiyyah to remain relevant within modern linguistic paradigms without losing its classical essence.
Abstract:The emergence of consumer boycotts driven by socio-political issues reflects a fundamental shift in consumer behavior in the digital era. In Indonesia, a country characterized by high religiosity and extensive social media…
ia engagement, the rapid dissemination of negative information through electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) can trigger strong emotional reactions toward brands. Starbucks Indonesia represents a salient case in which the brand became associated with the Israel–Palestine conflict, generating moral debates, religious sentiments, and intense brand-related hostility in digital spaces. In this context, consumers act not merely as rational economic actors, but as moral agents whose purchasing decisions are influenced by deeply held values and beliefs. This study aims to examine the effects of e-WOM and religiosity on purchase intention, with brand hate serving as a moderating variable among Starbucks consumers in Indonesia. Specifically, the research investigates how exposure to negative online narratives and consumers’ religiosity shape emotional responses in the form of brand hate, and how these responses influence purchasing intentions within a boycott context. A quantitative research design was employed using a survey method targeting Starbucks consumers in Indonesia who were aware of the boycott related to the Israel–Palestine conflict. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using structural equation modeling to assess both direct and indirect relationships among variables, including the moderating role of brand hate. This approach enables a comprehensive understanding of the psychological and behavioral mechanisms underlying consumer responses to value-laden and morally sensitive issues. The findings reveal that electronic word of mouth has a significant effect on purchase intention. Religiosity also influences purchase intention, both directly and indirectly through the formation of brand hate. Moreover, brand hate significantly moderates the relationship between e-WOM and purchase intention, such that higher levels of brand hate intensify the decline in consumers’ willingness to purchase. These results highlight the critical role of morally driven negative emotions in explaining reduced purchase intention during boycott movements. This study contributes theoretically by extending consumer behavior literature through the integration of digital communication, religiosity, and negative brand emotions within a single conceptual framework. Practically, the findings suggest that global brand managers should adopt culturally and religiously sensitive communication strategies and proactively manage digital narratives to mitigate the escalation of brand hate amid socio-political controversies.
