12 responden dari 14 pegawai negeri sipil yang telah mengikuti program pendidikan dan pelatihan. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner skala Likert, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pendidikan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kompetensi (t=2,830; p=0,018), pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kompetensi (t=2,888; p=0,016), dan secara simultan keduanya berpengaruh signifikan (F=9,823; p=0,004). Koefisien determinasi (R²=0,612) menunjukkan 61,2% variasi kompetensi dijelaskan oleh pendidikan dan pelatihan. Penelitian ini mengkonfirmasi pentingnya investasi dalam program pendidikan dan pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pegawai dalam pelayanan publik.

This study aims to assess the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of student worksheets (LKPD) based on brain-based learning (BBL) using crossword puzzles in the topic of arithmetic sequences and series for class X at MAS Darul Istiqomah Padangsidimpuan. This research is a research and development (R&D) study. The development model used in this research is the 4D model, which consists of four stages: Define, Design, Development, and Disseminate. The validation of the LKPD includes material validation, media validation, and language validation. The trial was conducted in class X-B, with a total of 19 students at MAS Darul Istiqomah Padangsidimpuan. The material experts, media experts, and language experts each consisted of 2 validators. The results of this study indicate that the developed LKPD meets the eligibility criteria, with an overall validation percentage of 87.32%, categorized as valid. The practicality of all aspects is shown by a value of 85.63%, categorized as very practical. The effectiveness is indicated by an average student learning outcome score of 71%, calculated from the overall average learning outcomes of the students, categorized as effective. Therefore, it can be concluded that the LKPD is feasible, engaging, and capable of improving student learning outcomes.

The rapid growth of e-commerce in Indonesia is also influenced by factors such as the increase in population, increasing smartphone and internet users, and the development of financial technology companies. The convenience of online shopping encourages consumers to buy various desired products so that they are encouraged to behave consumptively. This then stimulates the phenomenon of impulse buying in consumers. Currently, economic activities are dominated by Generation Z's behavior to carry out activities such as scrolling, online shopping, and making transactions. Some marketplaces have not paid attention to the positive emotions of consumers with the Generation Z group in the target market, hedonic shopping motivation, fear of missing out, and shopping lifestyle that can trigger impulsive purchases which are part of the consideration of the preparation and strategy of innovative marketing targets according to the needs of market psychology. This study aims to find out how much respondents assess hedonic shopping motivation, fear of missing out, and shopping lifestyle, find out the influence of hedonic shopping motivation, fear of missing out, and shopping lifestyle on impulse buying generation Z, find out the influence of positive emotions on impulse buying generation Z, to know the influence of hedonic shopping motivation, fear of missing out and shopping lifestyle on impulse buying through positive emotions. This study uses a quantitative method. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The data obtained was 385 respondents by distributing questionnaires online. The respondents in this study are Generation Z Shopee users in Indonesia. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) which was then processed with SMARTPLS. The prevalence of anemia in pregnant women in Sintang Regency showed that in 2017 there were 116 cases, in 2018 there were 121 cases, and in 2019 there were 164 cases. This research method uses a quantitative analytical approach with a cross-sectional design in Sintang Regency. The population is all pregnant women registered as many as 369 respondents within the scope of the Health Center services in Sintang Regency during the data collection period. The simple random sampling technique was used to select respondents, with a sample size of 192 pregnant women after calculating the population size. The results showed that there was a relationship between knowledge with a p value = 0.000 and OR = 6.900, parity with a p value = 0.000 and OR = 5.040, consumption of iron tablets with a p value = 0.000 and OR = 5.271 with the incidence of anemia in pregnant women in Sintang Regency. The most dominant multivariate test result is knowledge with OR = 7.25 followed by consumption of iron tablets with OR = 4.61 and parity with OR = 4.26. The conclusion related to the incidence of anemia in pregnant women is knowledge, parity, and consuming iron tablets and the most dominant is knowledge and followed by consumption of iron tablets, and parity. It is recommended that pregnant women can improve their knowledge, multi and grandi para pregnant women to comply with consuming iron tablets routinely.

e research was the seventh grade students of SMP Pesantren Putri Yatama Mandiri Gowa with a total of 28 people. Data collection techniques used in the study were test sheets and observation sheets. This research was conducted in 2 cycles and each cycle consisted of 2 meetings. The results of this study indicate that the average score obtained by students has increased. In cycle I, the average value was 69% and the average value in cycle II was 91%. The average score obtained by students in learning mufrodat by using flashcards media increased by 22% from the value of cycle I to the value of cycle II.

This study uses a qualitative library research method, drawing from both primary legal texts and supporting literature to explore this issue.The findings, based on the study “Analysis of Inheritance Distribution for Children of a Second Wife According to Indonesian Inheritance Law”, show that Islamic inheritance law in Indonesia generally aims to provide a fair and balanced distribution through the principles of faraidh. As long as the second marriage is legally recognized, children from that union have the same inheritance rights as those from the first marriage. In practice, however, problems often occur when the second marriage hasn't been officially registered. This highlights the importance of legally documenting all marriages to protect the rights of every child and avoid future disputes among heirs.

rue experiment design method. The sample in this study was 14 female athletes. The instrument in this study was a 10-second sickle kick speed test with 3 trials and the best value was taken. Data analysis and testing of the research hypothesis used the t-test analysis technique (t-test) with a significance level of α = 0.05. The results of the study showed that: (1) there was an increase in the speed of the sickle kick after athletes followed a training program using rubber weights with an average value of 13.71 in the pre-test and increased by 6.72 or 7% to 20.43 in the post-test. The statistical results showed that the sig-2 tailed value was 0.000 ≤ 0.05. (2) there is an increase in the speed of the sickle kick after the athlete follows a training program without rubber weights with an average value of 13.43 in the pre-test increasing by 5% to 18.43 in the post-test. With statistical results showing that the sig-2 tailed value is 0.000 ≤ 0.05. (3) there is an increase in kick speed between training using rubber weights and without weights with a sig-2 tailed value of 0.013 ≤ 0.05. It can be concluded that training using rubber weights is more effective in increasing the speed of the sickle kick compared to training without rubber weights in the Pen-cak Silat PSHT Ranting Tanah Putih Tanjung Melawan.
