that the teaching and learning process continues. One of the challenges that arise from this distance learning method is the ability to operate information technology, especially applications used to support the online learning process. One of the activities to answer this challenge is to conduct training that directly practices how to operate an online learning support application. This training program attended by parents and students in the Sukodono District, Sidoarjo Regency. This training is carried out online due to a social restriction policy at the time of the training. The evaluation results and feedback from the training participants stated an increase in understanding of the operation of the applications being taught; besides, the participants indicated that the community needed similar training. However, the participants hope that the next training will be carried out offline to teach the participants step-by-step directly.

Abstrak: Program belajar dari rumah yang dilaksanakan semua instansi pendidikan selama masa pandemi COVID 19, memaksa semua pihak yang terlibat untuk beradaptasi. Program belajar dari rumah ini membutuhkan teknologi informasi sebagai medianya agar proses belajar mengajar tetap berjalan. Salah satu tantangan yang muncul dari metode belajar jarak jauh ini adalah kemampuan pengoperasian teknologi informasi terutama aplikasi-aplikasi yang digunakan untuk mendukung proses belajar daring. Salah satu kegiatan untuk menjawab tantangan ini adalah dengan mengadakan pelatihan yang langsung mempraktekkan cara peng-operasian pengoperasian aplikasi pendukung belajar daring. Pelatihan ini diikuti oleh para orang tua dan siswa di wilayah Kecamatan Sukodono, Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan secara daring karena adanya kebijakan pem-batasan sosial pada saat pelatihan berlangsung. Hasil evaluasi dan timbal balik dari peserta pelatihan menyatakan bahwa terjadi peningkatan pemahaman terhadap pengoperasian aplikasi yang diajarkan, selain itu peserta menyatakna bahwa pelatihan sejenis dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat. Akan tetapi peserta berharap agar pelatihan selanjutnya dilaksanakan secara luring sehingga instruktur dapat mengajari peserta tahap demi tahap secara langsung.

Increase cadre’s knowledge and encourage them to be more confidence when giving the information to community about stunting and local food that can meet childreen nutrition requirement to prevent stunting in community. This program is the second year program of community service to continue the evaluation from last year program. This program is specilally for cadre in Sumberkalong village. Each meeting was conducted through focus discussion group about prevention of stunting. Then, cadres disseminated the information to community including, pregnant women, newly marriage couple and toddler moms by visiting their home or door-to-door. There were 10 cadres who participate in the communitity service in the phase of year 1 until year 2 thouroughly. Three cadres were active and often asked some questions during meeting sessions. Some others were active if they were encouraged to ask or to give an opinion. Cadres explained that cadres' knowledge increase after joining several meeting session and focus group discussion. The cadres disseminated the information to the community with confidence. Program of community service which using a focus group discussion is considered effective to increased cadres’ knowledge. Focus group discussion can be employed in encouraging cadres in the community service program.

Abstrak: Stunting merupakan kondisi gagal tumbuh pada tubuh dan otak yang diakibatkan keadaan kurang gizi dalam waktu yang lama. Sehingga, anak stunted memiliki tubuh yang lebih pendek dari anak normal seusianya. Peran kader kesehatan sangat penting dalam mendesiminasikan informasi kesehatan, termasuk informasi terkait pencegahan stunting anak balita di masyarakat, untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan kader kesehatan dan kemampuan kader kesehatan tentang stunting dan zat gizi lokal yang dapat membantu pemenuhan kebutuhan gizi untuk mencegah stunting di masyarakat. Kegiatan ini merupakan program pengabdian kepada masyarakan tahun ke-2 yang berfokus pada pemberdayaan kader kesehatan Desa Sumberkalong Kecamata Kalisat Kabupaten Jember. Setiap pertemuan kegiatan dilaksanakn Focus Group Discussion (FGD) bersama para kader kesehatan yang membahas pencegahan stunting. Kemudian, kader kesehatan mendesiminasikan informaasi yang telah diperoleh dari tim pelaksana program pengabdian kepada masyarakat, meliputi ibu-ibu yang memiliki anak usia balita, ibu hamil dan pasangan usia subur dengan melakukan kunjungan ke secara door-to-door ke rumah. Terdapat 10 kader kesehatan berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat tahun ke-1 dan tahun ke-2. Sebanyak 3 kader yang aktif bertanya selama proses pertemuan dengan tim pelaksana pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Sebagain kader bertanya atau memberikan pendapatnya jika diminta. Seluruh kader menyampaikan bahwa pengetahuan kader meningkat selama mengikuti rangkaian pertemuan dan FGD.

Although Putri Timus has product differentiation, product by Putri Timus is not well known to the public. The production process was carried out on a home scale and has not fully implemented production standards based on the criteria for Good Food Manufacturing Practices for Home Industry (CPPB-IRTP). This community service program aims to help Putri Timus to implement hygiene requirements in food production based on CPPB-IRTP criteria and increase its marketing capacity. The method used to solve the problems were training of Good Food Manufacturing Practice, improvement of production place, facilitation of production cloths and promotional media. The results obtained after community service activities related to the production aspect were increasing knowledge regarding good food production process and improvement of production place. Regarding the marketing aspect, several promotional media have been installed. In addition, there was also an increasing of sales and profit.

Abstrak: Timus adalah salah satu makanan tradisional yang terkenal di Jawa Tengah. Putri Timus adalah salah satu Usaha Kecil Menengah di kabupaten Karanganyar yang memproduksi timus ungu. Produk dari Putri Timus memiliki satu keistimewaan yakni bagian dalam timus berisi buah Bligo (Benincasa hispida) dengan beragam manfaat. Meskipun produk memiliki diferensiasi, timus isi Bligo hasil produksi Putri Timus belum cukup dikenal masyarakat. Proses produksi dilakukan dalam skala rumahan dimana Putri Timus belum sepenuhnya menerapkan standar produksi berdasarkan kriteria Cara Produksi Pangan yang Baik – Industri Rumah Tangga Pangan (CPPB-IRTP). Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan membantu Putri Timus untuk dapat menerapkan syarat higiene dalam produksi pangan berdasarkan kriteria CPPB-IRTP serta meningkatkan kapasitas pemasaran. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengatasi permasalahan mitra ialah melalui penyuluhan tentang CPPB-IRTP, pembenahan tempat produksi, fasilitasi pakaian produksi dan media promosi. Hasil yang diperoleh setelah kegiatan pengabdian terkait aspek produksi ialah adanya peningkatan pengetahuan karyawan tentang CPPB-IRTP dan perbaikan tempat produksi yang lebih bersih dan layak. Terkait aspek pemasaran, beberapa media promosi telah dibuat dan dipasang. Selain itu juga terdapat peningkatan jumlah penjualan dan laba dari hasil penjualan timus.

hile studying due to the limitation of parents as substitute teachers during online learning. Parents of students with all their activities are required to help and assist their children in making school work. So the phenomenon that occurs in the field is the uncontrolled control of parental emotions towards children, so that online learning seems to be a frightening specter for elementary students. The purpose of implementing this Online Counseling Guidance is to provide insight to elementary school teachers who are members of the Indonesian Teachers Association (PGRI) Central Kalimantan regarding the mechanism for utilizing counseling which can be done online through the Competency Assessment and Career Development Service Center (PPAKPK) web. The method of implementing this service is carried out online through Conference Via Zoom and tutorials on using the web on a YouTube account which are distributed to Bimtek participants. The results obtained at this Bimtek show that all Bimtek participants are interested in the use of Online Counseling to serve as a means of consulting both students to teachers or guardians of students to teachers or teachers to psychiatrists who can be contacted when the teacher needs student problem solving.

Hal yang menjadi perhatian adalah sering terjadinya kekerasan pada anak usia SD saat belajar dikarenakan faktor keterbatasan orang tua sebagai guru pengganti selama pembelajaran daring. Orang tua siswa dengan segala kesibukannya dituntut untuk membantu dan mendampingi anak-anak mereka membuat Pekerjaan Sekolah. Maka fenomena yang terjadi di lapangan adalah pengendalian emosi orang tua yang tidak terkendali kepada anak, sehingga pembelajaran daring terkesan menjadi momok yang menakutkan bagi para siswa SD. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan Bimtek Konseling Online ini adalah untuk memberikan wawasan kepada para Guru SD yang tergabung di dalam Persatuan Guru Republik Indonesia (PGRI) Kalimantan Tengah terkait mekanisme pemanfaatan konseling yang dapat dilakukan secara daring melalui web Pusat Pelayanan Asesmen Kompetensi dan Pengembangan Karir (PPAKPK). Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan cara daring melalui Conference Via Zoom dan tutorial penggunaan web pada akun youtube yang dibagikan kepada para peserta Bimtek. Hasil yang diperoleh pada Bimtek ini menunjukan bahwa seluruh peserta Bimtek tertarik dengan pemanfaatan Konseling Online untuk dijadikan sebagai sarana konsultasi baik siswa kepada guru ataupun wali murid kepada guru ataupun Guru kepada ahli Psikiater yang dapat dihubungi saat Guru membutuhkan pemecahan masalah siswa.

The method used in this activity is the method of lecturing, question and answer and direct practice, the participants who attend consist of mothers, while the material is given knowledge about waste, the dangers of waste and its impacts, as well as the practice of making handicrafts. Activities carried out at the homes of local residents in the form of a workshop meeting. The results obtained were that the use of plastic which was applied in the community service activities of the Shanti Bhuana Institute was a new activity for mothers who participated in these activities, the mothers were very enthusiastic in these activities as seen from their presence in this activity Direct practice allows them to know directly how to make economically valuable products. From this activity, it can be concluded that the community service activities carried out have a good impact because some women can practice how to manufacture products by utilizing plastic waste to become economically valuable products.

Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah metode ceramah, tanya jawab dan praktik secara langsung, peserta yang hadir terdiri dari ibu-ibu. Hasil yang diperoleh bahwa pemanfaatan plastik kresek yang diterapkan dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat Institut Shanti Bhuana merupakan kegiatan yang baru bagi ibu-ibu yang mengikuti kegitan tersebut, ibu-ibu sangat antusias dalam kegiatan tersebut terlihat dari kehadiran mereka dalam kegiatan ini dan kegiatan praktik yang dilakukan secara langsung membuat mereka secara langsung dapat mengetahui bagaimana cara membuat produk yang bernilai ekonomis. Dari kegiatan ini dapat memberikan dampak yang baik karena sebagian ibu-ibu dapat mempraktikan cara pembuatan produk dengan memanfaatkan sampah plastik kresek menjadi produk bernilai ekonomis.

Abstrak: Para ibu rumah tangga dapat menjadi entrepreneur (wirausaha) dengan melakukan kegiatan-kegiatan inovasi yang produktif dari rumah, sehingga mereka tidak perlu meninggalkan rumah tetapi juga dapat membantu menambah pendapatan keluarga melalui wirausaha. Motivasi awal yang muincul pada diri seorang ibu rumah tangga untuk berwirausaha adalah karena alasan keuangan keluarga. Selain itu ada juga motivasi lain yaitu memiliki hobby tertentu sehingga produk yang muncul dari kegiatan menyalurkan hobby yang dapat dijual. Motivasi lainnya adalah keinginan untuk memiliki karir sendiri dan untuk berprestasi. Dari hasil pelatihan yang dilakukan selama 2 (dua) hari di Kelurahan Sendang Sari, Kecamatan Kisaran Barat diperoleh hasil bahwa diyakini peserta mendapatkan pengetahuan, pemahaman tentang apa itu wirausaha, motivasi untuk berwirausaha, perkembangan ekonomi kreatif dan penguatan dorongan bagi para ibu untuk mengambil keputusan melakukan wirausaha pada bidang industri kreatif.
