aphic approach, this research investigates how daily cultural practices shape the moral values and behavioral patterns of students within the school ecosystem. Data were gathered through participant observation, in-depth interviews with teachers and students, and document analysis. The findings reveal that the 5S culture functions as a vital enculturation process, transforming abstract moral values into lived, daily habits. Teachers act as primary cultural models, fostering a respectful social environment. However, challenges persist, such as the social dissonance between the school's structured discipline and the students' varied external home environments. Ultimately, this study demonstrates that embedding repetitive cultural rituals within educational institutions effectively instills core values of empathy, respect, and social harmony, providing a sustainable model for early childhood character development.

The research method used is a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews conducted with key informants, including policy implementers, PKH assistants, and beneficiaries. The findings indicate that the PKH policy's objectives are well understood by the target community, but there are challenges related to uneven aid distribution, leading to social injustice among more vulnerable groups. The available resources, while adequate, have not been optimally utilized to reach all impoverished communities, especially those in remote areas. The characteristics of the implementing organization show good coordination, but improvements are needed in transparency and communication with the public, particularly those not registered as beneficiaries. The professional and empathetic attitude of the implementers greatly supports the program's success, although there are shortcomings in communication and outreach to the general public. The economic, social, and political environment plays a significant role in the successful implementation of PKH, with challenges such as social jealousy and local political factors affecting aid distribution. Therefore, it is recommended to enhance transparency in the data collection and aid distribution processes, strengthen the capacity of social assistants, and expand outreach efforts to ensure that the PKH program is more equitable and effective in achieving its goals.

The purpose of this study is to determine the quality of service at the Bambu Pemali village office, Merauke Regency. The method used is a qualitative research method. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. The number of informants in this study is 8 people. Data analysis techniques consist of the data reduction stage, the data presentation stage, the conclusion making stage, and the verification stage. The results of the research on 5 (five) indicators that exist in the quality of public services in Bambu Pemali village are tangible (physical evidence), reliability (reliability), responsiveness (responsiveness), assurance (guarantee), and emphaty (empathy). Based on the results of the above research, it can be concluded that the quality of service of the Bambu Pemali village office, Merauke Regency, has not been optimal in providing services to the community because there are still poor services and have not run optimally so that it has quite an effect on community satisfaction, the service is slow and not on time because the community is still confused in file management and employees are not able to provide clear information. Problems related to inadequate facilities and infrastructure at the Bambu Pemali Village Office, Merauke Regency, so that it can affect the performance of employees in providing services.

The research results show that efforts to improve the quality of health services at the Merauke District Hospital are sufficient. This can be seen in indicators of staff capacity, availability of facilities and infrastructure, and cost capabilities. Meanwhile, the distribution of health workers has not yet been implemented. An educational orientation that continues to prioritize academic achievement has generated serious issues, including the weakening of character, low levels of empathy, and declining social concern among students. The research problem addressed in this study concerns how schools can fulfill their function not only as institutions for knowledge transmission, but also as spaces for the sustainable formation of values, attitudes, and social responsibility. This study aims to analyze the role of schools as arenas for character formation and social awareness, as well as to identify relevant educational approaches for internalizing moral, ethical, and social values. A qualitative approach was employed through a literature review with descriptive analysis of scholarly publications, educational policies, and character education practices. The findings indicate that schools function effectively as educational social environments when character values are systematically integrated through the curriculum, pedagogical interactions, school culture, extracurricular activities, and teacher role modeling. Character formation and social awareness become more meaningful when implemented holistically, contextually, and consistently. The conclusion emphasizes that schools bear moral and social responsibility to create a humanistic, participatory educational ecosystem oriented toward the development of students’ holistic personality. The novelty of this scholarly work lies in its conceptual affirmation of the school as a transformative social space that unifies academic dimensions, character development, and social awareness into an inseparable pedagogical whole.

This study aims to describe how single parents play a role in fostering their children's religious character and to identify the various obstacles they encounter in the process. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data was then analyzed through stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research findings indicate that single parents in Talang Balai Baru II Village have carried out their role quite well in instilling religious character in their children. This is done through the cultivation of faith, the practice of worship, and the formation of noble morals. They also strive to be good role models, offer constructive advice, and continuously pray for their children to stay on the right path. However, there are significant challenges, such as the limited time and energy of single parents in balancing work and educating their children. In addition, emotional pressure arises from concerns about the negative influences of the social environment and technological developments, particularly those coming from peers and social media.

The tension between vocational calling and personal ambition constitutes an existential challenge that influences the construction of motivation, spirituality, and life orientation among theology students. This study aims to analyze the dialectical dynamics between these two dimensions and to examine how local Papuan cultural values shape students’ interpretations and efforts to harmonize them. The research problem stems from a lack of integrative theological understanding of personal ambition within the context of vocational ministry. Employing a qualitative approach with a phenomenological design, data were collected through in-depth interviews and analyzed thematically to identify meaning structures, internal conflicts, and integration strategies employed by the students. The findings reveal that personal ambition is not necessarily antithetical to the calling of ministry; rather, it can serve as a constructive force when interpreted through a reflective spirituality grounded in contextual theology. Ambitions guided by Christian values can enhance ministerial capacity and foster authentic personal growth, whereas unmanaged ambition tends to lead to spiritual fragmentation. This study contributes a scientific model of integration between spiritual, personal, and cultural dimensions within theological formation. It recommends a reformulation of curriculum and spiritual formation strategies that are contextual, dialogical, and oriented toward the development of a holistic and culturally relevant vocational identity.
