an exploratory approach based on secondary data, including the analysis of scientific literature, reports from the Indonesian Child Protection Commission (KPAI) and UNICEF, and global campaigns such as #EndViolence. Research shows that social media can reach a broad audience, particularly the younger generation, through strategically designed educational content like infographics and videos. Empathy-driven campaigns utilizing real-life stories can also effectively reduce the stigma surrounding mental health, a primary cause of filicide. However, the study identifies challenges such as limited access in remote areas, potential misuse of platforms, and the sustainability of campaigns, which often pose obstacles. In Indonesia’s context, adapting global campaign models to local culture can enhance prevention outcomes. Collaboration among the government, non-profit organizations, and the community is key to ensuring long-term impact. By integrating technologies such as artificial intelligence and gamification, and implementing data-driven approaches, social media can become a powerful tool to drive behavioral change and raise public awareness about filicide prevention.

The analysis reveals that the song advocates for a shift in societal focus—from the pursuit of wealth and material possessions to prioritizing emotional well-being and human connection. The moral values identified in the lyrics include love and affection, bravery, sympathy, and honesty. The findings suggest that the song calls for a shift in focus—from valuing money and possessions to prioritizing emotional well-being, human relationships, and genuine happiness. The most frequent moral value expressed in the song is love and affection, with the lyrics urging listeners to "pay with love" and to prioritize emotional connections over material wealth. In conclusion, Price Tag offers a critique of materialism while encouraging listeners to value love and unity. wards Muhammad Rudi's leadership as Mayor of Batam. The theory used in this study is the leadership theory of Path-Goal. The theory of Path-Goal has 4 indicators, namely steering leadership, supporting leadership, participatory leadership, and achievement-oriented leadership. The method used in this study is quantitative method. The research location is in the Batam area of Sekupang District by taking 7 villages, from Tiban Baru, Tiban Lama, Sungai Harapan, Tanjung Riau, Tanjung Pinggir, Patam Lestari, and Tiban Indah Villages. Data was collected using questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents spread across 7 sub-districts. The data is analyzed using a percentage formula. Based on the results of research from the four indicators of directed leadership get a percentage value of 77.86% with the good category, supporting leadership gets a percentage value of 77.6% with the good category, participatory leadership gets a percentage value of 72.2% with the good category, and achievement-oriented leadership gets a percentage value of 78% with the good category. The conclusion of the four indicators consisting of 12 statements using the percentage formula that public perception produced for the assessment of the overall leadership indicators of Muhammad Rudi as Mayor of Batam is 95.52% is at the Likert scale interval of 81-100% with the very good category.

The research methods used include observation and interviews with school staff and alumni. The system was developed using PHP programming language and MySQL database, with system design based on Unified Modeling Language (UML). The results show that the developed system is able to manage alumni data centrally, provide career path information, and generate accurate and accessible alumni reports. Data were gathered through participant observation, in-depth interviews with teachers and students, and document analysis. The findings reveal that the 5S culture functions as a vital enculturation process, transforming abstract moral values into lived, daily habits. Teachers act as primary cultural models, fostering a respectful social environment. However, challenges persist, such as the social dissonance between the school's structured discipline and the students' varied external home environments. Ultimately, this study demonstrates that embedding repetitive cultural rituals within educational institutions effectively instills core values of empathy, respect, and social harmony, providing a sustainable model for early childhood character development.

ttitudes, inter-organizational communication, as well as the economic, social, and political environment. The research method used is a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews conducted with key informants, including policy implementers, PKH assistants, and beneficiaries. The findings indicate that the PKH policy's objectives are well understood by the target community, but there are challenges related to uneven aid distribution, leading to social injustice among more vulnerable groups. The available resources, while adequate, have not been optimally utilized to reach all impoverished communities, especially those in remote areas. The characteristics of the implementing organization show good coordination, but improvements are needed in transparency and communication with the public, particularly those not registered as beneficiaries. The professional and empathetic attitude of the implementers greatly supports the program's success, although there are shortcomings in communication and outreach to the general public. The economic, social, and political environment plays a significant role in the successful implementation of PKH, with challenges such as social jealousy and local political factors affecting aid distribution. Therefore, it is recommended to enhance transparency in the data collection and aid distribution processes, strengthen the capacity of social assistants, and expand outreach efforts to ensure that the PKH program is more equitable and effective in achieving its goals.

The purpose of this study is to determine the quality of service at the Bambu Pemali village office, Merauke Regency. The method used is a qualitative research method. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. The number of informants in this study is 8 people. Data analysis techniques consist of the data reduction stage, the data presentation stage, the conclusion making stage, and the verification stage. The results of the research on 5 (five) indicators that exist in the quality of public services in Bambu Pemali village are tangible (physical evidence), reliability (reliability), responsiveness (responsiveness), assurance (guarantee), and emphaty (empathy). Based on the results of the above research, it can be concluded that the quality of service of the Bambu Pemali village office, Merauke Regency, has not been optimal in providing services to the community because there are still poor services and have not run optimally so that it has quite an effect on community satisfaction, the service is slow and not on time because the community is still confused in file management and employees are not able to provide clear information. Problems related to inadequate facilities and infrastructure at the Bambu Pemali Village Office, Merauke Regency, so that it can affect the performance of employees in providing services.

The research results show that efforts to improve the quality of health services at the Merauke District Hospital are sufficient. This can be seen in indicators of staff capacity, availability of facilities and infrastructure, and cost capabilities. Meanwhile, the distribution of health workers has not yet been implemented. The quality of health services at Merauke District Hospital is very high in terms of indicators of reliability, trust and empathy. An educational orientation that continues to prioritize academic achievement has generated serious issues, including the weakening of character, low levels of empathy, and declining social concern among students. The research problem addressed in this study concerns how schools can fulfill their function not only as institutions for knowledge transmission, but also as spaces for the sustainable formation of values, attitudes, and social responsibility. This study aims to analyze the role of schools as arenas for character formation and social awareness, as well as to identify relevant educational approaches for internalizing moral, ethical, and social values. A qualitative approach was employed through a literature review with descriptive analysis of scholarly publications, educational policies, and character education practices. The findings indicate that schools function effectively as educational social environments when character values are systematically integrated through the curriculum, pedagogical interactions, school culture, extracurricular activities, and teacher role modeling. Character formation and social awareness become more meaningful when implemented holistically, contextually, and consistently. The conclusion emphasizes that schools bear moral and social responsibility to create a humanistic, participatory educational ecosystem oriented toward the development of students’ holistic personality. The novelty of this scholarly work lies in its conceptual affirmation of the school as a transformative social space that unifies academic dimensions, character development, and social awareness into an inseparable pedagogical whole.
