atest information on tax obligations, how to fill out taxes, and the impact and sanctions of tax administration for the community. Participants in this activity were attended by MSME owners and staff. The participants who attended were 10 (ten) people. The service was carried out through the provision of socialization and counseling materials to business actors related to tax administration sanctions. The methods applied included lectures, practices, discussions, and questions and answers. The evaluation showed an increase in knowledge and understanding of MSME actors on tax administration after participating in this program. Participants showed great enthusiasm during the activity, as seen from active participation in question and answer sessions, discussions, and consultations. This shows that the program successfully attracted their interest and resulted in productive interactions between the resource persons and the participants. The output of this activity is expected to improve MSME tax literacy and create better awareness and compliance with tax regulations, thereby reducing the risk of tax administration sanctions and promoting sustainable growth of MSMEs.

companies. Through a case study approach, this research analyzes how the implementation of AIS-PK affects the sprocess of recording, monitoring, and reporting finances. Data were obtained through interviews with relevant personnel, direct observation, and analysis of finance-related documents. The results show that the implementation of AIS-PK positively affects the efficiency of financial management by improving accuracy and speed in recording transactions and monitoring cash. In addition, the ability to generate real-time financial reports also strengthens more timely decision-making. Researchers analyzed how the integration of information technology in MIS helps financial managers in collecting, managing, and analyzing financial information to support timely and accurate decision-making. This study employed a qualitative descriptive method using secondary data sources collected through a literature review and document analysis. The findings indicate that the application of information technology in MIS has had a positive impact on the financial decision-making process, including increased data accessibility, faster and more accurate analysis, and a better understanding of the organization's financial conditions. The practical implications of these findings include the importance of investing in adequate information technology infrastructure and developing competent human resources in managing management information systems. m. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendalami pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan minat nasabah memanfaatkan mobile banking. Jenis penelitian ini ialah kuantitatif, yaitu pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan instrument kuesioner dengan sampel 73 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data memanfaatkan teknik simple random sampling menggunakan SPSS versi 22. Dari analisis data hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, maka ditemukan bahwa kualitas pelayanan (X1) berpengaruh positif terhadap minat nasabah (Y) dan taraf signifikan (0,002 < 0,005) dan dengan nilai T hitung>T tabel sebesar (3,764 > 1,986). Kemudian kualitas pelayanan (X1) berpengaruh positif terhadap minat nasabah dengan taraf signifikan, (0,01 > 0,005) dan dengan nilai f hitung > f tabel sebesar, (7,772 >3,10) dan koefisien determinannya (R2) sebesar 0,147 yang berarti kesemuanya mempengaruhi 14,7%, selebihnya atau sebesar 85,3% dipengaruhi variable lain selain variable kualitas layanan (X1).

However, the use of internet technology also has negative impacts that cannot be ignored. The increase in Cybercrime cases in Indonesia is also caused by the impact of advances in Information Technology. Based on this explanation, the aim of this research is to find out how to study law enforcement procedures for hacking victims on digital platforms and how to ensure that digital platform users are more regulated regarding cyber security. The research method used is a descriptive analytical method. The results and discussion in this research are that handling crime cases in the field of information and electronic transactions is a responsibility that has been established for investigators, especially cyber patrols, to investigate and uncover these crimes. The investigation process has a very important and strategic role in determining the success of criminal law enforcement. The quality of a good investigation greatly determines the possibility of success in the prosecution process and makes it easier to reveal material truths during the trial. In order to prevent cybercrime, it is important for individuals and governments to have a deep understanding of crime patterns in the digital realm as well as current and ongoing internet trends and behavior carried out by perpetrators of these crimes.

koh penting dalam kritik hadis kontemporer adalah Muhammad Syuhudi Ismail. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji metode kritik hadis perspektif Muhammad Syuhudi Ismail. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi pustaka atau literatur review. Sumber data utama adalah karya-karya Muhammad Syuhudi Ismail, khususnya "Kaedah Kesahihan Sanad Hadis" dan "Metodologi Penelitian Hadis Nabi". Data dikumpulkan melalui penelusuran dan penelaahan sumber literatur terkait, kemudian dianalisis dengan metode deskriptif-analitis dan interpretasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Syuhudi Ismail memperkenalkan metode rawi pertama (al-rawi al-awwal) yang fokus pada kritik sanad berbasis kredibilitas perawi pertama, yaitu sahabat Nabi. Dalam kritik matan, ia menekankan analisis makna secara kontekstual dengan mempertimbangkan latar situasi dan fungsi Nabi. Metode Syuhudi Ismail dinilai lebih sistematis, objektif, dan proporsional dibanding metode klasik. Namun, metodenya juga dianggap terlalu berfokus pada sahabat dan kurang teliti dalam kritik matan. Meski demikian, model kritik hadis Syuhudi Ismail tetap memberikan kontribusi positif bagi pengembangan studi hadis di Indonesia dan patut dipertimbangkan dalam upaya pemurnian hadis di era kontemporer.
